    Really impressed by the three blade prop …I should definitely consider it! Even the sound is different…Good work Jan👍

      Thanks Dim! Yes the 3-blade props make a different sound. Less high-pitched. The acceleration is also very nice with these props!

    Runs like a champ.. Nothing more to comment. Yes and off course Congrats to new pb, but that won't be the last.

      Thanks Peter. This was mainly a speed controller test. The 60A version is the better choice for this hull, if you want to run bigger props.
      The real speed I hope to achieve with the carbon Mini Mono!

      Thanks, Sakibian! I fear that sending it will be more than a new 50A speed controller 😅.

    Hey dj, it runs great awesome boat. I just got the 100a version and it fits🎉(barely). For the lipo tempersture maybe try a 4s lipo(fpv lipo they can perform awesome power) and when doing it on 4s maybe a 75% trothle limit so speeds are the same as 3s

    • @CozyRC
      @CozyRC  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi Mylan, Thanks! I don't think running 75% on 4S will be better than 3S. It will be more stressful for your esc, and you carry more weight in the hull, which you don't use. Why do you think that would be better than 3S? Just curious 😀

    • @parkourrush3820
      @parkourrush3820 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@CozyRC maybe because the 4s lipo doesnt need to give al its power away it wil get less hot and using a 4s 1500mah wont add that much weight, it is smaller the the 3000mah 3s you are running( i fot the same one and think it is to big so i tried 4s 1500 and the boat was running better with it and it was a lot lighter. Also the 75% is just so it is the same as a 3s bit if you want to you can always do like 80% or more untill you think it is to much for the boat to handle. But hey just saying maybe try it maybe dont but it will be intresting?

      I think the amount of A.ps the motor pulls from the battery, dictates how how the lipo gets. It doesn't matter how many cells you have, with the same motor rpm, the Amp draw from the lipo will be the same. You would expect the 4S 1500mAh to get hotter, because it has less capacity... but your experience is different, so my theory might not work in practice!

    Very cool you figured out the issue and gained some more speed! I'm liking the 3 blade props more and more for monos. You get that extra blade turn in the water and it's easier on the electronics compared to running 2 bigger blades. I was surprised to see the exact same mph from the Oxidean 4519 2 blade and a Chinese CNC 4019 3 blade😄 ..the boat liked both props but seemed to perform better with the 3 blade all around. BG4L!🚤💨

    • @CozyRC
      @CozyRC  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes, the power cut is resolved! And nice background on your 2 blade vs. 3 blade experience. Did you notice more bow lift with the 3 blade? Maybe not due to the smaller size?

    • @scaleworksRC
      @scaleworksRC 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@CozyRC Not really noticed much bow rise difference between the 2, but the 3 blade seems to be what the boat likes.. although it does cavitate more out of the hole compared to the 4519 👍
