The Concordance Extraction Corporation from the Dead Space series, admittedly they have been corrupted by Unitology but their greed is a pretty big reason why the events of Dead Space kick off.

What about Persona 5’s Okumura Foods? Admittedly, their worst behaviour stems from owner Kunikazu Okumura, but they still attribute their overnight success to terrible working conditions, employee overwork and abuse, and the assassinations and intel gathered from inside the minds of its various competitors and detractors using the Metaverse. All of this having the end goal of ensuring market dominance and expansion, including into international markets, and towards the ascension of Kunikazu into politics.
One thing to note the head of Project Origin was Harlan Wade (Alam's Dad), and to create the prototype offspring they used DNA from people working on Project Origin (INCLUDING Harlan Wade). Truth be told in a lot of ways Armacham is worse than Umbrella, for the most part Armacham is also scary competent.
15:32 the scariest thing is they aren't even the worst organization in the setting, somehow there are places that are actually worse like the guys that made E001 aka Evelin, i forgot who they actually are but i think they are going to be important in the upcoming RE8 so its worth looking them up.

Ethics nonexistent but ultimately they did preserve humanity (at least in the States) through a nuclear war while using social experiments in (often insane yes) attempts to examine where we went wrong as a people. Obviously the panther was a trust building exercise (cough) and Stanley Milgram was only a step down from that sacrifice vault (actually not sarcasm). Compare that to the likes of Shinra and Cerberus... yeah I dunno. Anyway entertaining list but I gotta go, they tell me there's cake in the break room.

DataDyne from Perfect Dark. Tried to clone/kidnap/assassinate the President, and willingly worked with aliens to acquire advanced technology to beat the competition in an arms race.

He should have included Tekken like either G Corporation or the Mishima Zaibatsu and he also should have included The King Of Fighters and that is the NESTS
Faro Industries from horizon zero dawn quite literally ended the entire world. Completely. Like 100% destroyed every living thing. Should at least get honorable mention 😅
