    *HOW OFTEN TO DO THIS TO GET **VISIBLE** RESULTS*
    1) If this is your only workout for the day, do it everyday for 30 days. (it’s only 13min. your body has 23hours 47 min to recover) 🤗
    2) if you are doing this in combination with my other booty workouts to make a 15-20 minute booty routine, listen to your body. in this scenario, depending on your experience level, you can either do your 15-20 min combo daily OR every other day.
    3) if you are doing this in combination with my other booty workouts and your total workout time is 30 minutes or more, do your 30 min combo 3 times a week

      I've been trying to grow my glutes over a year but nothing helps.. I use resistance bands and I workout 5 times a week 40-60 minutes each time. Of course if my muscles are sore then I'm either working on a different group of muscles or I'm taking a rest day. What can help me? Or what am I doing wrong?

    I have been doing this 3 times a week with other workout and I have SEEN results!!! My butt has gotten perkier and my hips a bit wider. When you stay consistent with the exercises and you eat right results come! Keep going guys ❤👑🙌🏾

    I've been doing this butt workout for less than a week and I could tell that it is really effective. Before I started this workout, my butt part is so flat that I could feel my bones lol. Now I feel like it has been quite stuffed 😂

    For anyone wondering about getting results, YOU WILL GET RESULTS. I've been doing this and kobokos 5 minute warmup everyday for 2 weeks, and now I do the warmup, this workout and any other 10 minute leg workout 6 times a week and I PROMISE YOULL GET RESULTS. Just from week one you'll get results, this is the best workout ever.

      Joelle Vidal they got firmer but for ur flutes to really grow u need to do weights and have rest days. I train them only 3 times a week and I've seen improvement. I still use this vid as a glute warmup

    YASSSSS MORE GLUT BRIDGESSS I always do 200 per day!! At first, I was doing only the 100 rep bridges a day, then, when it become more easy, I add another video of yours!! and now, I can level up!! One encouragement for all of you garls, making this challenge, please, keep focusing on your form!! Lift that hip, embrace the burn, keep those butt cheeks hard as if they're made of concrete! Squeeze aaa little bit more, I know you can do it, in only a few days, you will notice you bum is popping, remember to breathe, and always get hydrated after finishing! Challenge yourself, consistency is the key for achieving every little thing you want, including the beautiful juice booty that you always dream about!!!

    She ain’t lying when she says we’ll see results, hands down best workout. I’ve seen small changes after 5 days and that keeps pushing me to keep going. (This is my body, everyone is different) Of course watching what you eat helps a lot too, but gurl thank you so much my booty and I love you❤️❤️❤️

      I had the same result. In fact, I started feeling a burn that I've never felt on the second day.     God bless you, girl! I’m 52 and I’ve never really had a butt. I’m disabled now so I’m at home most days and I have dropped a lot of weight and muscle tone I have a used yoga in the past with good results, but nothing specifically designed for my butt.     Ok i'm sick of my butt. I have extreme hip dips and can't grow my butt. I have done TONS of workouts but none of them give me results. Now i'll be doing this one everyday, in combination with a 10 minutes butt workout from Pamela Reif. I swear if i don't see results in a month.... I'll do it for two.

      Arianna dont over work out that can also affect u not seeing results, ik it’s annoying but time is key. some people just grow muscle in different speeds so i recommend u don’t over workout ur butt so u get results 👍

      You should rest sometime - do not do it everyday. Also you can't just stop exercising after - u gotta work out once in a while to keep the results!

    Okay, I started this program today.
    Day 1 - My booty is 105 cm. I did the whole exercise and it feels great.
    Day 2 - I'm doing this exercise every other day. Today it got easier, but I can't see any difference.
    Day 3 - I didn't eat properly today so I wasn't as energetic as I should be, but I managed to do all the exercises. It's been only three days of exercises but I can already see a difference and I'm really excited about it, so on day 5 I will measure my booty again.
    *Sorry for the late update, but my internet was dead for the last days.*
    Day 4 - I don't see a lot of difference now and my pelvis is hurting a bit.
    Day 5 - I was really tired but I manage to do the exercises. I didn't measure my booty because I lost my measuring tape. But I'll do it on day 6.
    Day 6 - Ok, this is funny. I can see a difference but there's only 1 cm difference from the beginning. My booty is 106 cm but it looks bigger than before.

    I’ve been doing this 3 times a week a long with popsugar 10 min glute workout and some others exercises like one leg glute bridges, leg lifts, squat pulses and lunges. I have seen results within a month and people notice too😅

Even tho yes vegetables provide a small amount of protein, if people are looking to get a fair normal amount, they should stick to the usual protein

    Hi everybody :) i completed more than a year doing this workout and it was really really hard to maintain my routine doing it every day at some points, but I gotta tell y'all, it's AWESOME. I would 100% recommend this if you want your body to look curvier. If you want an advice, don't stop doing it! It may be hard keeping it up as a routine, but do not let yourself loose your results!
    Hi! It's been almost 3 years! I no longer do this workout, I've started going to the gym since the beginning of the year and i gotta tell that if I didn't have done this workout for all of this time, my progress at the gym wouldn't be the same! I've gained so much resistance, mobility and results so fast! This workout helps you q lot, of course, nothing better than actually going to the gym but this is definitely going to help you more than you think!

      Gym is just a location.. your gym can be at home, private clubhouse or a public gym. As long as you have the space and necessary tools and resources used to get to your goal anything can be considered a gym

      Only thing about public gym is whether it's clean or if they wipe down the equipment after someone else's sweaty bacteria. That's all but if you trust your gym to be clean and not too crowded go for it

    DAY 1: didn’t burn as much as i think it should, but then again i didn’t do a few parts properly and took an extra break. still out of breath, though. gonna do this again later today but this time to the best of my ability:)

    This workout works! I’ve been doing this workout inconsistently for about four months. My average being a few times a week. I’ve had major life changes like surgery, work, baby being sick and it still gives results. I will now try to do everyday for a month straight and see my results. But believe me, major difference.

    Ok so I have been doing this workout for one week already and let me just tell you I am so happy with they results. My butt definitely got plumper. There wasn't the biggest difference but I am going to do this all the time because it really does work. My parents started seeing a difference on day three.     i’m gonna do this workout every other day. keep replying/liking to remind me to update!
    1st April: it wasn’t so challenging but i felt a great burn especially in the holds and the fire hydrants.
    4th April: i did two workouts before this so tbh i felt too tired to stand up and do wide squats💀 but i did the rest and it definitely burnt well as the first day, maybe even a little more

    kinda tired of people calling me flat sooo-
    Day 1 • I was shaking the entire time, everything was burning as I was doing it but I surprisingly did it. 🥲
    Day 2 • okay it was not burning that much, but it made me feel like I didn’t do it right ://
    Day 3 • again, not burning that much
    idk if I’m used to it or I’m not doing it right 🥲
    Day 4 • I was already shaking at the warmup 😔🤚
    Day 5 • surprisingly it didn’t burn that much, I don’t really see a change but can’t expect much since it’s just day 5.
    Day 6 • probably shouldn’t have danced before this cause I was already tired from the warmup and shaking like crazy when doing the the exercise
    Day 7 • tbh my thighs have gotten bigger than the booty idk why-
    Day 8 • just practiced dance before this and my booty and legs were BURNING the whole entire time :,)
    Day 9 • waah so tired ;-; tbh im not sure if anything has changed, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but I’m still gonna push myself to do it, I will be having a break tmr since having is aching.

    I did half of it and the other half I cried, BUT I cried THROUGH it! 🙏🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼.. I need this not only for my body, but for my mental. So I’m gonna try really really hard to remain consistent. I am 35 yrs old with 4 children and have never worked out a day in my life! So I am challenging myself only for the better. I pray that I can keep this going because I would just love to know I maintained something for me without giving up. And I haven’t given up yet in anything else in life so let this get added to my roster🙏🏼

      @@claracq5950 hi! Hope all is well with you. I have been struggling to be honest. I started off great. But between me having a miscarriage in January I was trying to work out to feel better and look better for me. But I found out some information regarding my relationship that set me back even more. So the struggle has been real. I hate how I look and and struggling with working out again. My motivation is high and low all at the same time. I know if I just get through a month straight of working out I will be able to continue. I just can’t seem to make it past two weeks. Very disheartening for me. But I’m going to try again tonight while I am at work. To attempt to work out and get myself back in the swing of things. I hope you are doing great! God bless stay safe and sane❤️

    If you're wondering - yes this workout works! I've been doing it for 1,5 week along with other side glute workouts, and I've noticed a huge difference. However, I really recommend that you do some glute activation exercises before this workout. At first, I couldn't even squeeze my butt properly because my glutes weren't active lol. But with time I got better and better at it, and now I can feel my butt muscles. SO if you're wondering why it's so easy and why you don't feel the burn, then it means that your glutes are not activated(which can be changed easily), and I recommend that u work on it first.

      How many times should i do this a week? I heard its not good to do it every single day of the week

      @@smducky980 I do it 2 days in a row, then I have a break for 1 day. However, I also do other exercises, so my training as a whole lasts around 45 minutes. Just observe how you feel after the training, how tired you are etc, and then decide on the number of workouts. Definitely do not exercise every day - your muscles need rest to grow properly.
