If I’m not mistaken, their base forms also happen to pick the most fights with Elder Dragons. Magnamalo (to the Allmother), Zinogre (to Amatsumagatsuchi), and Odogaron (to Vaal Hazak) happen to have turf wars, footage, or scripted appearances unique among most wyverns in confronting dragons. This taxonomic wyvern family seems to be filled with aspiring dragon fighters (leaving aside the lizard-types like Jagras, Girros, and Tobi Kadachi), which makes it make even more sense that they seek out and inherit the element that is best suited for slaying them.

This puts the fanged wyverns at four different species with in-game cinematic conflicts, twice as much as the next batch (flying wyverns with Espinas and Seregios), followed by a single for brute wyverns (Deviljho) and fanged beasts (Rajang). I wonder which group will be next to try their luck in Wilds.
On one hand, this is awesome. On the other hand, I'm upset that a lot of the quests in sunbreak simply do not allow you to pull of shenanigans like this.
This was amazing to watch! From knowledge of mechanics and how to abuse them, to watching every part of Vyce's plan fall perfectly into place, this was an enjoyable ride (heh) from start to finish. Excellent job as usual, Vycery, truly my favourite member of this amazing team.
me who abuses the fauna and flora combined with mega barrel bombs + sleeping palico weapons to kill nasty beasts of this kind... congratulations for the record but it doesn't surprise me since you and your team have always was sharp and efficient... very effective!

was the last MH that you played World? I liked how the movement in it was a bit more grounded, but that means that it took longer to get to the monster.

This is the best reminder I've seen to let everyone know, always use the environment to your advantage, I'm tired of seeing players in my hunts either wyvern riding w/o Red/Gold bugs or not bothering to bash monsters into the wallburst bugs for some stupid reason. they always forget as well that they can change the wallbugs elements based on their weapon too for extra damage & blights

Rise looks like fun, the movement specifically. I don’t care for the rest, but I really like the wire bug movement. I hope they keep that in Wilds, and go back to more of a “Worlds” environment and design. That would be the perfect mix to create the ultimate game imo. Worlds only downfall is the slow movement imo
That would be cool but you gotta realize that world was souly for ps4 and pc meaning that the games agenda was to focus on the graphics and the world side of things hints the name titles before and after that go back to the original mh layout and format which i tend to like best.
