    This is awesome. Curious though about text that takes up more than half the path-for example, starts at 8 o' clock and ends at 4 o' clock-any workarounds for that?

      Sure! Select the circle and run the Add Points script that comes with InDesign. It's in the Scripts panel > Application > Samples > Javascript. Depending on how much of a curve you need, you might have to run it twice. Then do the same as shown in the video, delete the one point opposite where you want the type centered. With the extra points added by the script, more of the curve will be left in place to accommodate the text.

    Awesome trick with deleting the anchor point. Works in Photoshop also when creating text on a path.
