Update: I made the width of the pattern 10" and added 2" to the bottom for my big heads boy's. They ride Harleys so they wanted something to keep them warm st night while riding. They love them....Thank u for this pattern
What are the measurements I should use from the eyes to the mouth???? *_I'm just about to go into production_* with my manufacturer and I want to make sure that it'll fit as many people as possible and it'll change with the sizes of the garment that it comes with *(from SS to 4XL)*

@@amberchaba1148 no, same for me sadly. i don't eaven have that big of a head, but this would only fit a small child. if you use something like pantyhose material i guess it could work for adults, but any other stretchy fabris will not work. had to alter it so much i could have just done my own pattern and it would have been faster :/

Nappily Rooted The pattern is one size fits all. You can easily adjust it by sewing in the back edge of need be for a smaller size. I recommend using very stretchy fabric.
Nappily Rooted The muslin will not fit because there is no stretch. Face masks are small so they stretch over the head and fit snug. This is the reason for stretch fabric. You can totally test run with muslin but I don’t think it will fit over your head without stretch.
Finally, I can burglarize in style.

Love this pattern. Modified it for my grandson by using gray fleece, adding a yellow beak, furry yarn around the eyes and furry yarn ears.
