    I've been doing this workout for 8 years now and it's genuinely one of the most helpful workouts out there. I keep coming back to this over and over again. Thank you so much for posting this

      I did this workout for 2 months i ate only chicken breasts eggs and yogurt i was back then 100kg and lost 20kg that was like 2 years ago but I gained the weight back now im 90+ but i have alot of muscles becaus when i lost the weight with this cardio i started going to the gym i was like a stick when i lost all that weight i lost motivation in training and got depressed but now i started training mma and going to the gym and im going to lose that weight again this workout is this best its so simple it might be hard at the beginning but it gets so easy when u get used to it

    The golden workout! I have been doing this workout 7 years ago and I lost nearly 14 kg in 5-6 months with healthy eating. I've watched tons of videos but this workout still remains my favourite one. I am back to do it from today and I am sure after several months I'l reach my goal.

    It has been about four months now I do the videos in the morning and walk for 45 mins in the evening I lost 60 pounds and 80 to go .Great thanks for the video !!

      dunns river At first I only did it about 4 days a week and walked about 20 min a day . When your body get use to the same work- out you would have to increase the work -out . I recently started jogging for an hour a day .

    I loved this video!!! If anyone thinks that they can't do it, I'm here to say you can. I've never worked out a day in my life but I've been doing it for the past 7 months and I've lost a total of 110 pounds. I look and feel great. You can do it!! Believe in yourself!!!

      I do 30 minutes a day/6 days a week and switch between this, jullian Michael's, Leslie Sansone, and blogilates. And I rest on the 7th day. Same thing with my diet. I eat healthy 6 days a week and on the 7th day I eat what I want so that I don't start craving things.

      I had just gone to the doctor right before I started eating healthy and working out. They weighed me in at 350 lbs.

      Thank you Melissa! 😃 I was doing zumba and its fun, but I gwt bored sometimes so I will like to change workouts everynow and then :) Melissa and Nina....if you guys are still trying or want to lose weight there is an app called WEILOS its so inspiring and it provides loads of motivation from people around the world who are trying to get fit, lose weight etc you should defo try it! Have a good new healthy us! Lol

    I just started very inconstantly working about a month ago. I decided to do this after a week of inactivity. After the first 10 minutes, I was ready to quit because I wasn't even sweating. I was like boot camp my ass! Then it just got tough out of nowhere. I was huffing and puffing ready to pass out. I almost gave up the last 5 minutes because it was kicking my butt so bad. Total creeper, great workout gets the job done.

      I agree. The first 5 minutes I was like what the fuck is this? It is a joke! But then suddenly it got so much more tough than it appeared to be and I wanted to quit so badly but I forced myself to finish it.

    My weekly cardio. I do it once a week (on sundays), twice in a row, and I feel it's very effective to maintain fitness and legs. First time i did it 5 years ago I struggled to finish it, and now I can double or even triple it. Thanks for the workout, it has helped me a lot. Awesome!

    I have used this video in combinatiom with a 2 mile walk and lost 4 pant sizes. Tai chi is also great for loosinf weight and some serious body toning. This video is the best for people who don't like to work out in public and want results. It is harder than it looks!

    This is definitely my go-to for a good cardio workout. I've tried other workouts and workout-programs by other instructors, but honestly I like this the best. Doing this 3-5 times a week really gets me in shape and tones my legs like nothing else. Everyone is different and different workouts might be better for other people, but for me this is the best I've found.

    I absolutely love how encouraging all three of them are. I get really down on myself when exercising and they kept me going with how encouraged they made me feel! I am so doing this at least 5 days a week from now on!

    Love this video. I'm 26 and very overweight as I've never worked out pretty much since I finished school P.E lessons. I've been doing this video every day for a week now. First couple days I was a mess after 10 mins but carried on till the end. Now after only a week I'm already noticing it seeming easier. Also this one is actually fun!! For any other newbies finding it difficult, I'd definately say try to continue to the end.

    i am in love with this bootcamp workout . i am doin the intermittent fasting 16/8 plus this workout. lost 18 pounds in 2 months. was 190 now 172. workout looks easy but it isn't.

      +IDONTKNOW It's where he doesn't eat/fasts for 16 hours of the day, and the other 8 he eats all his calories.

    I started my diet Jan 2 2013..I uploaded the myfitnesspal calorie counter on my ipad/phone to keep track of my calories and I Exercise to this Bootcamp Calorie Burn - Workout Video 5 days a week..As of today I loss a total of 24.5 pounds..

    This is my go-to workout when I want to burn calories quickly but don't feel like putting a whole hour in. Love it so much :) Usually helps me get rid of about 330 calories according to my

    I really love this brutal workout. Kendall Hogan is an awesome fitness instructor and I do this workout every day. My workouts consist of early morning stomach crunches before work and this killer workout after a hard days work at the office. It is a bummer they got rid of Exercise TV but I am glad to see this workout video posted. Thank you so much for sharing this.

      I don't like to work out on front of anybody. But hey if I had a treadmill I would use that. But since I don't this will do. I do like this workout but I wouldn't want to get caught doing it. 😂😂😂 But that goes for any aerobic routine type workout where it almost looks like you are dancing at times.

      For those who think it is easy it definitely not, depending on your level of fitness. I have been exercising for years, and if you work out to his stamina you will see its quite hard.

    I've been doing this workout for 4 years now. It's one of my favorite cardio-workouts. Great way to burn fat and calories fast as well as and tone muscle. It's so fun too, it took me a while to remember the patterns when I first started but I'm glad I came across it and tried it on-demand Exercise tv. Definitely a stick!

    Love this workout all I'm trynna do is get rid of my muffin top I hate it.. The only thing is yall squat to fast..love this workout tho I sweat like crazy

    This is my second time, doing this among other workouts, it is a little intimidating but I made through both times. The more you do it the easier it becomes. I love the sweat

    Okay so after gaining around 15 pounds during the nothingness of winter I started losing my hearing after about 17 minutes so I had to pause for a break but I won't give up until I make it to the end or wake up hours later to find I had passed out. I'm not even fat either just out of shape. Okay back at it. I feel like I was just at the niagara falls and I had forgotten to bring the pancho.

    I feel so awesome due to the fact that 4 months ago, this was a killer workout for me, now I use is as a good warm up!!!

    About 2 years ago, I was exercising using this video, one time a day. In combination with the healthy diet, it helped me lose about 35 pounds in just 2 months! I have to say, this REALLY WORKS and the reason why I need it again is that after getting the dream shapes, I stopped exercising and started to eat junk food again. One month ago, I started working out the same way and lost 15 pounds already. 1.5 more months to go - I will let you guys know the results ;)

    I'm on day 5 of this now. Got 5 days left of it b4 I move on to my next workout! Honestly by day 3 u get use to it!!! It begins to become fun n u learn to enjoy the pain & sweat. KEEP GOING.

    Idk why but I find these types of workout way more fun than "normal" ones plus it makes me sweat A LOT more. Definitely gonna do some of these again!

    Blast from the past! This video along with consistent elliptical workout time helped me lose 40 pounds. As I got stronger I just upped the intensity of each move. SO MUCH FUN 😄

    I am loving this video for cold nyc days stuck inside. It definitley works you out in only 30 minutes. I have been working out for a long time to know this is a good challenge for me inside my tiny apt. You just need a computer and a yoga mat sized space.
