    Wouldn’t it be easier to remove the seeds from the peppers before roasting them?

    For how long and at what temperature am I supposed to roast the bell peppers? Never mentioned that, not even in the recipe.

      In the instructions to the recipe it is written that you need to roast them for 30 minutes, giving them a half turn midway.

      350 F, 50 minutes, take the peppers and wet in olive oil, add coarse salt, and spread a little on the top, at 25 minutes turn around, when done, take out from oven, wait 10 minutes, and peel with hands. Don't add bread, is a really bad idea.

      @@JoseBenitez2009 Bread is added for better consistency but you can skip it of course.

      @@happykitchenrocks Believed me, bread is only added in the factory version not in home made version and I come from Canary Island. And I don't roast the pepper belt.
