I really love heavy music (like Opeth and many many others), I was very pleased with the track Isole - Nothingness. An unexpectedly cool discovery for me. My age is only a 1 year younger than this awesome band.
Jämtlandssången, Cardigans, Veronica Maggio, and Vikingarna were great choices. Also acceptable for Värmland would be Sven Ingvars. Värmland just has the best dansbanderna ever, and schlager too.

It is generally associated with anti-intellectual, macho and overall quite trashy behavior. They’re quite benign though, mostly just an embarrasing nuisance. A person belonging to this subculture is called a raggare. There are different types of raggare though and their mannerisms can vary as a result, some are trashier than others. Music is an important aspect of the subculture and it’s strongly associated with rockabilly, country and a Swedish genre called dansband, which kind of is an amalgamation of pop country, 60s pop rock and mostly older contemporary music. It’s cheesy as all hell too.
