Reviews get better and better. Loved the King Dong reference. Talking about prices of games going up WH Smith selling Escape from Colditz for 62 quid, that's been around for decades, classic game though. Keep up the great work mate

I would rather eat human hair than play Catan without the helpers, but I’m glad this exists for superfans. I can’t believe the expansion costs 33% more than the base, though. Seems like a racket of some variety. Edit to say my favorite is Trek Catan and the Federation Space maps. The base includes the helpers as characters from the shows.
Well, you may have a copy of 3D Catan now, but how about the portable pocket Catan? You'll definitely need it the next time you go on a holiday that has to be so cheap and boring because you dished out all the money for this. ;)
I looked at it a while ago and it’s not completely random. The tiles are something like 4 in 1 so we passed over it. Still can afford a weekend at Butlins…just

This edition of Catan is great, but too bad it does not contain any expansions. It's not worth getting for this reason alone. Such a missed opportunity.
