It's good but you never put clear on the spray chrome.what you do is to clean up the part your going to paint an prep it do it with bre plastic and wash your parts with Dawn then dry very good then spary the chrome paint . when you spray do light coats by then let it sit for at least a week to dry very well and you will see a much better result than before how you were doing it.trust it works.but others have tried doing it with a hight gloss black coat but yo have to give a good drying time for it then you come back a spray the chrome paint over the same way too,but do not use no clear coat on it.Thank you for sharing your videos much respect to you and God bless bro.

Any tips on how to wood grain the bed?

I know your pain…when I started modeling I was building all the AMT big rigs. I had probably 12 built in a box. When we moved into our house, the box was set on top of a stack of boxes so nothing would be put on top…..almost 8’ to the floor…all 12 beyond repair, I had to clean them up using a dust pan as a shovel. They hit the floor so hard, even the side frames of most of the chassis broke. So again, I know your pain! Take care and keep on building.

Oh no! Damn, I had a similar accident happen a few months ago with my Tamiya Ford GT. I was able to repair and get it back together, but they are never quite the same after that. Nice stash ads, Thanks for sharing Chuck.

Its dry but not cured, i let it sit for min 3 to 4 days

Congrats on your daughter's wedding. I guess I missed it when I listened. I only saw it mentioned in the Comments. Sorry about the GTOhShit!, but everything is relative. Even though I had listened to the most recent SMCP, I did not make the connection about the Bad News being the GTO's demise. I heard "There was an accident in the shop" and remembered your workplace can be considered a shop. I was thinking there was a serious injury or death at your job. I will try to be a little more with it the next time I tune ib.😐

Man I feel for you with the flying GTO! Been there, done that, but not where the roof breaks off. That’s epic. I have the same MPC 427 Cobra in the stash. Been out looking for a more detailed engine or at least intake to print. Know of some one piece items but want more detail than that so please if you find something share it. Maybe if we keep bugging Chris, SSG will have it in an upcoming release……
