I think the most honest thing is claiming a height between morning and evening. I'm like 175.6 in the morning and fall to 173.7 , I wear 1.25inch sneakers a lot so I normally just say 5'9 if anyone asks as i'm quite close to being 5'10 in shoes and i'd rather round up than down. Sometimes i'll go with 5'8.5 though, I think being nearly a full cm over 5'8 is too much to round down.

It can maximize ur height during growth years but once growth is finished. Stretching wont make u taller, it could increase ur posture making u appear taller.
Well it’s impossible to say exactly but I was 174.3cm which is a little over 5 ft 8.5 when I just turned 17 now I’m 176.2-4 which is about 5 ft 9.5 at my lowest height not In the morning. I know that on average 17 year olds grow 2cm so between half inch and 1 inch. If you have grown in the last 3/4 of the year you have a good chance of getting close to 5 ft 9 out of bed in the next couple of years. Like factor in parents heights and your growth over the last couple of years and you should be able to guess.

If you wear 4 cm shoes people will think you are 1.5 cm taller than you actually are like 183.2 flat in the morning and you then you can claim 182 easily.

Well I'm 6 feet. I believe 6 feet 2 inches tall is the perfect height. Tall enough but not freakishly tall to have back problems in your 50s or 60s. Also in this height you are stand taller than the 93% of global population and suits and tuxedos including nice shoes in regular stores around your town still are about your measurements. You also can find bed,car, roof that you can have comfortable access to. Also shirts look amazing on yourself at this height. I believe 1.88-1.89 m tall is the best height for the reasons above. Also above the height of 1.91-1.92 m all the disadvantages of banging your head and having back problems on middle age start to begin. So yes if you are in 1.88-1.89 m I'm jealous of you and you have THE BEST HEIGHT EVER. P.S: I love all good hearted and nice people. This was just my opinion. Height isn't everything in life.

In your all videos, you said under 5'8" is short is Hollywood and (on your website), you said under 171.5cm (for the old generation) and under 173cm (for 25 year olds) is short in the UK/US/Canada. (You said this a reply to my comment on TH-cam a month ago) How then can you be short if you are taller than all these heights?????

i'm 174cm and I feel shortish at times, it's how i'd describe myself amongst my peers. I'm 24 and most people around my age are normally an inch or two taller than me. I can feel pretty average amongst the general population though.
@@JohnJustJohn1 rob paul himself has said the average young man (25 years) is 176.5cm. Statistics prove this. You are not even a full inch below average. Of course you may only be noticing the tall guys.
@@Blakestuart1245 this is BS bro. Obviously its relative to country but Brazils average height is 173cm. 5'8" is not "relatively tall" in most South and central American countries as you claim. Also, in the Netherlands, 5'10" isnt even 2 full inches below average. You cant really call that short. In brazil(and most south american), you are very high average, in us you are slightly high average and in the Netherlands you are very low average. In all these places, you are average range. You dont feel tall in the us because you are literally about average height (Approx 1.5 inches either side of exact average is the average range. Average isnt a number, that would stupid, it's a range).

The golden mark is 180cm in the metric system
So if usa was using metric system people will consider 180 and above tall
Which 6ft is 182.8cm
So if usa height average is like 175cm
And if someone his height is 181cm

That's exactly what I was thinking bro.. Some people are living in delusional world by saying that 180cm is short.. A real barefoot 180 is taller than what people expect many men super models are exactly in that height range and their agencies claim they are 6'1to 6'2 and people believe it eg Jordan barret, Sean o'pry, Marlon texieria,... Etc.
Yep in reality only 25% of people are above 180cm in the US. 25percent!

@@CJNG_1 Yep, that's why they think 5'11 is short, they probably envision 5'9 guys. Most 5'11" guys are out here claiming 6'1"😂 . I was once in a room with a guy who was about 5'11 1/2" and a couple of girls. I'm 6'1 3/4" myself. These girls asked our heights and this guy deadass said 6'2". When they asked how tall I was, I was about to say ALMOST 6'2", but to make it look less embarrassing for the guy, I said 6'2 and there was still an awkward moment of silence😂 .

Yuri Fff I am 183 out of bed and 180.5 at night i usually claim 181 but depending on where i am and who i am talking to or if i have thick shoes i claim 183.
If you wear like about 3cm thick shoes you can claim 182 outside but with family And stuff i would go with 180-180.5.

What im trying to say is the avarage shoe heel is about 2.5 cm, so if you wear 3cm shoes you would seem 0.5cm taller flat people will think you are 182.2 without shoes flat in the morning And you can claim 181 easily. If you wear 4 cm shoes people will think you are 1.5 cm taller than you actually are like 183.2 flat in the morning and you then you can claim 182 easily.

Well I'm 6 feet. I believe 6 feet 2 inches tall is the perfect height. Tall enough but not freakishly tall to have back problems in your 50s or 60s.
Also in this height you are stand taller than the 93% of global population and suits and tuxedos including nice shoes in regular stores around your town still are about your measurements.
You also can find bed,car, roof that you can have comfortable access to. Also shirts look amazing on yourself at this height.
I believe 1.88-1.89 m tall is the best height for the reasons above. Also above the height of 1.91-1.92 m all the disadvantages of banging your head and having back problems on middle age start to begin.
So yes if you are in 1.88-1.89 m I'm jealous of you and you have THE BEST HEIGHT EVER.
P.S: I love all good hearted and nice people. This was just my opinion. Height isn't everything in life.
