Hey Rob ! I've recently noticed that when I get 8 or 8.5 hours sleep a day , I'm around 3mm taller throughout the whole day, even at night I shrink a few millimetres less ,as opposed to when I get only 5 or 6 hours sleep. Is there anything scientific to it ?
Yeah it's called gravity. When you lay down longer horizontally gravity has more time to evenly pull on your body and allow decompression of bones and muscles whereas when awake gravity is generally pulling from head to toes down if you're standing or sitting.

Men are their own worst enemies because they think women think like us and think the men we think are attractive, women think are attractive. If you want the boost and don’t want anyone to be suspicious wear a two inches of total lift. That would make you look one inch taller if everyone wore standard shoes. I know it’s not a lot but it’s a decent boost that’s comfortable

Hey Big Rob, can you one day do a sneaker height measurement for the Nike Air Max 97s? Also, one recently famous rapper I'd like to know the height of is rapper 42 Dugg since google has him listed at 5'1 but in some pictures he can seem shorter than that.

@@typer600rr sorry to hear that but just found out that my dad didn’t stop growing until 19 and the doctor predicted my adult height to be 6’3 I’m close to 5’8

Depends on the country. For example in the Netherlands no, you wouldn't be perceived as tall at all. But go to Turkey and you would feel tall :)

Depends on the people you hang with , I’m a weak 5’11 ( 5’10.5). I can look like a complete giant compared to a lot of people, but there’s also people that make me look below average. We’re considered tall average.
I wouldn’t say tall but it’s above average, like a strong above average, it’s generally between 70th and 73rd percentile in the UK and the US, I’m 180.4cm in the evening, people consider me tall, I’d say I’m taller than 7/10 blokes I see.
What age do people really stop growing in height

You can stop growing anywhere from age 16-25, but I think 18-20 is average

Rob I wake up at 184.5, at 2 PM I'm 183.0 - 183.1 and before I go to bed I'm 182.7. What would be my height to the nearest eighth? if i was listed on celebheights
A. 183.2 cm / 6 foot and 1/8
B. 182.88 cm / 6 foot on the dot
C. 182.5cm / 5 foot and 11 7/8
