A small rubber wheel on a shock attached to the nozzle would let you steer while on the ramps and if you use a really narrow one it could also serve as a mini rudder to give you a little more control at slow speeds and without throttle.
that's a perfect example of "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade" I used to live in a house by a river and the road to it would flood for a week/5 days every spring...8' of water on the road. Not a big deal BUT they'd cut the power to the whole area so we ran on gennies. I wish I could post pics here.....my neighbour and I would use a canoe to get to the main road and go get petro/gas for our gennies.

I work on the on the waterways, and this last lot of flooding was relatively extreme, its caused some major issues, and I feel extremely sorry for those effected. That being said, I always enjoy it when people take of advantage of situations to have fun, especially when's there's water involved. This was great to watch!!!

Cut off the z bend and solder on a standard clevis. Then move your battery around to trim out the porpoising.

you should program the bucket to work like a real bucket stop on a jet boat. it works as a brake as well as reverse.
