Hello all of you Breakfast shakes and Cocoa bakes, Hope you're all well and enjoyed the episode! Really appreciate you all taking the time to share this with me and it's been a blast to make this series! But what YOU like to see next week? Let me know here and I'll make the most popular one happen! TOGETHER WE MAKE CONTENT! Love to you all, hope you're well, Jules xxoxoxo
Hello Jules, this list gave me an idea for another list. "Ten times developers screwed over dedicated players" But if you did a Red Dead Redemption 2 list that would be awesome. Or a list that I've been pitching for a long time is "Top 10 terrifying underwater monsters in video games". If you try and find a list like that, there's really not any to choose from.
I'm gonna go off what TheDoctor420 suggested and posit that you do a video about games based on novels. We've all heard about games being based on movies, and vice versa, but there's not as much talk about games being based on books.
Dark Hood ahahaha Heyyy Patrick! Hows yer wife and kids? All good? Nice to see you still contributing your focus to gaming. Can I come over sometime if mrs munjini is cool? we can play games in the basement just like ol times ya?
One entry on this list has got to be Metro 2033's sequel, Metro Lest Light. The story has a decent enough ending in the first game, one of two in fact. And then the popularity of the game inspired the sequel to the book, which inspired the game again. Anyway, this story was good, and then it was supposed to be over. But no, there's another story in this world. A very good one, but another story none the less.
The kuva lich in Warframe. Starts off as a normal enemy then turns into a boss with his own following and can also take some of your mission rewards. And at level 5 he's a behemoth especially if he has the right gun and abilities
I mean, Knuckles is the Guardian of the Master Emerald, so smacking the Chaos Emeralds out of people might just be a skill/ability that he has by default.
What about Ezio losing the armor of Altair and not going back for it later and the ability to jump high because he’s older except that he was doing it at the same age at the end of AC2 lol
Ross Mullen it wasn’t destroyed it was only buried in rubble. Ezio does go back for it eventually just not during the game. We see that he has it again during one of desmonds bleeding effect ghost scenes right before they enter the auditore villa sanctuary.
To do the high jump you need to buy a specific glove from Leonardo Da Vinci in Brotherhood (I have to agree, this one's bullshit), and in Revelations you use the hookblade to do it
2:43 Dante is actually practically broke. According to the DMC anime (which is canon btw) business is *never* good for Dante, and even when business is good he usually either blows his money on things he shouldn't (like pizza and strawberry sundaes) or the money usually goes to other various things (such as cleaning up the devastation he's caused by fighting demons is just one example). Dante has never had luck with money.

@@seb24789 I came here to say Dragon's Dogma simply because not enough people understand how in depth that was... so I'll say Monster Hunter World instead.

Hi Jules I love how you end your vids with your wholesome speeches they help so many people (including me). how about : 10 times you judged a game by its cover :) thanks. keep helping to make the world a better place
Jules, sir, I have to say, I absolutely love your lists! But I have to admit my favorite part about each list you do, isn't just your "one per list" jokes you tend to do, but is your helpful messages you like to put at the end of your videos. As some one who suffers from a form of chronic depression, and has luckily survived multiple suicide attempts in my younger years, it literally brings a smile to my face and a tear to my eye every single time. Just knowing that some one out there in your line of work cares enough about everyone else out there struggling is heart warming! Keep up the amazing work sir!!! You sir are a gem, In a world full of coal! Never stop being awesome! And I hope you have an amazing day!!!
Leveling up in The Witcher, only to be at level one in The Witcher 2 Assassins of Kings. After leveling up again, you're at level one again in The Witcher 3 The Wild Hunt. A lot of sequels do that really lol 🤣 At least when Mass Effect 2 did it, the explanation is the Lazarus Project resets everything giving infiltrator Shepard cloaking or vanguard Shepard space boost. At the end of Mass Effect 2 you're at level thirty, which is the same level you start at in Mass Effect 3
Geralt takes long lazy breaks between his epic adventures and his body makes him pay for it? That's been happening to me in quarantine. Went on a road run yesterday and feel like utter hell today because all the gyms are closed.
Makes sense I suppose - he's younger and more aggressive in Origins. Imagine if he did actually end up accidentally killing someone - a wanted criminal and/or suspect in a crime case with key info - between Origins and Asylum and thus swore to never use them again
@@justoneguy2487 It could've been any common thug, they didn't need to be important. Batman's code is very clear, he would be devastated if he killed anyone.
@@kamensentai13 pretty sure any fan of the Arkham series knows that Origins was not made by Rocksteady but that doesn't change the fact that it is still canon to the series which is something Rocksteady acknowledges and tried to give a reason for him not using the gloves with that bit of dialogue in Arkham Knight.

There were a few issues with how Arkham Origins handled the skill tree, the chief one being blocking off abilities that I normally unlocked right away to progress and upgrade quicker.
Supposing the channel didn't already cover them both, I have two suggestions that are stuck in the back of my brain since I finished the very first PS4 game I played, and to date the only one I got platinum at. I'm referring to Infamous 2nd Son and its "concrete" power (not sure if I correctly remembered the actual ingame name of it), the one ability you steal from the final boss of the game while killing her and by far the less useful, powerful and fun of the lot: - The worst "definitive" power/ability/weapon you get at/for the endgame - The times you got a "definitive" ability/power/weapon in the endgame and you could do nothing with it because the game was already ended (this one especially applies to older gamers like myself who tend to leave the final boss fight as the very last thing they do in any kind of game, open and semiopen world ones included, because reasons) Thanks for your videos!

They actually try to explain this in some games by saying he he has been out of action to long and his body needs to relearn his techniques through combat and training.
Hey Jules, next video should be about the side quests that were better than the main story, or just about the best side quests from any game in general.
The golden camel from Egypt I can think of a few quests from Skyrim that would make that list. Blood on Ice, Hail Sithis!, both of the side quests involving the Wolf Queen Potema, and The Forsworn Conspiracy and it’s follow up quest No One Escapes Cidhna Mine. Also sorry if you’ve never played Skyrim before and don’t know any of this missions that I just listed out. Some quests from Oblivion are pretty good as well, but I can’t remember the mission names of the quests I’m thinking of from that game.
Thank you Jules for your constant cheering and support. You are fully realizing that some peoples have it hard and I'm one of them. I went through a cancer where I almost died 4 times within only a few month and I lost my right lung. More baffling than this is the fact I somehow defied human logic by surviving with a 45 cm long tumor inside my chest before I got my operation where the very limit of what a human being should be able to handle is about 30. I got help from many specialist for my physical health and my mental health, but I needed more help to keep a good mental state and you are the one who convinced me to go and seek more appointment from my psychologist with you kind and inspiring speeches at the end of your videos and I thank you for that.
I'd add some moments from the Kingdom Hearts series from the list. Like "Kingdom Hearts II," Sora loses his powers because he was forced to go to sleep. "Kingdom Hearts III," he lost his powers because he failed a test (due to forces beyond his control). (potential spoilers) "Kingdom Hearts IV" (when and if it ever comes out), Sora lost his powers because he died, sorta. And of course, there are a couple of times in-game that he loses he loses his powers temporarily because his keyblade was stolen. Kid can't catch a break once you think about it.
I love the devil may cry explanation, personally. It fits with the canonically established difficulty Dante has with finding paying jobs, and the fact that most people regard devil arms as valuable artifacts, since they can't use them as weapons.
I fucking love the way you end your videos. It's so goddamned genuine, completely unconnected to your commercial success as a channel, and it's an uncommonly healthy outlook in a sea of negativity. Please never change.
Do a list on best Jules “that’s my one per list”, I know not exactly game related but could be just the ones from game videos and be the game it was related too
I think they're going to say the stuff that Aaron Cash said that "Batman likes to beat up guys the old fashioned way.", causing him to relinquish the Shock Gloves.
Just wanted to say good on you for adding that bit in as many videos as possible about awareness of loneliness and depression. I stay a fan because of Whatculture’s wuality and content
I'd say the next one should be top ten betrayals/backstabbings you took in video games. Also a hat thrown into the ring with a possible entry: Lance Vance's turns on you, GTA Vice City. That one took me by surprise honestly
Another enjoyable to watch episode mate keep up the good work. For next weeks episode why not do a list on terrible games but that have banging soundtracks.
Jules, thank you so much for your ending messages, ive been subscribed for a year now (because of you and the messages) and they still pick me up when I need it, bless you brother
The Lord of the rings franchise pulled off a triple coup: great book adaptation. Good console gamea based on the movies. Even better handheld on gameboy advanced
I just wanna say thanks. Your little talk at the end of a large majority of your videos make my heart happy. They can really help turn things around on a rough day. Thanks for caring. Thanks for being you. Keep dropping them bars, i'll keep listening. Much love jules.
How about God of war 2 and 3 , where kratos loses all his powers and weapons in a very stupid way first by being crushed by colossus hand and in 3 by falling in styx . Another one in prototype where alex loses every power that he gained by injecting some fucking syringe ,just for stretching the game time.
Ryu Hayabusa doesn’t want to abuse the true Dragon Sword’s power though he just sends half of his alternate weapons to Muramasa to buy them again? Mega Man Legends Mega Man had Roll sell his weapons behind his back. Ape Escape they forgot the gadgets for some reason. Shenmue, Ryo has a bad memory?
My dad can relate to when Dante selling his devil arms. My grandpa, his dad, fought in WWII and eventually bought a fully-drivable tank with a decommissioned cannon. After Grampa died, my dad inherited his tank. Dad sold the tank a couple months ago to make ends meet during quarantine. I'd just bought my own house and I was preparing to have it transported to my front yard so my dad wouldn't have to pay to keep it in storage. He lives in an HOA-controlled neighborhood and he couldn't keep it on his property. It was too big to fit in his garage.
What if they made a DMC game where you had access to ALL of Dante’s weapons from across every game? I think it’d be both amazing to have all those fancy tools for striking down demons and kinda funny since he gets a set of gauntlets and boots every game (except 2) (P.S. Love you guys at WhatCulture your content is awesome!)
Drew Daugherty the problem with that would be that you’d be too ridiculous overpowered at the very beginning and they’d have to add even more stuff as the game goes on. You’d have so many weapons and moves and it would get kinda overwhelming
Jules, you magnanimous titan of Whatculture, how about a top 10 list for best video game adaptations of tabletop games? Also, thanks a bunch for the constant reminders that there are folks who care - it's too easy to forget sometimes - and thank you for being one of them.
Thanks Jules for actually caring about people with mental health problems like me it actually gives me a little hope and cheers me up watching your videos keep up the good work homie
the speed at which Sonic was going, Knuckles "bumping into him" was a logical move to make him drop the Chaos Emeralds, especially with how sudden the contact was
Mass effect series, in the first game your weapons didn't need ammo they just cool down, in 2 you had "thermal clips", and now had to collect ammo. Game gives a throwaway line of "Researching Geth technology" as the reason weapon technology just went a few centuries backwards in time.
The shock gloves were brilliant in Arkham Origins, but the device I missed the most...which I think was also from Origins but maybe it was City...was the grapple gun, where you could launch a thingy on a thug's back during stealth parts, then shoot it on say...a gargoyle or something...and take that thug permanently out of action. You only got three shots with it, but it was so damn handy! It also seemed like a device Batman would always use.
Jules you rock you're the best out of the team. The real OG and your words of wisdom are really meaningful to me and mean a lot! You are a really good person!
In Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Alucard starts with some of the most powerful weapons and armors in the game, but these are stripped from him by Death shortly after entering the castle, leading to him having to rely on subpar weapons and armors until he can reclaim them, or something more powerful.
Topic Suggestion: Top Pop Culture properties that have never had a AAA game but deserve one. Examples could include things from tabletop games like Malifaux or Rifts, TV shows like Firefly or Stargate, or a comic character who deserves their own solo Arkham/Spidey PS4 style game. I’d love to hear what you guys come up with.
I actually really, really like Jules’ schpeel at the end of many of his videos on depression and mental health. Feel he’s probably a genuine and kind, and pretty understanding, individual.
I liked the reason for Dante. The dude is really bad with money basically spending it all on Pizza, booze, and girl mags, so it makes sense he'd have to sell off some of his swag to keep the toilet flushing. Also interesting detail you left out, in the prequel story it explains he kept one weapon: Cerberus as it was his first weapon he obtained, but it shattered in a fight.
If there would be a part 2...in Lego Harry Potter years 5-7 you lose all of your spells you earn in Harry Potter years 1-4 because you mess about in Umbride's class at the beginning of the game
I'm only got myself a vr recently but after experiencing some underwater stages in games I'm thinking as soon as you said echo the dolphin about an updated version playable in Vr. The immersion level would be epic!

I love the devil may cry explanation, personally. It fits with the canonically established difficulty Dante has with finding paying jobs, and the fact that most people regard devil arms as valuable artifacts, since they can't use them as weapons.
hey jules, how about 10 video game trips that prove devs dont know what drugs are
1. Your mom
I fucking love the way you end your videos. It's so goddamned genuine, completely unconnected to your commercial success as a channel, and it's an uncommonly healthy outlook in a sea of negativity.
Please never change.
Do a list on best Jules “that’s my one per list”, I know not exactly game related but could be just the ones from game videos and be the game it was related too
Love Jewls so much I have struggled with depression my whole life and the way he approaches the topic is so perfect
Hey Jules,
How about Top 10 games you spent more time watching than playing
Im looking at you mgs4
Sam Hurst Death Stranding. Unfortunately.
Every telltale game ever
I'd say the next one should be top ten betrayals/backstabbings you took in video games.
Also a hat thrown into the ring with a possible entry: Lance Vance's turns on you, GTA Vice City. That one took me by surprise honestly
Was expecting "Gone Swimming: God of War 3"
Another enjoyable to watch episode mate keep up the good work.
For next weeks episode why not do a list on terrible games but that have banging soundtracks.
Top 10 games where your bestfriend becomes your enemy. Going through the same thing atm.
Almost every GTA game
star ocean 4 has something like that.
Wheatley from Portal 2
Streets of Rage 1!
Sucks, man. I’ve been thru the same thing, but it’s not the end of the world. Unless they kill you. I hope that doesn’t happen.
Jules, thank you so much for your ending messages, ive been subscribed for a year now (because of you and the messages) and they still pick me up when I need it, bless you brother
Top 10 characters that tried so hard to live in the previous game only to die in the sequel (Spoiler, obviously).
MW2 comes to mind
I love how he is encouraging people at the end of most videos. Powerful messages!
10 Worst Videogame Transitions From Home Console to Handheld.
Black Ops for DS was absolute garbage...
Okamiden on the DS is a massive downgrade in comparison to Okami on the ps2.
World ends with you going from 3ds to switch lmao
The Lord of the rings franchise pulled off a triple coup: great book adaptation. Good console gamea based on the movies. Even better handheld on gameboy advanced
Thanks Jules! You always end your videos on such an uplifting and positive note! Much appreciated, and much love bruvva!!
hey jules i hope you're doing well. how about "10 Great Games With Mechanics That Almost Ruin Them"
Arkham Knight, Batmobile.
I just wanna say thanks. Your little talk at the end of a large majority of your videos make my heart happy. They can really help turn things around on a rough day. Thanks for caring. Thanks for being you. Keep dropping them bars, i'll keep listening. Much love jules.
Jules, I am requesting top ten mini bosses that were tougher than the real thing
Jayson Johnson resident evil 4 that fuckin napolean guy. I dunno y this guy stands out he’s the only one i can actually think of.
Didn't they explain Ryo with being rusty after being on that boat for so long?
@@seb24789 Was that the explanation? Whoops.
Having Alex Mercer be the guy you must kill in Prototype 2
Jules is the best. Keep passing on the positive messages. You never know how many lives you can save!
How about “Top 10 Useless skills/abilities you wasted a skill point on?”
Buying an ability that makes enemies less likely or more likely to attack you, but your playing single player( Dead Island).
You made it
Jules, your end bits about self-love and self-care are a bright beacon in a dark world. Thank you.
What if they made a DMC game where you had access to ALL of Dante’s weapons from across every game? I think it’d be both amazing to have all those fancy tools for striking down demons and kinda funny since he gets a set of gauntlets and boots every game (except 2)
(P.S. Love you guys at WhatCulture your content is awesome!)
I was just thinking about this EXACT same concept except for the Mega Man franchise!
Drew Daugherty the problem with that would be that you’d be too ridiculous overpowered at the very beginning and they’d have to add even more stuff as the game goes on. You’d have so many weapons and moves and it would get kinda overwhelming
Jules, you're a good man. I appreciate your dedication to others. Good job dude.
10 ways a RPG absolutely ruins immersion.
Jules, you magnanimous titan of Whatculture, how about a top 10 list for best video game adaptations of tabletop games? Also, thanks a bunch for the constant reminders that there are folks who care - it's too easy to forget sometimes - and thank you for being one of them.
I think he meant Rocksteady when he said Rockstar came up with an explanation for the gloves missing in Batman
I haven't been around from the beginning so idk why he does it, but I live for julesssssssss confidence boost at the end of his videos. Thanks man👍🏽
Top 10 weak enemies that were still annoying as hell. (See: Headcrab - Half Life)

I love your positive messages Jules.
How about 10 franchise reboots that nobody wanted?
Top 10 Times Nintendo Broke "The Rule of 3"
Top 10 video games based off of movies or TV shows
I like cheese
I like turtles
Thanks Jules for actually caring about people with mental health problems like me it actually gives me a little hope and cheers me up watching your videos keep up the good work homie
the speed at which Sonic was going, Knuckles "bumping into him" was a logical move to make him drop the Chaos Emeralds, especially with how sudden the contact was
Hey Jules, I love WhatCulture and the videos! I would love to see a video on Villians who should’ve/could’ve been the hero i.e. handsome Jack etc.
I like this guy,he may be my favorite person that he could talk about the games.
Ayo Jules yet another great adventure , every one since the start of TYOA has been savage .
I'd like to see top 10 games with best dynamic duos .
A possible list of hardest game but you could still cheese your way to win/finish the game
I actually really, really like Jules’ schpeel at the end of many of his videos on depression and mental health. Feel he’s probably a genuine and kind, and pretty understanding, individual.
Nothing has satisfied me quite as much today as sonic running through a street and out pops Jules to swing a bat in his face
Hey Jules, love Tues Your Own Adventure! How about TOP 10 GREAT GAMES BASED ON TERRIBLE PROPERTIES. Or TOP 10 BEST UNLOCKABLE COSTUMES?
I lost alot of good gear i had on Aeris, that save did in fact get reloaded.
10 times games were better off not making a sequel
I'm only got myself a vr recently but after experiencing some underwater stages in games I'm thinking as soon as you said echo the dolphin about an updated version playable in Vr. The immersion level would be epic!
The best video game excuses for plot, and say it with me kids, OF ALL TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for bringing up Onimusha. I love all of them. And like Dark cloud i don't think they get the respect they deserve.
Top game that got undeserved hate
I would love a list of top ten most broken guns in ratchet and clank
Next week, how about "areas we lingered too long in because of sheer beauty or tranquility, holding off the quest at hand" or something!
I just spit my drink out laughing at “ride the lightning” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Maybe top 10 Plot Holes in games that never got solved in the main game and ignored in DLC
I look forward to this every week
