How do I make the space between the circle the same? They are just making the same size going down the thr page.....
You need to set the reference point to the center and also hold down the option/alt key while changing the size (so it duplicates the item from the center and to the new size). -EG

how do i change the spacing between circles, they are duplicating very close to each other ?

I figured it out. Instead of pressing the down button try the arrow on the width down. It worked for me
