No problem! And all services are included, the only ones that are extra money is the Shazam/iPhone Siri option

Personally I would - that way, people can find the song after listening to it on TH-cam

Technically, yes. But payouts might be tricky and annoying

Yes - you can only do it on Musicians Plus though
