Make sure to watch this one from start to finish as I take this stock 2023 Street Glide ST from sewing machine status to a mean sounding and rip snorting performance upgraded Harley Davidson. Performance by Harley-Davidson and growl by Rinehart Racing. Thanks for watching, commenting and sharing this with your friends or others that may want learn more about performance upgrades. If this is your first time checking out the HDVIBE channel or your a returning viewer but haven't yet hit that subscribe button, I would be honored if you would consider doing so. Thanks for you time and as always ride safe and enjoy. Rick HDVIBE
If you want to stay in warranty, then the new screamin eagle Bluetooth tuner is the way to go in my opinion. As you saw in the video, easy to set up and flash the map to the bike. Plus the tuner can take you all the way to a Stage 4 should you so desire. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊👍✌️
Just purchased this tuner and watched this video to help with the install. After two attempts to update the firmware, I was able to autotune my 2023 SGS and man what a difference! the throttle response is immediate, and the power is definitely noticeable. Thanks for sharing this video. Ride safe my friend.
Thanks Jason for watching and commenting. It is amazing how much better throttle response is after the tune. Glad it all worked well for you. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Subscribed! I just bought the 2023 Fast Johnnie Street Glide, installed Rinehart HP45's, Lepera seat, handlebar mirrors(removed OEM and plugged holes), Memphis shades windshield, passenger pegs, and a few other parts...I also have the Bluetooth Pro Street tuner and was going to have the dealer install it, but after watching your videos, I have decided to do it myself....Thanks!! I may wait until I complete my break in period before installing the Tuner, although it probably makes no difference.
Thanks for watching, commenting and subscribing. Congrats on the new bike. Sounds like you are getting it all set up. Definitely no need to have the dealership install the tuner to upload the Stage 1 map. Just follow this video and the prompts on the app and you will be all good....and saving the money 💰. I look forward to seeing your comments on other and future videos. Enjoy the new bike and ride safe. 👊👍✌️
Just got done doing the Stage 2 with this tuner and YES...a very noticeable difference. I have to admit you had me all the way up until you mentioned the dealership you did. Eventually youll get educated and stop dealing with them and go someplace else like so many others have already done.
Thanks for watching and commenting. The Stage 2 is definitely a very nice upgrade and glad to hear all went well with the Bluetooth Pro Street Tuner. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Love me some Rinehart exhaust. Bike came with moto 45 but put on a header and changed moto 45 baffles to DBX 45 and a tune and heavy breather. Woke up my 18 SG
Thanks Brian for watching and sharing your experience. I really like the DBX baffles...awesome deep rumble and good bark when you get into the throttle. Thanks for your and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
I had Cobra Neighbor Haters on my 2020 Road Glide but ended getting the Rinehart DBX45s on my 2022 Road Glide Special because I absolutely love the sound.
Thanks Mark for watching and commenting. I also had neighbor haters on my 2019 Road King Special...I thought they were great until I switch over to the Rinehart DBX45s. Deep sound when cruising but really bark when you get into the throttle. If you are already a subscriber...than you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
I just purchase the screaming eagle tuner. It seems to be pretty straightforward. I’ve watched your video several times. It’s very helpful. Thanks for the tip and Harley. Thank you for showing me the tuner because that’s what made me want to buy it.
Thanks John for watching and commenting. I'm glad the video was helpful. That is what my channel is all about. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👍✌️👊
Thanks for watching and commenting. The bike is running very well after the tune. If you are already a subscriber to the channel..thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊👍✌️
Thanks Trent for watching and commenting. Hopefully you have also subscribed to the channel as well. I look forward to seeing your comments on other and future videos. Make sure to watch tomorrow's video. It will be featuring the Street Glide ST. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
Outstanding! Lots of great info. Really like the step by step how to and actual displays of your phone. I'll be ordering mine (SE Tuner) on payday. Awaiting my slipons. Now to get my new intake as well. 22 Road Glide 107. Thanks

Just subscribed. I have this tuner waiting for my new pipes. I have always loved Rineharts ( on my 2012 & 2014).. but for my 2022.. I ordered the KW 4.5...
Thanks Tommy for watching and commenting. I appreciate your kind words and support. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Ride safe and enjoy. ✌️👊👍
I've just subscribed. Just last week bought 2023 Street Glide ST and in process of build for bike... new mustang solo seat with back support, heated grips, larger windshield, tail rack, custom auxiliary light kit and considering completing Stage 1 with Rhinehart DBX45 with tuner
Thanks for watching and commenting. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Enjoy that new bike and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Thanks Stuart for your continued support to the channel. The FP3 is a great tuner, unfortunately the EPA has gotten after Vance and Hines and now the FP3 has been taken off the market and replaced by the new FP4....which is now only has tuning maps that are EPA compliant like the Harley Pro Street Tuner. Ride safe and enjoy. ✌️👊👍
I did the SE stage 2 on my FLTRX. I wanted so bad to do the parts and tune I’m used to but first new bike. So I went OEM. 447 cam, 55mm intake, SS lifters and cuffs. SEPST. I am BLOWN AWAY. I guess my expectations were kinda low. But holy cow. They loaded the map then dialed it in on the rollers.
Thanks for watching and commenting. That sounds like a great setup, especially with the 55 mm intake. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe ✌️👍👊
I added a slip on last week and didn't like the way my 2023 Street Glide was running. Seemed hotter. I purchased this same tuner, added a K&N drop in air filter, loaded the base tune and now ran 3 auto tune sessions. I know a stage 1 doesn't do much power wise but the bike runs so much smoother and cooler. Night and day difference as it "feels" more powerful.
Thanks Greg for watching and commenting. I'll be adding the K&N filter set up soon as well. I'm looking forward to auto tuning in the near future as well. The improvement I noticed most was throttle response. It just seems much more aggressive...which is good. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for the support and ride safe. 👍👊✌️
Thanks for watching, commenting, and subscribing. Enjoy the new bike. I look forward to seeing your comments on other and future videos. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊👍✌️
Thanks Eddie. Now to get the new slip ons burned in a big and they will be even better. Nice low rumble when cruising and a bit of a bark when you twist the throttle. Ride safe and enjoy. 👊✌️👍
Thanks Art for watching. It is a very nice tuner and very small. You can open the app while riding and monitor what is going on with the bike in real time. Enjoy those Khrome Werks. Ride safe and enjoy. 👊✌️👍
Thank you Howard for watching and commenting. The channel is all about providing helpful information to the riding community. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for the kind words and support. Ride safe and enjoy. 👊✌️👍
Thanks for watching and commenting. You should be pleased...really cleaned up the sloppiness in the throttle response off the line. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Great video Rick. The sound seems just right. The tuner must by just like the FP3. I have that on my built cvo road glide and it works great with a custom tune from Vance and Hines.
Thanks Stuart for the kind comment. It's is very similar to the FP3. It's refreshing that Harley got a product that is current with the times. Thanks for the continued support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Thanks for watching and commenting. I am planning to do a video on the smart tune feature in the not too distance future. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. Just traded my scooter in an got a 2023 Ultra Limited, The already put the Reinhart Dbx45s on and added a screaming eagle breather so basically Stage one. How do I find out without asking them if they tuned the bike with provided tuner ? Or if I tune the bike per stage one specs will it confuse the machine if its already done. Only have 33 miles on the bike
Thanks for watching and commenting. The dealership can give you the service record on the bike which would should show exactly what they did to the bike. If they didn't give you a tuner, my guess is it hasn't been tuned. I bought a bike that had Stage 1 done by the dealer before delivery as part of the deal. It included the DBX 45s and tune. The tuner was in the saddle bag in the box. I hope that is helpful. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
can you share your MPG after the tune? my understanding is that the 114 and 117 are already set up from the factory with stage 1 so no tuning would be necessary, the AFR is already correct?
Thanks for watching and commenting. I get approximately 40 MPG. I get the same mpg on the Stage 1 117 as the Stage 2 114. I also tend to ride my bikes at higher rpms...usually between 3,000 to 4,000...so my mpg is usually a bit lower than most...I think stated mpg from Harley stock is 42 mpg. I also have another video that I cover that question and more. The video is titled Stage 2 questions answered. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍

Thanks Richard for watching and commenting. Which air cleaner did your order and what bike are you tuning up? If you are already a subscriber thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👍👊
Mine came with no instruction sheet :) It doesn't seem clear, but once you have pushed a tune to the bike, does the bluetooth component need to stay attached to the motorcycle? Thanks for the thorough vid!
Thanks for watching and commenting. After you load the map to the bike and complete the process...you do not need to keep the tuner attached to the bike. However, if you do keep it attached, you can monitor the bike via the app on your phone. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so much. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
I have a 2013 Electra Glide Ultra classic CVO with the 110. If all I'm doing is putting on slip Ons, is that considered a stage one when using the pro street tuner? Thanks in advance
Thanks Floyd for watching and commenting. Slip ons, high flow breather and a tune is considered a Stage 1. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👍👊
I have a quick question, someone may be able to help answer. While my Triglide was in getting serviced, I had HD install the high flow breather and Pro Street Tuner. Does anyone know if even though the tech did the tune am I still able to pair with my phone to see the properties etc without disrupting the already completed stage one tune?
Thanks for watching and commenting. If you have the Bluetooth tuner, you can connect it to your phone as shown in this video. From there you can monitor and do smart tune etc.. if you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
hey I have been able to unpair my dealers laptop and download stage 1. Now I want to run a few autotunes, have you started to do anything with this capability of the pro tuner?
Hey Luke I have not had the opportunity yet to run the auto tune feature yet. I hope to find the time to do so in the coming weeks. Thanks for watching and commenting. I appreciate your support to the channel. Ride safe and enjoy. ✌️👍👊
Did that error code disable your ABS? I’ve heard there is a problem with the tuner it messes up the RDRS and your ABS. Great video I’m watching all your content and love it.
I had no issues at all with the tuner. ABS is good and RDRS as well. Thanks for watching and commenting. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👍👊
Thanks for watching and commenting. The Pro Street tuner doesn't allow you to disable the speed limiter. While the FP3 did allow this, the new FP4 tuner from vance and hines does not. The FP3 tuner is no longer available for sale from Vsnce and Hines. The FP4 replaced it and also is EPA compliant like the HD Pro Street Tuner. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Thanks for watching and commenting. The Stage 1 tune works very well with non Harley exhaust. The flow between Harley slip ons and aftermarket slip ons is not that different so the tune is just fine. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
Thanks for watching and commenting. Unfortunately I do not have any sound clips of the DBX 45s on this bike before the tune. I did put the DBX 45s on my 114 Road Glide Special without a tune prior to doing a Stage 2 on it. The exhaust sound was about the same. The 117 might be just a but deeper at idle but not really noticeable. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
I’m on the fence just got my ST got 21 miles on it. And definitely want that Stage 1!. I thought SE slip ons where going to be the move but these rinehearts sound amazing
The Rineharts sound very good and work well with the Screamin Eagle Stsge 1 tune. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊👍✌️

I subscribed. Great info man. Can I do the same stage one tune on a 2022 RG Limited with the stock breather but tab performance / zombie baffles slip ons? or do I need to do the breather? I got the stock wedge breather and its a 114
Thanks for watching and subscribing. You can do the Stage 1 tune with the stock breather. I believe it is a high flow as well. Then you can do some Smart Tune sessions to get the tune set for your set up. Down the road you may want to consider the Ventilator Extreme breather. You will definitely get more air in to the bike which is key to performance. That is the breather on the Street Glide ST. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
The tuner uploads the map to the ECM. When you auto tune, the adjustments are also loaded into the ECM. That happens as shown in the video where the bike turns itself on and off. 👊✌️👍
I just liked your 1500 mile review of the ST and saw this video waiting to play...so i did play... whats your take on the Bluetooth tuner compared to the cable linked screaming eagle tuner?. I am big on viewing data, would it be worth the switch from cabled tuner to the Bluetooth? Having the option to clear codes on other vehicles (kenworth semi) has saved my wallet big. I just dont want to monkey too much with the H-D extended warranty i have on my 21 flhxs...
Thanks for watching and commenting. The Bluetooth svreamin eagle tuner is great. I have both versions and like the Bluetooth version much better. You can monitor much more from the app. You can also much easier to an auto or smart tune with it. It will not impact the warranty at all...that is exactly why I went with it. I'll be doing a video on the functionality in the near future. Just as an example, the service advisor at my local dealer had the old tuner and bought the Bluetooth version because it's easier to use. Thanks so much for your support to the channel. Much appreciated. Ride safe and enjoy. 👍✌️👊
Thanks for watching. I believe I mentioned that in the video. The throttle is much more responsive... no hesitation at all. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
@@HDVIBE Thanks for the reply. Yes I do remember you mentioning the throttle response, but did you notice kind of a flat spot and or hesitation when just beginning to turn the throttle? That is what I was wanting to fix and did you feel a ''no flat spot'' there at the very beginning of the opening of the throttle?
Thanks for watching and commenting. You are correct there is no option for a de catted head pipe. So just go with the map for whatever stage you are working with and you should be good. The stock m8 header even with the Cat flows pretty darn good...it just gets hot. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
I’ve got a 2023 street glide. I still have the warranty so I cannot go to an aftermarket tuner is the screaming eagle tuner a hit or miss kind of tuner because I want to be able to put a better tune on my bike instead of spending right at $2000 to go to a Dino, any affirmation would be great
Thanks for watching and commenting. If you want to keep your warranty in place, the Screamin Eagle Pro Street Tuner is about the only option. I have use an SE tuner on all three of my bikes and I'm comfortable saying my bikes run great and the tuners are user friendly. I have a Stage 2 Road Glide Special which is tuned using the SE tuner starting with the base Stage 2 map and then a few smart tune sessions. In my opinion, the bike performs incredibly. So, I don't think I will ever spend money on a dyno tune especially $2,000... If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Thanks for watching, commenting and subscribing. The tune definitely gives the bike a better air fuel mixture ratio. The M8s are not as lean from the factory as we're the Twin Cams. I have had both and the M8 definitely is a bit richer from the factory and runs cooler than the twin cams. I've recently also smart tuned the bike ( you can also check out that video) and it runs even better. Thanks for your support 👊✌️👍
@@HDVIBE Very True about the Twin-Cam..I had a 2017 LowRiderS 110, and it ran Super Hot. I put Amoil 15w60 oil to cool it down a bit. , Nevertheless, I was given an offer I couldn't refuse and sold my S, for good $$$$
Thanks for watching and commenting. You can keep it plugged in or you can take it off. I leave it on so I'd I want to monitor while riding I can. You also needed it plugged it if you do an auto tune session. If you are already a subscriber thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Thanks for watching and commenting. I do not believe the tuner locks to a specific phone. As long as you load the app, you should be able to link to the tuner no matter the phone. Basically a Bluetooth connection to the tuner. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
I heard of rumors that there was a glitch in the tuner for a 23 Roadglide that when its hooked up and a tune is downloaded it takes off the traction control Off. Have you heard that ?
I have heard that with the Vance and Hines FP4 tuner but not the Harley tuner. I have traction control on the 2023 ST...no issues after tuning with the screamin eagle tuner. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👍✌️👊
Quick question. How is the throttle response after the tune? I’m holding off on a cam. But the throttle response is lagging at best. I have the exact bike and pipes.
Thanks James for watching and commenting. The tune definitely fixes the lagging throttle response. I was very pleased with that improvement after loading the map. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
@@HDVIBE thanks for the quick response. Look forward to more of your videos. Guess I’m gonna have to pull the trigger on that tuner. I’ve always used TTS and dyno tuned my bikes. Decided to keep the warranty intact on this bike. Especially considering what I’m paying for it. Ride safe Brother.
Thanks for sharing! Looking at doing this to my 22’ RK Special. Had the DBX 40 listed in my phone and also wondering about the Screamin Eagle cannons. What are your thoughts comparing the DBX 45’s to the above?
Thanks Rick for watching and commenting. The DBX 45s will have a deeper rumble than the DBX40. I actually rode a 2023 Road King Special this past Friday with the SE8 447 cam and SE Cannons. The Cannons weren't bad but in my opinion the DBX 45s sound much better. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Thanks David for watching and commenting. Once the tuner is used on one bike it is essentially married to that bike and can't be used to flash another bike. So in my case I have 3 bikes and 3 tuners. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
Thanks for watching and commenting. While other slip ons are not specified in the tuner map, the base map supports more free flowing slip ons...in my case Rinehart DBX 45s. So Vance and Hines slip ons with the tuner should be fine. If you are already a subscriber..thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Ride safe and enjoy. 👍✌️👊
So I installed the tuner on my 21 low rider s but can’t figure out how to smart tune it now do I need to leave it on the bike and run the bike a few days did you ever do the smart tune
You do need to leave the tuner on the bike to run the smart tune process. I have not yet done it on my bike but if you follow the screens on the app, it seemed like it was pretty straight forward. There is a user manual that steps you through the process. hdstcdn.service-solutions.com/streettuner/Mobile-Tuner-User-Manual.pdf
I left you a link to the user manual. Hopefully that will get you headed in the right direction. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Did you just change the slips on and the air filter? Or did you change the exhaust header? I got a krome werks 4.5 slip ons and im about to change the air filter to the heavy breather but im not sure if thats all i need to do the stage one
Thanks for watching and commenting. In this video I added slip ons and loaded a Stage 1 base map tune via the screamin eagle Bluetooth Pro Street Tuner. Technically speaking, a Stage 1 consists of adding slip ons, a free flowing breather then a Stage 1 tune. You don't need to change the headpipe unless you want just a bit more sound and a reduction of heat coming off the headpipe. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
Thanks for watching and commenting. The tuner is for 2021 and newer touring and softail models...so yes, it will work on a 2022 Lowrider S. Check out the link in the description with all the details on specific models etc. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊👍✌️
Great video. I just became a subscriber. I had a stage 1 done with SE Street Cannons and air cleaner I have the original pro street tuner like the one you showed in the video. Would it benefit me to get this tuner? Thank you for your help and time.
The capabilities of the two tuners are nearly the same. The primary difference is you can auto tune via the app on your phone and generally you do not have to use your computer with the new one. The other advantage of the new one is checking codes via the app and monitoring the engine while riding. Thanks for subscribing and commenting. I appreciate your support. Ride safe and enjoy. ✌️👊👍
@@HDVIBE Thank you for the quick reply. I have seen a ton on negative reviews on this product and it makes me a little nervous about buying it. What have you seen out there on bad reviews and what are your thoughts on it and is it worth it? Thanks again.
All I can share is my experience with the tuner. I haven't had any problems with it at all. So far everything with the tuner has functioned as it should. I'll be doing a follow up video on it showing the smart tune feature in the near future...probably in the next 4 to 6 weeks. ✌️👊👍
I broke down and bought the Bluetooth tuner. It worked like it should. The only issue I had was low voltage and it wouldn’t tune so I charged the bike for a short time and finished the set up and tune. I will update after I ride a little bit. Thank you
@Madfire183_2 Thanks for watching and commenting. I'm glad you got it installed and loaded the map with no issues. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
Thanks for watching and commenting. The tuner does not have an option for baffles removed. I'm not sure if any tuner has a canned map for that option. I've used the Vance & Hines FP3 in the past and I do no believe it had a tune for that either. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
The SE tuner will tune all the way to Stage 4. My Road Glide Special with a Stage 2 cam is tuned with the SE tuner. Thanks for watching and commenting. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for the support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Thanks, George, for watching and commenting. I do not believe you can adjust the idle setting with the SE tuners. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Great video. Now that youve had it installed and some miles how do you like the tuner? I did a PV on my 21 RKS when i did a full exhaust, but still have a year on my warranty. This looks like a better option than the old SE tuner to reflash and use till my warranty expires, if it has everything. Man that ST is slick.
So far I really like the tuner. It's also nice that I can pull up the app on my phone while riding and monitor the operation of the bike. I'll put some more miles on the base tune then run some auto tune sessions to get it dialed in even more. Ride safe and enjoy. 👊✌️👍
Thanks for watching and commenting. It's tuned for that breather but not necessarily for better flowing exhaust. The Stage 1 tune made a big improvement in throttle response. Stock tune the throttle response was slow...after uploading the stsge 1 map, the throttle response is almost immediate. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👍👊
Thanks Ken for watching and commenting. The tuner will work on your 2023 Road Glide Special exactly as it did on my 2023 Street Glide ST. Follow the steps I performed in the video and you too can tune your RGS. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
If you use the Harley tuner I used in this video you will not void your warranty. The map that is loaded from the tuner has Bern developed by Harley and still meets the EPA requirements. I have 3 bikes using the Street pro tuner and all still have valid warranty. Thanks for watching and commenting. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
I just put the dbx45 like yours and i have the same bike only thing i have to buy now is the tuner 😊… do you have to leave the tuner conected ???? Or you can take it off when you finish with the tuning
You can take the tuner off after you tune. You can leave it connected if you want to monitor engine Temps etc. Or to do the auto tune. Thanks for watching and commenting. Ride safe and enjoy. ✌️👍👊
Not sure what's going on with this thing. First it said it was connected by blue tooth. Now it tells me another Mobile is connected and I have to unpair from that. I only used my phone.
I do have stock headers in the bike. I did ask a Harley Master Technician about putting different headers on the bike. He told me that if the headers are 2-1-2 then there really isn't much difference in how the bike will perform with the Harley tune. The only difference will be more sound output. You can also run the auto tune feature to get the map and air fuel ratio modified for the exact set up. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for the support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
If you have a non standard wheel on your bike, the tune will not be necessarily appropriate. However that would be a great question for Harley technical support. Thanks for watching and ride safe. ✌️👍👊
Thanks for watching and commenting. I do have the stock head pipe on the bike. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
@frankjoe31 I recently changed headers on my 2021 Road Glide Special. The main reason to change headers is to get the heat reduction. The main culprit creating heat is the catalyst in the stock head pipe. Actually, the flow on the stock M8 head pipes are pretty darn good...they just get hot with the cat in them. Check out the video I recently released on changing to a Tab Performance 2-1-2 headpipe. This is one of the most cost effective headers as you can reuse the stock heat shields. Plus if you watch my step by step video, you can do it yourself and save the cost of labor. ✌️👊👍
Love your videos, but why would you run slipons on a ST with a 117. You leaving performance on the table unless you upgrading later to a full pipe. Have you seen how ugly and heavy the factory pipe is.I know you want to stay within warranty and I get that. I have a 23 RG-ST and put a 2 into 1 Sawicki stainless pipe, powervision tuner, hpi manifold so far. I’m trying to squeeze every ounce of performance out of the motor lol. Keep the videos coming!!
Thanks for watching and commenting. I certainly understand there is more to get out of the 117...but as you stated, I'm want to stay in warranty so I could change it out but I would still have to run the Sceamin Eagle EPA tune. So will it run well in that configuration and tune or not...that's my dilemma. I appreciate the kind words and support. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Ride safe and enjoy. 👊✌️👍
Thanks Jeremy for watching commenting and subscribing. I plan to do a video on the auto tune procedure soon. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Thanks for watching and commenting. I do have videos covering all the needed info for a Stage 2...including costs etc. You may want to check those videos out. That cost seems a bit high unless that also includes a new exhaust system. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so much. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Technically a Stage 1 is a heavy breather, slip ons and a tune. Often headers are changed out as well...however, many aftermarket header manufacturers are going CARB compliant...which means unless you get old stock, even new headers will have a Catalyst in them. It's sad but this is they way the market is going. Many slip ons are going to be 50 state compliant as well soon. Vance and Hines and Rinehart just started making the switch to 50 state compliance . Thanks for the support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Yes...I understand your concern. So far I haven't noticed a change in hear on my bike yet. However I haven't ridden much yet with the new set up. Another cool feature with the SE Bluetooth tuner is the ability to monitor real time temperature and many other parameters will riding with the app open on the phone while riding. 👍
Thanks Will for watching and commenting. It definitely is very similar to the fuelpak but much smaller. It functions very similarly to the FP3 as well. Now to get a few more miles on the new tune then I'll run an auto tune session to get it dialed in. Ride safe and enjoy. 👊✌️👍
Thanks for watching and commenting. I have not yet had the opportunity to run the auto tune yet. I have only had the tuner on the bike for a few days.. so I need to run about 400 or so miles before I run the auto tune. I hope to do that in the near future. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
☹ No Screamin Eagle Pro Street Tuner in Europe 4 my 2022 FLSB. ☹The Rinehart slipon cost me a arm and a leg. ☹ The complete stage1 here cost me 1680euro, with basic K&N aircleaner / Rinehart slipon / tune with external software. ☹ I hate Europe.
Thanks for watching and sharing the situation in Europe. I am a bit familiar with the situation in Europe as I do travel to various countries in the EU from time to time and try to stop in at a Harley dealership in whichever country I'm visiting. I considered the new Rineharts for the ST models but decided to stick with the DBX 45s. My guess is they will be similar in sound as they have the same DBX45 baffle. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for the support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
@@HDVIBE Yes, I think they are the same as yours but with a different end cap and badging. Do you consider them TOO loud or just kind of loud? Thank You!
Thanks for watching and commenting. No question you can get more power with an aftermarket tune. In my case I'm still I warranty so for my application it is fine. Maybe one day I'll put a real non epa tune on the bike and see where that gets it. I appreciate the support and ride safe. 👊👍✌️
Tuner is garbage. Read the reviews first. Constantly disconnects from Bluetooth while riding and trying to "Smart Tune". Been to two different dealers who cannot figure out why it disconnects. Wanted to return but they will not take it back since it is opened. Now I have a $450.00 piece of plastic.
Thanks for commenting and sharing your experience. So far, the tuner has worked flawlessly for me. I have not yet tried the smart tune but plan to do so soon. I have used it to monitor the engine will riding and I haven't had any connection issues. Hopefully you or HD can get it figured out. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. Thanks for watching and commenting. If just slip ons you don't need to have a tune put on the bike....but if you change the breather you should put a Stage 1 tune on the bike. Great video. I just became a subscriber. I had a stage 1 done with SE Street Cannons and air cleaner I have the original pro street tuner like the one you showed in the video. Would it benefit me to get this tuner? Thank you for your help and time.
Hi, I need one for my 2023 breakout!! Your opinion???
If you want to stay in warranty, then the new screamin eagle Bluetooth tuner is the way to go in my opinion. As you saw in the video, easy to set up and flash the map to the bike. Plus the tuner can take you all the way to a Stage 4 should you so desire. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊👍✌️
Hi, I went to get it and I just finished the installation: Love it 😀
Awesome. Ride safe and enjoy. 👊👍✌️
@@HDVIBE 🙏🙏👍👍
Just purchased this tuner and watched this video to help with the install. After two attempts to update the firmware, I was able to autotune my 2023 SGS and man what a difference! the throttle response is immediate, and the power is definitely noticeable. Thanks for sharing this video. Ride safe my friend.
Thanks Jason for watching and commenting. It is amazing how much better throttle response is after the tune. Glad it all worked well for you. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. That's wild with the Bluetooth interaction on the tuner. I love the blacked out pipes on your bike, and it sounds great.
Thanks Eric. The bike sounds and runs much better now. Ride safe and enjoy. 👊✌️👍

Great video as always. I have an Fp3 on my 16. Love that too. Nice to see hd getting with the BT program.
I saw that. Thank you for your response. Have a great day.
@stuartberke5845 You are welcome 👍

The stock sound was pretty nasty ! The new slip ones sound amazing Rick. Great job amigo. Cheers, Eddie
Thanks Eddie. Now to get the new slip ons burned in a big and they will be even better. Nice low rumble when cruising and a bit of a bark when you twist the throttle. Ride safe and enjoy. 👊✌️👍
Ha funny enough I just put on Khrome Werks mufflers on yesterday. Good deal on tuner I was actually wondering about this one. Seems cool.

Great video Rick. The sound seems just right. The tuner must by just like the FP3. I have that on my built cvo road glide and it works great with a custom tune from Vance and Hines.

Hey. Can you do a video on how to customize a tune with the new screaming Eagle tuner!!! It would be very helpful. Thanks as always.
Hey John,
I do plan to do a follow up video in the future on the smart tune feature of the tuner. Thanks for your support. 👍

Can the speed limiter be disabled like it can be with the Vance and Hines tuner?
Thanks for watching and commenting. The Pro Street tuner doesn't allow you to disable the speed limiter. While the FP3 did allow this, the new FP4 tuner from vance and hines does not. The FP3 tuner is no longer available for sale from Vsnce and Hines. The FP4 replaced it and also is EPA compliant like the HD Pro Street Tuner. I am just curious what happens if you have an aftermarket exhaust that is not screaming Eagle? Will the tune not work properly because of this?
Thanks for watching and commenting. The Stage 1 tune works very well with non Harley exhaust. The flow between Harley slip ons and aftermarket slip ons is not that different so the tune is just fine. Nice video. Im curious how much that at home ecm tune made a differnce. I want to hear the new exhaust before the tune.
Thanks for watching and commenting. Unfortunately I do not have any sound clips of the DBX 45s on this bike before the tune. I did put the DBX 45s on my 114 Road Glide Special without a tune prior to doing a Stage 2 on it. The exhaust sound was about the same.
I also have a video on the channel showing the Ventilator Extreme and how to Smart Tune with the Bluetooth tuner for future reference. 👍
@HDVIBE yeah I’m thinking about that upgrade next. It’s pricey but still want you to do it. I’ll check out the video. Thanks!
@thadsalamon3580 👍
does the tuner flash the ecm? because none of the instructions nor videos mention reflashing the ecm.
I have a 2022 St Street Glide and was wondering if this tuner and exhaust gets rid of the small hesitation when applying the throttle? Thank You!
That is exactly what I noticed...and now no longer an issue. It hits as soon as you twist the throttle.👊👍✌️
So I removed catalytic material from my stock pipes! When choosing from tune list should I choose headers? I’m sure there is no de cat selection lol !
I’ve got a 2023 street glide. I still have the warranty so I cannot go to an aftermarket tuner is the screaming eagle tuner a hit or miss kind of tuner because I want to be able to put a better tune on my bike instead of spending right at $2000 to go to a Dino, any affirmation would be great
That was supposed to say any information would be great
Thanks for watching and commenting.

@matthewsenn391 You are welcome Matthew.
Have you noticed your Bike running cooler/richer with this Tune ??, I just subscribed, great channel, as I may Come back to H-D once again. ??
Thanks for watching, commenting and subscribing. The tune definitely gives the bike a better air fuel mixture ratio. The M8s are not as lean from the factory as we're the Twin Cams. I have had both and the M8 definitely is a bit richer from the factory and runs cooler than the twin cams. I've recently also smart tuned the bike ( you can also check out that video) and it runs even better. Thanks for your support 👊✌️👍
@@HDVIBE
Very True about the Twin-Cam..I had a 2017 LowRiderS 110, and it ran Super Hot. I put Amoil 15w60 oil to cool it down a bit. , Nevertheless, I was given an offer I couldn't refuse and sold my S, for good $$$$
@elithegreat6463 👍
Do you leave the tuner plugged in or do you remove it after you're done tuning?
Thanks for watching and commenting. You can keep it plugged in or you can take it off. I leave it on so I'd I want to monitor while riding I can. You also needed it plugged it if you do an auto tune session. If you are already a subscriber thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Question
Im using a backup phone. Will the tuner/ app lock to the phone?
@user-xw7ou5wy4s 👍
Thanks Rick! Appreciate the quick response. Will consider the 45’s. I am subscribed.
Very good video! 👍
You are welcome and thank you. 👊
Can you use the same tuner on different bikes? I have 2 Harleys, would I need to buy a separate one for my second bike?
Thanks David for watching and commenting. Once the tuner is used on one bike it is essentially married to that bike and can't be used to flash another bike. So in my case I have 3 bikes and 3 tuners. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
Does the tuner support Vance and Hines pipes? Thanks
Will this tuner work on my 2022 Lowrider S ???

Does the tuner have a can tune for baffles removed?
Thanks for watching and commenting. The tuner does not have an option for baffles removed. I'm not sure if any tuner has a canned map for that option. I've used the Vance & Hines FP3 in the past and I do no believe it had a tune for that either. If you are already a subscriber...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
Will the SE tuner tune the bike after cam or stage two?

If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for the support and ride safe.

Because of the heavy breather being stock on this bike, isn’t the bike already tuned to stage 1 from the factory?
Thanks for watching and commenting. It's tuned for that breather but not necessarily for better flowing exhaust. The Stage 1 tune made a big improvement in throttle response. Stock tune the throttle response was slow...after uploading the stsge 1 map, the throttle response is almost immediate. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👍👊
Does this work with a 2023 Road Glide special?
Thanks Ken for watching and commenting. The tuner will work on your 2023 Road Glide Special exactly as it did on my 2023 Street Glide ST. Follow the steps I performed in the video and you too can tune your RGS. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. I have a question… if i do that can i lose my warranty???
If you use the Harley tuner I used in this video you will not void your warranty. The map that is loaded from the tuner has Bern developed by Harley and still meets the EPA requirements. I have 3 bikes using the Street pro tuner and all still have valid warranty. Thanks for watching and commenting. If you are already a subscriber...thank you.
How long does it actually take? mine has been on " Programming Motorcycle with final calibration " for the last 45mins
Mine took maybe 5 minutes to update and load the map to the bike.
Not sure what's going on with this thing. First it said it was connected by blue tooth. Now it tells me another Mobile is connected and I have to unpair from that. I only used my phone.
That's is odd. Hopefully disconnecting and trying again will do it. As I said mine connected right up and 5 minutes I was good to go. ✌️👊👍
@HDVIBE done that several times, still will not connect 😑
That is odd. Maybe check with your dealership service department to see if they have any ideas. 👊
Do u have stock headers? I have the tuner but it doesn’t have a option with just slip ons and hi flow filter.
@@HDVIBE I’m wondering if I should auto/ smart tune it vs stage 1 stock header tune. They come lean from factory …puzzled lol
You have to load a base map before you can auto tune. 👍
What happens if I have a 21” wheel ??
If you have a non standard wheel on your bike, the tune will not be necessarily appropriate. However that would be a great question for Harley technical support. Thanks for watching and ride safe. ✌️👍👊
Do you have the stock headers on

So would it make a difference if you change them or not worth the money
@frankjoe31 I recently changed headers on my 2021 Road Glide Special. The main reason to change headers is to get the heat reduction. The main culprit creating heat is the catalyst in the stock head pipe. Actually, the flow on the stock M8 head pipes are pretty darn good...they just get hot with the cat in them. Check out the video I recently released on changing to a Tab Performance 2-1-2 headpipe. This is one of the most cost effective headers as you can reuse the stock heat shields. Plus if you watch my step by step video, you can do it yourself and save the cost of labor. ✌️👊👍
Thank you👍
@frankjoe31 👍
Yes...it was pretty bad. Thanks for checking out this week's video. Ride safe and enjoy. 👊✌️👍
But do you still have the cat in the headers? I thought stage 1 was removal of cat or new cat free headers.
@@HDVIBE My concern is that a tuner adds more fuel and more fuel to the cat means more heat.
