Federal buildings have different rules. When are these auditors going to learn this? Social Security Offices and DMVs have extremely sensitive information being out in the open. I'd be pissed if somebody was trying to film me in either of these places. Remember, because you CAN do something, doesn't mean you should do something. If this is the best video you can put out, it must be REALLY SLOW for content. I'm seriously disappointed that you would even post a video like this.
@@DM-mc1xnnot true. They are public buildings, and bound by the constitution. Period. What part of supreme law of the land, don’t pignorant bootlickers understand about that??
The 1st amendment, freedom of the press, exists for all people to observe actions of our government and report to everyone so that corruption and tyrants can be rooted out. If tyrants can hide their actions, they can hide their corruption. There is no excuse to prevent transparency and accountability.
anyone else having trouble buying attorney shield shares on that website? I figured I'd buy 10k worth of them, and it's about the goofiest thing ever, they can't verify my identity even with my drivers license, SS number and selfie. maybe they'll email me or call me back one of these days...
He sounds like the County Government Building security guard 😂
Any public employee who utters the words....the post office is private property.... shouldn't be employed anymore
Especially when these federal buildings have cameras all over their building filming the public without their permission. Go figure at all this insanity.
NASA should hire them because clearly they’re geniuses. 🤣😂✌️
This is the social security administration building not the post office, just for the record.
@@DOLfirst They're ALL TAX PAYER FUNDED. Which makes them public property and them fools do not even understand this simple concept. No wonder this country is dying and on it's last leg.
Ya it not like poster 7 where you need the head post master writen rights to film.
Judge who convicted him with a trial where no discovery was provided to the defendant needs to be disbarred. The judges and prosecutors are just as badly in need of anti-corruption campaigns. We must always remain vigilant over those we entrust with power.
You can’t trust any of them unfortunately
That's why local elections are so much more important then presidential elections. You have to stop corruption at the bottom.
@@dronepilot260rc or at lot of the pieces of state property who like to tongue-shine their boots too, sadly
A Judge is not suppose to talk to the prosecutor privately about a case just as a person isn't allowed to talk to the judge privately about their case. Unfortunately they do talk behind closed doors and discuss evidence, investigations, sentencing, etc.. if you get a public defender they are most likely in those illegal meeting.
@@BelieveWhatuWant2they will do this if you represent yourself because they assume you don't know the legal framework and the kinds of motions you can file. In other words, those mfers will take advantage of you. It should be highly illegal to knowingly withhold exculpatory evidence as in prison time for anyone that does this. This is not a game. This is not about scoring points. This is about ruining someone's life for following the law? Crazy.
What an abuse of power.
This made me so mad.
Not a one of them would look at the information he was trying to show them.
The fact he wasn't allowed access to discovery shows the level of corruption here.
IPD are terrible
How can he get a fair trial without discovery? He can't. That's why it was overturned on appeal. I can't help but think it was because he was pro se, that they thought they could treat him that way. A lawyer would have served him better.
American government is slowly turning the entire country into a prison and the cops and security guards now act like they are CO's and civilians are all prisoners on day release.
Zero punishment
Zero accountability
The defense would have been disbared or held for contempt
@@jssamp4442 You're not seeing the whole picture - he knows how to represent his self pro se. By them intentionally and illegally doing that just opened the door to 10's of thousands of more dollars in the civil portion of his suit that he will win. It's genius.
When the security guard said he was former law enforcement, his behavior and ignorance made sense.
That's why he's security now, he had no business being a cop, and the way he interacts with the public still shows he as no business having a job with any authority at all.
Lower judges need to be held criminally accountable
Corrupt judges protect corrupt cops in SO many towns. Sickening...

Imposing self perceived authority is not only disorderly but a disruption to everyone's Freedom.
You can't 'express' your thoughts and feelings anymore, because freedom of expression is no longer a right. You can only have freedom of speech if it aligns with the tyrannical narrative.
“The freedom of individuals verbally to oppose or challenge police action without thereby risking arrest is one of the principal characteristics by which we distinguish a free nation from a police state.” - U.S. Supreme Court, (City of Houston v Hill, 482 U.S. 451, 1987)

That tyrant thinks disagreeing with him is a crime. The only thing he's interested in protecting and serving is his own fragile ego.
“It’s a private building owned by the US Government.” The ignorance of that statement is ludicrous.
That is the best part of the show man.
This is actually a brilliant audit. Seems to hit on every single thing wrong with government officials, public buildings, tyrants, and police.
Even when the law is written on the poster. And they still don’t get it. It’s very sad what this country’s police have become.
Because cops can’t read. 🤣😂

Contempt of cop is the #1 crime
This is why we are regularly advised by trip planners to avoid traveling to The USA, as it is now a police state that does not even enforce it's own laws, and has become very hostile towards foreigners. This may sound quite 'amazing' and 'surprising', but 'Superpowers' do NOT come with the uniform!! ''😯''
holy cow! What country is this where none of these government employees have any knowledge of the law or constitution?
Did we just witness city cops (who are not sworn federal agents) enter a federal property with firearms?
The only crime i saw anyway....
Are you surprised? The cops show up and as usual act like complete buffoons and have no clue about any of the laws they are supposed to enforce. Eventually one of their egos gets bruised and they look for any reason to make an arrest even if it's unlawful. The corrupt justice system never holds them accountable and we lose more of our rights every day.
Yeah, but former oath breakers will bend the law for their oath breaker friends.
Yes, cops are sovereign. You need to learn that.
Federal law allows for law-enforcement officers or retired law-enforcement officers from any incorporated agency to carry firearms at places that average citizens, plebes, are not allowed by law
I understand the frustration, but, that is not a crime.
The real crime is violation of this man’s civil rights.
So the real question is who is being punished for withholding discovery from a person on trial? Prosecutor should be disbarred. If the judge let that happen he should be disbarred.
FTP - Goodluck, you have forgotten, they cover for each other. One is as dirty as the other. FTP

The cops lied and the cops and the prosecutor with held exculpatory evidence . Only after an appeal did he get justice.
Salute to him for representing himself successfully.
FTP - Sir or Miss, what else would you expect. The PIGS are the one's who bring in the innocents, so the prosecutors can have a very high paying government job, then the corrupt judges sentence the innocent to jail so that people with no education to do anything else can have a job. He was absolved of any wrongdoing, but I wouldn’t call that justice. Civil action may bring some justice, though.
Withheld is one word. Please delete your youtube account.
This isn't surprising....I've seen many instances in the last 3-4 years of municipal courts almost completely ignoring the Constitution.... seemingly the first line of courts are just a branch of local law enforcement now (fully bias).... Appellate court seems to be the first level where actual justice has an opportunity to exist.
I had a minor charge once where I requested the police report so I could review it for trial. They told me I was only allowed to obtain it after the case was over. Unless you're being charged with something like unaliving someone they won't give it to you. It's not just me. I looked into it and it happens all over the country. Even though they aren't supposed to withhold any discovery from you according to the constitution.

41 CFR § 102-74.420
@@falseprophet1024 The problem is not the lack of a collective desire for a positive future, but the lack of a collective vehicle for positive action. If this is so, the present conditions and associated discontent cannot easily explain why the Auditing community fails to turn to organizing our social movement. It's crucial we consider this framework for social change including efforts by leaders to mobilize resources-most notably, time, money, and energy-of a supportive demographic and to direct them into effective political and legal action. Organizing is that vehicle and it requires more than mere emergence as a first stage - the next stage your ignoring is coalescence.
• At this stage leaders must step forward and define the change you want to see.
• Shift the spectrum of allies. Auditors need cop watchers and advocates - successful movements don’t overpower their opponents; they gradually undermine their opponents’ support. In other words, begin by mobilizing your active allies and core supporters. Reach out to passive supporters, and then bring neutral groups over to your side. Once you start winning over the passive opposition, you’re on the brink of victory.
• Identify the institutions that have the power to implement the change. These “pillars of power” can be education, judicial and the media. As important as popular support is to a movement, without institutional support, little is likely to change. To win favorable publicity and to convince the public of the justness of our cause. Censoring each other has no part in the master plan.
• Seek to attract, not to overpower. Take any opportunity to build positive relations with the opposition - gain valuable resources inside the police, judicial and political ranks. In the end, when they have to decide whether to support deprivation of rights or join the movement’s ranks, they chose the latter.
• Build an after-plan to survive victory. Ironically, one of the most dangerous stages of mobilizing for affirmative action is just after victory has been won. “Power is easier to get, but harder to use or keep.” To truly reform how things are done, it’s not enough to change a policy or shift leadership to a new regime. You must change the beliefs that lead to actions. History is made by those who can define a path forward and persuade others to keep that path. Just because you win a new legal precedent or get a new policy doesn’t mean it’s time to declare victory. In fact, it’s at this point that you must strengthen alliances and renew each stakeholder’s commitment to what created change in the first place. Organizations increasingly face a newer form of risk and must be prepared to meet those new challenges.
All the more reason to 'organize' as *our vehicle of change* by mobilizing into effective action. The word “movement” means “to create action,” to go from one place to another. Sustaining a movement is about sustaining action. Sustaining action is about resource mobilization and risk management. Our own short history reminds activists of successful struggles that once defined us of our best traditions born in liberty. The embodiment of past civil and human rights movements that brought this nation’s practices into concert with its best ideals; the labor movement that resulted in regulations against child labor, the women’s suffrage movement', and the civil rights movement that brought down Jim Crow.
"Successful changes to systemic social ills often turn on a rare combination of complex cooperation and bipartisanship, however reluctant, of diverse human interaction".

his department said he did nothing wrong seems like maybe its not just him thats the problem maybe and i know this is a crazy thought but maybe the entire police culture is the problem dont really know or understand law but are tasked with enforcing it arrest now ask questions later and when it turns out they’re wrong the entire department excuses the behavior and continues to support and work with the problem officers they even encourage each other to be that way and on top of everything else when they get sued they get paid by taxpayers to go to court and their legal representation is covered by the taxpayers and the eventual settlement/payout is covered by the taxpayers too zero accountability for themselves or each other and tax money foots the bill for EVERYTHING
"I know you're a First Amendment auditor"
Okay, and?? Shouldn't you be following the law instead of your opinion? The amount of disgust in that statement made it clear she wasn't service quality.
It’s a government building, not a public one⁉️ Social Security employees act like their job is to find ways to deny benefits and this guard acts like it’s his job to violate rights.
This needs to go further this is one of the worst
8:38 “be a man and do as you’re told”.
😂😂😂😂
That’s an oxymoron
This is unreal.
So, the PD violated a court order for discovery, and the worthless judge failed to hold them accountable. Of course cops are going to break the law if they are allowed to get away with it!!
damn. second arrest is icing on the lawsuit
This women tyrant, and her two co workers could never pass a test on the rights they swore to uphold.
Yet they are not even told by the DA or Judge for that matter, that they committed a civil rights violation.
I would hope the Judge, DA and these cops are reprimanded with possible dismissal of the duties....
This channel being able to put out content everyday for over the past 5 years is enough evidence to dismantle law enforcement in this country and start over. Clearly whatever training that is going on nationwide is not working if there’s a new video everyday being sent to Dale
Any one who starts talking down to people and getting loud for no reason does not know what they are talking about!!! EVER!!! PERIOD!!!
Those cops are stone cold stupid.
I would probably have to unlive myself if I was that stupid
100%!
So are Chris tians
@@whylie1555that makes sense
@@jasondooley1002 well, they “don’t” have a “methodology” in order to “objectively” demonstrate their’ir god actually exists in reality…. Yet, they still believe….
Fallacious reasoning and faith is what makes their’ir epistemology unsound. Ever try to explain reality to one of them? They start kicking and screaming as they cover their’ir ears
The guy keeps saying it's a private building, then those must be private citizens!!
They really said “record this” when arresting him/violating his rights and committing a crime
"I know the law"
Lady, neither of us know the law. If we knew the law, we'd be lawyers. You know policy, and we know the constitution. The "law" unfortunately is somewhere in between
This and many other examples show that complaints DO NOTHING, you need to file a LAWSUIT
He did it
This is OUTRAGEOUS! OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!
People are gonna start fighting back.
They’re worthless
people will never fight back, i have yet to see anyone stand their ground or defend themselves.
This video is all Casey needs. He doesn't need a lawyer. All he needs to do is present this video once as his opening and closing arguments - case closed!
FTP - You would think so, but with corrupt district attorneys, dirty judges, and being able to find enough PIG bootlickers, no matter how innocent you are you can find yourself in jail.
Where are you "GOOD" cops at?
HONOR, INTEGRITY, RESPECT, COURAGE.
Good cops are always being set up and booted out, because they try to go up against the corrupt ones! I know of more than a handful who got setup and fired - some of the most honest cops ever met! They have been weeding out all the good police officers for a while now- fortunately there are still many good police around and I have nothing but respect for them!
It’s the bad ones that worry me. Those are the ones who need to have their pensions taken when they lose their qualified immunity due to violations of people’s God’s given Rights as stated in the US Constitution!
Honestly. Police shouldn’t have qualified immunity at all, except in extreme and rare cases- like when undercover! BUT! The department should be quick to pay for reparations any time a police officer is given qualified immunity!
Why are cops still allowed to investigate themselves!?!? This shit makes my blood boil!!!!
