@@chuckymonster1000 You're quite welcome sir. I assume you run the clear through your airbrush, what size needle are you using? Currently I'm running a Harbor Freight Avanti brush with a 0.3 needle is that adequate depending on thinning level is a 0.5 needle required?

Thank you for showing your process to get that wet shine It really filled in a blank for me I’ve been doing the sanding with only the high grit but have not known about buffing with microfiber and rubbing compound to finish it before the polishing I am wondering if that’s why I am not having the results I was expecting? Can’t wait to finish my next build to give this a try Again Thank you it really helps when someone with your skillset shares and takes the time to make sure it is understood what you are doing👍🏽👍🏽

@@chuckymonster1000 I have two, three actually! I have a dremel which i find to have too much rpm so I bought a proxxon polisher with lower rpm and I also have cheap rotary tool with low rpm. Still end up with those very fine scratches. I will keep an eye out for you next vid! I'm enjoying them. Keep it up.

I also am using a lot.of.scale fineshes paint. I bought the mystery box. When using the base coat enamel what type of clear do you like. Didn't really want to get into mixi g my clear. Does the the Tamiya or teatora wet look clear work or is that too hot?
Testers wet look is lacquer base you can’t put lacquer over enamel.but testers does have enamel clear and that works fine.I actually stay away from enamels they take forever to dry.
You are correct on the Novus having Silicon, but if people like it, they can contact Novus directly, and they sell Non-Silicon versions, but at that point it becomes very expensive and might be better value to stick with the non-silicone versions of the Meguiars you are using.
How long does the clear etc. last before you mix. So say I open the cans and mix the products together, I know that this mix will harden but what about the rest of the clear, hardener and reducer last?
I do Omni over decals all the time the trick is to mist the first coat and let flash for 5-10 min.But…. Some decals react to all clears.And that’s the rule of thumb with a clear,mist the first coat lightly even without decals.

Future wax will NEVER get the results that 2k clear will get.My opinion don’t waste your time.Thanks for watching.

What is the exact part number of the house of color reducer?
It doesn’t matter the reducer just use a urethane reduce med.
You mentioned a primer you "find to be better". Could you tell me what you mean by better? What are you looking for in a primer?
It just lays down nicer then other,drys up easy and sands nice
