- Beautiful Kenyan safari under the rain in the Maasai Mara. Welcome to Asilia Naboisho Camp in Naboisho Conservancy.
To save some money we decided to take a short drive from Nairobi to the Maasai Mara. The beauty of Naboisho is that it is just outside of Narok and has a paved road almost to the entrance of the conservancy making the drive much more enjoyable.
This is our second visit to Naboisho. The reason why we had to go back is simple, our first time was amazing. Beautiful conservancy and the most important, is that Naboisho has the best game drives in Kenya. Once again, we saw everything from elephants to lions and cheetahs WITH CUBS!
Conservancies are superior to National Parks and Reserves if you ask us. The reason is that normally there is less people and safari camp vehicle are allowed to drive off road to bring you closer to animals.
Asilia is a very nice camp with a dozen of tents, a beautiful pool overlooking the wild and a beautiful lounge area to relax.

Loved this video. One of your best yet. I was born in Kenya and grew up there but have lived in Vancouver for the part 30+ years. I look at all your videos fondly and really appreciate your love for Kenya and its peoples.
This video got you really close to the animals and to see them feeding and your remote camp living was extra special. May I provide some feedback...when you do the short pans of the interior of the rooms or the lodge, can you pan a little slower so that we can see the contents and let our eyes tune in to see whats in there. Otherwise a fabulous video. Cant wait for you to visit the restaurants that Tracey got a list of.
