He’s done that before in Jank, or maybe another episode of History, In one episode he tries to cheat but then Cimo caught him and MBT goes, “ yeah I think I realized that my win condition was cheating and hoping you don’t realize”
Sometimes the win con is your opponent not reading cards. In a regional I was against Mekk Invoked with my Strikers and I Shark Cannon summoned his Avramax. I was low on LP but he couldn’t out it so he ended up losing… however Avramax only has his crazy targeting and destruction protection when he is LINK summoned and not when he is summoned from graveyard so he could have killed it whenever he wanted.
The difference between them paying decks they never played before and them playing decks they actually played before is unbelievable. I'd say while modern archetype design started with Duelist Alliance, Modern Yugioh as we know it today started with the release of Breakers of Shadows, the set that created the first modern Yu-Gi-Oh deck in Pepe that had access to a lot of searchers, played engines like we play them today and used its Main Deck monsters to go into the Extra Deck for extension and to summon Extra Deck bosses with the goal of setting up the same field the opponent couldn't break every single game. The shift from Shaddolls, BA, Tellarknights, Qli and Nekroz to Pepe, Magicians, Monarchs, Kozmo, Phantom Knights and later Metalfoes, ABC and Blue-Eyes and the release of more and more generic negates like Number 38 and Crystal Wing was one of the biggest changes in Yu-Gi-Oh history until we even got to the turning point where we had to much combos and negation in the game so Konami again had to change up how they have to design cards so they started releasing more midrangy decks with fairer, more varied interaction.
This might be one of the best History To date. We all dunk on Cimoooo and MBT for cheating and misplays but this episode shows what happens when they're both on decks they're comfortable with. Genuinely impressed by how good game 3 was. Certified slobber knocker.
I think i understand the theory of not having an out for the domain lock or dark destroyer. Monarch and Kozmo are inconstant enough they could afford to write those games off as losses and focus on winning all your other games.

Nice Key Beetle with Lv 3 monsters
this was great. really felt effortless modern.
This might be one of the best History To date. We all dunk on Cimoooo and MBT for cheating and misplays but this episode shows what happens when they're both on decks they're comfortable with. Genuinely impressed by how good game 3 was. Certified slobber knocker.
How did MBT make Master Key Beetle without Breaksword?
I think i understand the theory of not having an out for the domain lock or dark destroyer. Monarch and Kozmo are inconstant enough they could afford to write those games off as losses and focus on winning all your other games.
ill download marvel snap when i see you, gage, rj and joseph do a playoffs series!!
That game three was beyond magnificent
ehther/erebus have to send monarch spell/traps with different names, so unfortunately we were already out of gas in game 3 when trying to out nightmare shark

Did my man just overlay 2 level 3s to make a rank 4?
This was low key just a healthy state of yugioh. Rouge was viable also. You had had nerfed pepe, kozmo, monarchs, majespecters, blue eyes, pkfire.
