Hello - What about "Top 10 4th Wall Breaking Games", 'Top 10 Visual Novels", "Top 10 Mindf*cks" - just basically any list that will get you talking about DDLC again.
"10 most WTF gangs in games", could include the Goons or Ghosts from Rage 2, the Baseball Furies from Warriors, church of the machine god from deus ex or one of the many many gangs of Batman Arkham, lets review the crazy.
The “Inspire” perk is my favourite skill in BL-TPS for the sole reason of its sheer stupidity, and you can level up so quickly in that game through combat and side quests that honestly using one skill point to get some bad jokes was 10/10 worth it, since Jack is my favourite character ever and when I got frustrated it made me laugh.
George Ingraham with the skeleton key I stopped that quest and dedicated my time to do several others. When i felt satisfied i just finished the skeleton key quest.
Not even that, you can enchant items to assist you in lock-picking. It's what I did, I always had a set of clothes only for lock-picking. I put them on, lock-pick, then take them off. They barely took up inventory space.

The Bane, Borderlands 2. Okay, maybe it was pretty good at it's job of shooting things... And annoying the player... Wait, it DEFINITELY made shooting enemies less enjoyable!
Ie: the gauntlet gun & the throwing knives in AC2; the Battank when it comes to being non lethal or stealthy in Battank Forever; or the concussive grenade in Arkham Origins? Need I go on?

Borderlands 2: Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep. All new models and AI for enemies, magic grenades, and a medieval theme to a normally high-tech or sci-fi setting. So good.
The section of the brothel in Thief where you're peeking in on rooms to find symbols. I expected to see some questionable stuff but didn't expect a full on view of one of the girls riding a client.
Security in Kotor was not that bad. But if you had the astromech droid in your team, he had enough security skill to help you. By the way, Kotor 2 was devellopped by Obsidian, who showed Bioware how to make a Star Wars RPG, in just 18 months (they got fucked at every turn by LucasArt, but turned out the best game of the serie, just like they did to Bethesda a few years later with FNV)
DA: Origins, "Constitution is the worst!" Ahh, I see you don't know about the Blood magic/Arcane warrior cheese. With a high enough Con and Magic, with just a pinch of Will, you become a walking juggernaut who laughs as 1 point of damage hits you over and over. For all over classes... yeah, it totes suck. Seriously, roll with Dex. But those are inferior builds, so who cares.

Jules! Here’s an idea. How about Top Ten Games That Became Cult Classics? I know there have been similar videos, but I’m talking about games like Rogue Galaxy and Psi Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy that have definite cult followings but we’re released alongside other great games or were released near the end of the PS2’s era. Keep up the great work!
Nah nah nah. Here's the thing about having a high security skill in KOTOR tho. You don't have to use as many (sometimes not any!) computer spikes, which are widely used throughout the game. It especially helps on the Star Forge when Malak traps you in that room with the ever spawning droids. Fight me, Jules, you gloriously bald, cheetah-riding, mum-tamer.
The lock picking skill in Skyrim has it's uses later in the game. Not for lock picking, but for leveling up skill trees for the points. You will, like with sneak, max out then reset with the legendary feature and away you go again. This helps in the later game as enemies are leveled up to your range, so resetting combat skills makes the game much harder. You will find that if you want a level higher than 75 you will be using all those easy to rank up skills.
I seem to remember the same, but I think it was only for non-critical path stuff, bonus loot, quicker way through the area, etc... Technically, you probably can get through the game without picking a single lock and still get 80% of the loot. Demolitions was def more useless, though. Don't think I ever put any points in that in 10+ playthroughs.
@@Cooleepable Security is a skill that i always find to be better used on the party members, that way you have acess to pretty much everything without wasting the points on yourself... On the other hand i find demolitions to be better used on Revan because you have to have some investment in it to fix HK 47 anyway and the mines are a good source of money wich is a good bonus. But i do prefer to play scout as my base class and i like to have at least 14 of inicial int so i normally have the points to spare.
@@DFloyd84 I don't think they specified whether it had to be caused by poor game design or a bug in the code, so I'm sure it wouldn't be disqualified because of that...
I disagree with number 1. In 3, you can upgrade fortification to increase power damage. It's really powerful when using fortification as a soldier class while using incendiary ammo that has the explosive rounds upgrade.
cool video but I have to disagree about lockpicking, it's incredibly useful for a stealth build and I still occasionally level it up in my current less stealthy playthrough
The top-level Lockpicking and Hacking perks in Fallout 4 are wastes of perk points as well. By the time you can get Lockpicking 4 (your bobby pins don't break anymore), you're up to your eyeballs in bobby pins. Hacking 4 prevents you from getting locked out of terminals, but you only have to wait ten seconds before it resets and you can try again, so it feels like a holdover from 3 and NV, when terminals locked out permanently if you failed.
Cheers, Jules. May I humbly suggest 10 mini games that totally derailed main game progress. Acquisition of the suit that allows one to cheat at poker in RDR1 totally turned that game into a poker simulator for me. I was still on MacFarlane ranch missions with like $30k. And I imagine many people have a card game problem in Witcher 3
My suggestion: 10 game backlashes that impacted the game industry. We all know titles and controversies that have affected the whole industry, but it would be nice to have a ranked list for future references.
The xp boost skill in fallout 3 , you hit the level cap of 20 (without the dlc that imcreases it to 30) so early it makes you rethink that you could have got a skill that actualy enhances your character instead of just limiting how powerful you can become, at least the handsome jack skill can be reset , this is permanent
Yo for real. The messages at the end of the video are actually fucking sick. Shout outs to WhatCulture for spreading a positive message, it’s a reason I keep coming back. Thank you for everything you guys do.
Top Ten Gaming Experiences You Loved, but can never love again. One time events, MMOs with no servers, or the game has changed so much, it lost the charm of its start or the community has developed and changed beyond recognition. For me. Guild Wars. I think it’s still there. But my college mates won’t be. So the time has passed.
The most insulting thing in KOTOR is that using lightsaber to bash open is FASTER than lockpicking. But yeah, in second game using security means you pick up items without some of them getting destroyed. They made bashing destroy loot for that... Plus in first game, you have Mission and T3M4 for all lockpicking needs anyway.
Re: Security in KOTOR, the reason to not invest in Security is that so many companions have it, so you can always use it anyway, if you choose the relevant companions. Also, Bioware didn't make KotOR 2, Obsidian did. Bonus fact: Bioware also Neverwinter Nights 1 and then Obsidian also made it's sequel, Neverwinter Nights 2.
Spending points on charisma so you can unlock new "etiquettes" on Shadowrun Returs, Dragonfall, and Hong Kong. You spend points you could use for combat abilities, thinking the "etiquettes" will help you find new, ingenious, easier ways to get around your objectives without having to risk death, only to discover most "etiquettes" can only be use once, and for barely significant, if any, benefits.
Jules dont look like hes having a good day. Like hes having to force himself to make the video. Hope you're good Jules. Hope you're alright. You've got an army of fans in your favor. You make a lot of people happy.
10 ways to play games in ways they are not meant to be played. I remember back in 2000 I had a game called WWF Snackdown and because it was before days of online multiplayer. If my friends weren't around I only had single player. So when I got bored one day I decided to do something different. I created four wrestlers with max stats. That were specialists in different areas with different move sets and put them into a battle royal match. With then all being AI controlled with the difficulty set at the max. Then just sit back and watched the match.
There's a door in the underwater station that doesn't seem to open by bashing no matter how much you hit it, and Obsidian made KOTOR 2 not Bioware. With the easy lock picking mod, only need one lock pick in Skyrim lol 🤣
Worth noting on Dragon Age: Origins part of why Con is the worst stat by far is that not only does it only give 5 HP per point, but most high end armor comes with huge stacks of bonus life for your tanks. Getting +80 HP on armor isn't unheard of for heavy plate and it's far better for your tanks to have high Dex or Str to maintain agro or have dodge capabilities.
If you're talking lockpicking, nothing beats Oblivion. Where you skill up your lockpicking to make it easier on yourself, only to receive an unbreakable pick as a quest reward. Best part? There's an auto pick function where you mash 1 button and the lock gets picked. With the unbreakable one this means just mashing a button a few times to open any lock.
The only thing I'd argue for security in Kotor is that using it gave you extra XP and kept some useful items from getting broken. It's not wholly game changing, but the subtle difference it can make can become noticable after a while

Damn, Jules, I love the positivity at the end of your vids. Here's one for yourself: You are awesome, keep up the good work.
🌠INSPIRED🌠
My suggestion, "10 times Jules made my day much better with his video endings." Thanks for what you do, bro.
Can you do 10 video games that exceeded everyone's expectations.
Thanks mr Jules 💪
That's the computer skill. It's separate from security which only covers doors and locked chests.
Sidvious (Insert Micheal Scott “Thank you” meme)
sticking around to the end of jule's videos is always the best. THANK YOU!
4:05 You missed out on saying “ it offers no tactical advantages whatsoever........ you’re pretty good”
How about items which were suppose to 1-hit any enemy but didn't work in certain scenarios.
"Ten video game missions you never wanted to complete."
“Salt.
In my rim.”
I’m totally having that.

when the quiet bullied kid finally lets out the "joke" he's been thinking about all year
I always found demolitions to be less useful than security...maybe my memories off but I'm pretty sure there's doors you can't bash open
@@Cooleepable exactly thanks for refreshing my memory! But yea demolition should've been on the list lol!
Best end credits songs like only you by Marh Hamill in Batman Arkham City or amazing grace in Yakuza
How about “in shining armor” perk from fallout New Vegas it’s literally a useless perk it does nothing
In Shining Armor is useless due to a bug in the code, not poor game design, which is the spirit of this list.
@@DFloyd84 I don't think they specified whether it had to be caused by poor game design or a bug in the code, so I'm sure it wouldn't be disqualified because of that...
@@DFloyd84 Hold on, poor game design doesn't come automatic with a bug in the code? Lol?
All of the crit perks in skyrim are so much worse than the lock pick ones
"The Pain" from Metal Gear 3 managed to created a viable build from the "Attract Bees" skill tree!
I love the post video messages ❤️ Inspired me to add something on the end of my videos! Thanks for spreading the positivity
Your parents SHOULD be very proud of you Jules, you give a fantastic inspiring messages.
I love watching your videos ALWAYS.
Cheers man.
I have a great list! 10 Useless weapons you love to use!!! Huge fan here watch your guys content everyday!
The skyrim one made no sense... You can only use your experience with lock-picking to level up lock picking
This is literally the only recurrent video worth watching on whatcluture these days
Top 10 mini-bosses that were harder than the actual bosses that followed them
10 secrets in video games you can only get once. Once you miss it, you can’t just go back for it.
Top 10 glitches in videogames that everyone abused.
Also in Skyrim you can join the thieves guild and get a skeleton key so....no lockpicking skill for me
I held onto that for a while, but now with easy lock picking I don't have to lol 🤣
Skeleton key is only needed if you have no skill, and i mean no skill at all because lockpicking requires very little skill if any.
Great work as always what culture, no one goes into detail like you guys! Keep up the amazing work love you guys ❤️
Top 10 Game Breaking Glitches that are easy to trigger if you don't know what you're doing.
I like this channel for some reason so I have a suggestion for next Tues your own. Top 10 game features developers added but no one used.
Lock picking is so easy in skyrim it dissapointing someone needed that mod
@@swskitso I get bored with lock picking
I was thinking of a "top 10 most terrifyingly gigantic enemies, that died surprisingly quick"
You know I used to think it was weird you did the end things in these videos until recently and its weird but it helps thanks Jules
I appreciate the positivity at the end of your videos. I hope you are doing well yourself, Jules. Stay safe
Also I missed your 1 per list!
I finally came up with a list suggestion for this feature... How about "Top 10 enemies that are more dangerous after you've killed them"?
If you're talking lockpicking, nothing beats Oblivion. Where you skill up your lockpicking to make it easier on yourself, only to receive an unbreakable pick as a quest reward. Best part? There's an auto pick function where you mash 1 button and the lock gets picked. With the unbreakable one this means just mashing a button a few times to open any lock.
Now what about 10 OP objects everyone thought were useless (because nobody knew how to use them)
I wanna see the 10 Achievements Jules was proud to actually get AND those he still seeks.
The only thing I'd argue for security in Kotor is that using it gave you extra XP and kept some useful items from getting broken. It's not wholly game changing, but the subtle difference it can make can become noticable after a while
