She was right. It was impossible to know if this man has an M2 50 cal hidden in his B hole. Of course she has to cuff him then keep him seated so he can't pull that ma duece out.
Not a soul. There’s not a doubt in my mind she has treated hundreds of people like this. And there’s a guarantee that other officers there do the same thing. And it makes me sick to hear her crying because she knows she’s getting fired but doesn’t even bother to think of how a citizen feels when she draws a weapon on an innocent man. More proof that officers only care about themselves and not us.
Yep that's the truth...I guess she wanted to show him her balls are bigger than his and the cops around her did nothing they let her abuse the power she's had that thank God was taken away from her.not one good cop on scene
Never mind the humiliation and abuse, physical and verbal, she inflicted on a totally innocent member of the public. A disgusting female bully who tried to play the victim at the end of the interview.
This case will show she flunked the psych eval 100% of the time, which should have barred her from ever being a cop. It will come out in the lawsuits. So yes she is a crazy moron from way back, but the municipality that knew that and employed her anyway in violation of the law is in seriously deep shit.
Exactly. She was OK with humiliating the man in swimming trunks. She laughed at him, but when asking what was going to happen to her, she felt humiliated, and that was wrong?
This is why Nicky Halley will never be president. Everyone including men will get their feelings hurt and may break down but women have a far lower threshhold of emotional fragility. That may be a good thing but not in these positions and situations and certainly not as president of a country like the U.S.A.
Imagine if a civilian did what she did. What crimes would they be convicted of? Until cops are held under the same law as civilian, they will continue to do this. Body cams will hopefully make people realize this. End q.i.
@@jj18057Techincally, yes, they are lowly citizens. But when they have the backing of the unions, their colleagues and supervisors, the local prosecutors, the DA, and a few corrupt judges, it's clear to *them* that *they* are different from, and better than, *us* .
This woman acted so tough when arresting that man but when she's getting held accountable she tries to play victim and cry. She is disgusting and pathetic.
Yea if she didn’t have a gun and a badge she wouldn’t be so confident. She was like half the dudes size and is trying to be all hard and shit. Absolutely pathetic. Guns are truly the great equalizer.
Most cops are ego driven tyrants. I have no sympathy for them when they get the crap they dish out served right back to them. They judge, make fun of, and have no respect for the general public and people they are supposed to serve. And it's getting worse with newer generations filling the ranks
All 3 should have been fired and not allowed to be peace officers any longer. 2 cops ignoring the blatant abuse of power of another right in front of them show they have no respect of the oath they took.
First two, yes. Last is not possible. New flavors of clusterfuck come out each year, as the solutions evolve so to do the problems. Last battle is everlasting. Cannot ever assume it is won.
It's rather disgusting listening to this woman try to turn herself into the victim in all of this. After unnecessarily pointing her gun at Ryan, cuffing him, making him sit on the ground, and arresting him for no reason, she has the nerve to complain that SHE was humiliated because the captain, at her request, discussed her potential punishments in front of her spouse and other officers. Her complete lack of self-awareness and accountability for her actions shows that her firing was 100% justified.
Not just lack of self awareness either - look at the video. They clearly detain him, haven't identified him as the person they're looking for, but they turn their backs, they're not looking for the actual person, they're not protecting themselves or him from the actual reported gun brandisher. Its absurd. They're more concerned about him because he didn't want to be handcuffed than they are about the actual potential for someone brandishing a firearm to civilians.
Because she's using it as a shield to try and excuse her awful behavior and pretending she's only being held accountable because she's a lesbian. @@ocorley3124
Love how she was SO concerned about a weapon on him or near him (in the towel), but then never checked him or the towel during the entire incident. Proof that she was never actually worried about that past the first few seconds of the interaction. What a miserable liar.
That and the whole victim playing still. Like oh my god you were scolded in front of your partner and fellow officers. I think most would choose that over a gun pulled on them and being scolded by some disgusting human being that gets paid by your own tax dollars.
She tried to jump right over the fact that she pulled a gun on him and went straight to he was still talking after I cuffed him, verbally resisting. Dumb bish.
Because the cop that called her out is going against the gang rules. Not supposed to speak against your “brothers & sister in blue” And holy fuck, she’s a trainer?
She was a problem from the beginning and all her officer friends just had about enough of this mentality unhinged dike! She was surprised they were not! They all knew it was a matter of time until she snaps and kills somebody!
And she felt embarrassed because someone she thought would defend her atrocious behavior towards a civilian would have her back after she had worked so hard to be “one of the boys”.
@@madtabby66 I love how he destroys her slowly, basically: "So you were really scared of him having a gun? That's why You were still going in his direction even though there was a big goddamn police car You could use as cover if that was the case?" Columbo style. He slowly makes her responses sound more and more retarded. Love it!
@@wolverinebear5357while that may seem misogynistic to the men and women are exactly the same crowd, there's plenty of scientific evidence that men and women indeed are different and women experience feelings and hormonal changes stronger than what a man does because of biology. You could make, which I believe you are doing, a good argument that when your job is to be involved in these high stress, life or death situations, a man is more biologically suited for the job.
@@wolverinebear5357even *if* there was any truth in that statement, saying that this only (or primarily) happened because of gender is simply ignoring that Male cops do this nonsense literally all the time. If this kind of behavior is aggravated by her being female, explain why it's just as common among males? Are all cops secretly women in disguise? Is insanity a feminine quality?
Any cop who is so frightened and insecure as to pull out a firearm on a man wearing nothing but swimming trunks, who is not being aggressive toward her, has absolutely no reason to be on a police force!
her feelings were hurt because he didn't do exactly like she ordered at the very second the words come out of her mouth. why don't we think of her feelings? screw the guy even if his life may be in danger. her feelings were what counted. and she said she's the senior officer there and she had guided other newer cops. thanks to her, we can expect they all will be feelings police. their jobs are to validate their feelings.
A clueless cop if the man is wearing swimming trunks and she can't not see that there is no gun or holster sticking out of the trunks. Doesn't seem to be qualified to even work at McDonald's.
She even says "he was considerably taller than me" when she knows the height description of the man with the gun was some short dude. Just unbelievable
She was so offended that she was criticized in public right after she humiliated a citizen at gunpoint, forced him lay on hot pavement, and ordered him taken to jail. What a frigging narcissist.
One hundred percent. I thought I'd feel better watching this video to get some resolve. But to hear her talk about her "humiliation" just got me more pissed
Yeah, "There's a time and a place." But just when she's the one being questioned. Gould wasn't yelling - he was seeking answers to this outrageous behavior from this amped up cop. Who looked like they were on something? Not the guy on the hot pavement.
She's traumatized for being disciplined by her superior amongst her peers, but she has no issue with the trauma and humiliation she subjected Mr. Gould to with her unlawful arrest and after drawing a gun on him. Pathetic.
She’s been humiliating citizens for 20 years and gets a little taste of her medicine and breaks down in tears imagine what she’s done to her victims. She deserves every bit of it. Absolutely disgusting interaction. No professionalism.
We all work with a narcissist like this. They dish it out but can't take it. Unprofessional to a fault, and when a single ounce of less than stellar professionalism is directed at them, they crack and cry.
Unpopular opinion: I’m a woman, and I don’t think women are the best cops. We are too emotional. Which is great for nurturing other people and babies, not apprehending criminals. She probably feels a bit inferior and weak, and so she overreacts to these type of situations to show and maintain control. Men are cut out for the job. Men and women are different, no matter how much we are currently trying to convince everyone otherwise.
@jessicaroeder5315 exactly, thanks for pointing that out. It's bad enough she's a women in a predominantly male atmosphere but she's also gay, they always try to make themselves out to be the victim. The alphabet people are always whining about inequality smh
She arrested him to justify her use of force, pointing a gun at him. The other officers who took part in this cover up by arresting him need to also be reprimanded.
The crazy thing about this is the other officers actually snitched on her in their own reports about her behaviour. Most officers will never get involved and stop a bad officer in the act as they will probably get all types of abuse at work.
The worst part is once she figured out how bad she screwed up her flabby little Danny Devito lookin’ 4ss faked a “medical incident” (panic attack) to try and get out of the situation and maybe have something to blame her being a noisy little tyrant on.
What should have happened is that she should have been fired, charged, and de-certified so she can never be an officer again. As they left it she could be hired by another agency.
She was more worried about her feelings being hur in front of ther people but her actions caused all of this just talked the l and go become a mail lady or something 20 years as a cop ahold be enough to feed that authority drive she so had
makes perfect sense, that's how I protect my children and fellow officers, or other shooters on the range, by pointing loaded firearms at them😆 a WTF? Moment if I ever heard one
Just the irony of him calling for someone threatening him with a holstered handgun, to only being threatened by the police with a dawn handgun. Police sure know how to escalate.
Crocodile tears. She absolutely didnt realize she seriously F'ed up until someone else heard/reacted "across the curtain" and now the union is making a decision how to "defend" her (which is why those parts were redacted). Its going to be a cover up. Did someone say conspiracy?!
She HAS done this in the past. She was a well known problem in that department. Her testimony here was a joke. An eighth grader could have done better at answering those questions.
Yeah, she is pulling every card out, I was scared, I was a woman, I was smaller, I wasn't my self, I didn't know what to do, I wasn't able to communicate, i was a lesbo, the whimpering, the tears, like a 4 year old who just colored on the walls. Yet when SHE was the one in command, she degraded, humiliated, dehumanized the victim and shows NO remorse nor does she acknowledge her failures, mistakes and irrational behavior.
I can't believe she had the gall to cry about being "unnecessarily embarrassed" *after she unnecessarily pointed a gun at somebody and unnecessarily arrested them.*
... and she even laughed at the man. She mocked him for having painted fingernails! Unreal. The best part of this... she's making it seem as though she was so caaaalm during the whole confrontation.
@@betsyvanek9275 🎯 Exactly. Why is a man in a bathing suit who's been handcuffed being forced to sit on the hot pavement?? Whole surrounded by armed police officers?!! 🤯

Some people don’t want to be managers and like doing the field work. That’s not a red flag at all, and you sound dumb by insinuating that it is. What’s more of a red flag is the male-impersonating over the top macho act by that very ill and confused fat woman.
I've always found women coppers always go over the top to make them self look big and tough in front of their Male counterparts, she took over this situation, again to big her self up.
I'm almost certain some kind of drug was involved. How do you come on a scene, screaming and escalating but 5 minutes after arrival you need to be taken to the hospital because you've worked yourself up like that? Gives me mad tweaker vibes but idk..

@@BigSlick40 Once upon a time, cops were respected and trusted and considered heroes and compared to firefighters (so were soldiers; the red, blue, green, and white for EMTs). Now, cops and soldiers are not trusted or respected; there have been far too many corrupt violent ones that did horrible things or absued their power to hurt others. Now, it's mostly just firefighters and EMTs that are still considered heroes and actual first-responders. 🤦
I ran on a psych case had my haldol pulled and ready waiting for the police to arrive. Staff come running out in a panic, so yes I went into an unsafe situation. This was wild looking, I ask him if he wants to hurt me or my partner he said no and I replied we can work together then. I talked this guy down, scene is calm, then the PD show up. So much for calm. Get him loaded and I calm him again and we had a pleasant, restrained, transport. Side note he thought he was Sharon Tates's son.
Yes same here worked as an EMT for 8 years. I personally know criminals that hesitate more than a normal officer to break a law. I was told to drive faster when I was already 10 over the limit on a non emergency hospital to hospital transport. The patient was psychotic and police presence was ordered by the doctor. Obe was in the back and another one sat next to me. I was put under pressure to drive 160 in a 100 zone so they can eat lunch on time. Sounds like a funny incident but with 3 ppl in the back and only the patient had his seatbelt on…. The sad part is that this is one of the innocent storys…. Those ppl have no empathy or morals.
The real credit goes to the Internal Affairs officer that did not tiptoe around her and try to cover up for her. The only officers that get away with these crimes are the ones they let get away.
The only reason he went so hard is becasue she was the scape goat. She fucked up, but everyone else covered up for her. He only at her like this because he needed to get rid of her to save the other corrupt assholes who backed her up.
"He was still verbally resisting." That was what set her off. Tell a pathologically authoritarian person they're wrong, you get a rage response. Consistently evades directly answering questions regarding things clearly seen on her own bodycam video. Refuses to take responsibility for her actions and blames her victim and presents herself as the victim instead. Malignant grandiose narcissism with a badge and a firearm.
As a gay guy, I was so annoyed when she tried to hide behind her boss's alleged homophobia. She's been trying to be the victim the entire time and knew she was running out of cards to play, so went with that one. And it wasn't even something solid. There are a lot of times when yeah, someone may very well be a bigot. But when your only proof is something they might have done in an alternate universe, thats a pretty weak argument. Sorry, I know I kinda went on there. It just bothered me a lot.
Really funny how she understands humanity, emotions, time and place for herself, but doesn’t understand it when she’s insulting and doing it to the victim.. karma.
@@realityreviews2314 lol, same way she was talking to the cuffed man, she thought she was talking to her wife. She’s playing the victim, guess she does role playing at home…😏. Good actor
You can tell by her huge sighs when being called out that she isn't used to consequences for her actions. She thinks everyone is just out to get her and it's so annoying that this internal affairs guy can't like shut up and just see how great of a cop i am. SIGH yes I shot a baby in the face but it was being verbally abusive and assaulted me when it puked on my shoe. At that point I had no choice but to take control of the situation, I didn't know if this baby had a gun or if there was a bomb in the crib so I had to do what any hero would do and I pulled out my service pistol, found my target, aimed for center mass, and blew that bitch baby's brains all over her CocoMelon poster. Can I get my paid time off now?
Imagine the poor son of a bitch along the way who got into a relationship with her oof 😂 I don't even want to think what it would be like to have to live and sleep next to her yikes I would probably jump out the window
She’s so concerned for safety and she never searches him for weapons. She drops every buzzword she learned at the psychopath academy to lie her way through the interview.
@zigwil153 Not just against the ropes...she designed the ropes, produced the ropes, dragged an innocent, unarmed man into the ropes and handcuffed him, berated him, blamed him for all the problems that she created. Came up with all the lies later to try to explain her psychotic behavior. She said she's so worried about a gun he might have but she never searches him or the personal items he left behind but she spends time to berate and point fingers in his face while he sits on the hot pavement. I'd call her a trainwreck but I don't want to disparage wrecked trains.
Yup, she even claims she was keeping HIM safe by pointing a gun at him and ordering him on the ground... who was the danger there, her? The only person pointing guns around?
Do you really want to see her replaced by another person who decides to get disrespected and spit on all day for a minimum salary just to carry a weapon and have authority? sure her behavior was not right but nobody with a healthy mind would do that job anyway.
Narcissist always play the victim … this , um , type of person should NEVER be a cop .. ever … they are always unstable people with personality disorders ( or else they wouldn’t be the way they are ) . The only reason she cried was because she perceived it as a public embarrassment.. which in this instance.. is called narcissistic mortification. This stuff is textbook. She has hurt ALOT of people. Butchie here deserves to pay far more than she ever will.
She put him on the ground on the hot pavement, after pulling a gun and pointing it him, when he was VERY CLEARLY not a threat at all. This cop is sadistic AND afraid of her own shadow, which is a really bad combination! They should be investigating every single arrest she ever made in the last 19 years! I'm so glad she was fired! That rarely ever happens! They should also give some kind of discipline to every other cop that stood there and witnessed this, and didn't intervene!
I’d be willing to bet that the person who fired her will give her a stellar review to a chief, somewhere where she lives. Just give it time. This isn’t the last we hear of her.
She humiliated herself. She's crying because she's being held accountable. Not because she abused an innocent person. She still thinks she did the right thing. The dilusion is strong in this one
Listen to her cry about the way the Sgt talked to her wife. She’s upset that the Sgt demanded that the wife look at him. After the way she just talked to someone that did nothing wrong, I find it incredibly hypocritical.
exactly right. She feels no remorse for assaulting and kidnapping him and letting the real criminal go. No, she is crying because someone else laughed at her. We are all laughing now
Not delusional, thats how they are trained. Theyre taught its them against us. That they are above us and that the entire force will back them no matter what they do.
She escalated immediately, got hostile, didn't listen, then drew a gun. She has no business being a cop or having access to firearms. She shouldn't be in charge of people ever.
@@aliciabray4406Is it really that, or maybe something else plays into factor? I noticed that every cop becomes mindless or dead when their cop friend takes the lead.
Wow, she was embarassed infront of her spouse and fellow officers. Man that mustve really sucked for her. Almost as bad as pointing a gun at an innocent guy in a bathing suit, arresting him, and forcing him to the ground, and trying to put him in jail for literally no reason. What a sap
Imagine how disheartening it was to be threatened with a gun, then have the police threaten him with a gun, and then laugh and make fun of him while yelling at him.
Imagine being so afraid to be a police officer that you're afraid of a man in plaid shorts taking his phone out of his pocket. Dude had to deal with 2 aggressors with a gun. What a joke
IA pointed out with their questioning that she wasn't afraid because she did not cease to approach him. She was on a little power trip against an innocent citizen and it just didn't fly in this case
Exactly. She had absolutely no problem pointing her gun at the victim, forcing him to the ground, handcuffing him, berating him, mocking him, calling him names, making fun of him for nail polish on his toes, AND filing false charges against him so she could enjoy knowing she showed him who the boss was by using her powers to send him to jail. BUT, finding in front of a couple other people that she could be in trouble for her horrible conduct was somehow totally unprofessional and egregious.
The excuses coming out of this tyrants mouth are beyond ridiculous, she was outta line, she was quick to anger and aggression, and the whole thing turned into a ego power trip.
Imagine how Cowardly and Pignorant she would sound if they had conducted this interrogation that same day. Poor Hiring practices, Poor Mental Health evaluations before Hiring, during Hiring, and frequent Re-Evaluations After Hiring, Poor training, Poor Oversight... and the LACK OF accountability. Presumed Authority breeds Unbridled Power! Cops don't become Psychopaths... Psychopaths become cops. I Demand A Refund On My Taxes!!!
Such a petty tyrant. Anyway anyone with half a brain knows why he was arrested - contempt of cop. He had an attitude instead of treating her like the upper echelon of society that she thinks she is. To try to spinet like she was confused is ridiculous. The dude was wearing swim trunks and didn't match the description of the person carrying the gun. There's no possible way she realistically thought he had a gun somewhere
I love how the entire length of this interview is just this cop explaining how stressful a police officer's job is and step by step EXACTLY why she isn't qualified to be one
Verbal resistance is a thing. It falls under the category of passive resistance rather than active resistance. Passive resistance is verbal defiance, ignoring an order, things such as that. Whereas active resistance is physical refusal, fighting back, etc.
The fact that she is this unhinged and ignorant of the law and her mandate, for over 20 years, shows a pattern and practice of negligence and improper training by the department and the city who employs her.
She only ever policed low crime area in her whole 20 years thankfully she fired, can you imagine what could of happened if they kept this loose cannon on the job.
It can’t all be improper training for every damn police department in the country. TREASONOUS laws like Terry v Ohio and Pa v Mimms give cops the right to be our gods! We must OBEY their commandments and our rights go out the window based on how a cop FEELS! If you can take away a persons constitutional rights without any evidence just bc you FEEL some way then you’re the judge jury and executioner. Cops are an inherently treasonous part of our society. Cops don’t stop bad guys they just find them later.
It's crazy that you can get fired or resign as a police officer. And go get another just as quickly as you found your other job. That needs to end Asap
That quota hire felt big and bad because she had a half dozen other "Officers" there to back up her crimes, she figured it would be the same as always, she would break the law abuse her "Authority" and nothing would happen to her.
And as usual all the other cops back her play. I’m surprised that the Sgt “un arrested “ the guy. And what kind of cop has to go to the hospital after she falsely arrests someone?
Yes , I was going to put that " I was humiliation.. " Like .. being put on the ground with just shorts on handcuffed , gun pointed at you surrounded by cops and shouted at.... Is that the kind of humiliation she's talking about..?

Unbelievable how rude and disrespectful she was towards this civilian, mocking him and swearing, drawing her gun on him. Then her boss tells her she’s getting in trouble, and she starts crying and complaining about feeling disrespected and he didn’t break the news to her in a way she liked, she felt she was mocked?? They never ever treat people the way they want to be treated. They’re surprised when they get a taste of what they’ve been dishing out.
She is power drunk and now is having withdrawal symptoms. Notice, she claims the citizen is dangerous but makes not attempt to take cover. It’s a total power trip on her part.
He didn’t come in there and pull a gun and tell her. She didn’t get a taste of shit. She’s just butthurt because she’s going to be held accountable, probably for the first time because everyone was afraid of being labeled homophobic if they said something. She’ll continue this cycle of harassment over people no matter what career she takes next, and cry if called out. Let’s hope this video follows her everywhere. And that’s our job.
The cctv showed he was already walking in the direction towards the parked police suv as she pulled up in the police cruiser. His phone was out and in his hands. From her bodycam, he only ever took two small steps towards her - maybe 3 feet - first his phone was in his hands, then he STARTED to put it in his pocket - but never let go of it, and then started to removes it from his pocket but it catches on the case and he has trouble getting it out. I'm not sure his phone can physically fit in his pocket entirely bc they were obviously swim trunks. He wasn't ever really being an ass either. Everyone who assisted her or pointed or yelled at this dude should be fired also. OIC means she was shift leader, so the entire department is supportive of this type of shit behavior - which was an assault on a civilian and threatening with a deadly weapon and a false detainment and a false arrest. The more cops showing up are finger waggin and aggressive at citizen dude, and they do haul him off. The sergeant knew the situation was f'd when he saw the cctv, and that is why they did not do a cover-up/no prosecution but stick him with an arrest record type of deal. The body cam footage could have been spun, but that cctv showed what a sociopath trigger happy psycho she is very clearly. It was CYA time and they just threw her under the bus she set in motion - but more of them should have been under there with her.
This guy owned this woman from the beginning. He knew she was violating the law. It was awesome that he was correct in every sense of the matter. She is an utter disgrace to the badge.
He was more calm, collected, and rational than the angry, screaming police officer. How sad that private citizens are better at deescalation than the police...
Testosterone mixed with Qualified Immunity makes for one Hell of a Drug. People believe that they can do literally anything when they are fucked up on it.
You can tell she watched the video 1000 times and got her defense in position. Problem is, she didn't search him or even look at the obvious towel nearby. She needed to deescalate and was unable due to pure rage.
She is a narcissistic person for sure. She only cared about herself and the humiliation she faced. Think about the swimmer being arrested and screamed at by her. It also looks like she incited the other officers to verbally bash the swimmer. He was a victim twice in once day
@@gabehayes1833 "She needed to de-escalate . . . " Absolutely! Just think how awful this officer was before body cams.
@@computerbiscuitYou have a darn good point.

This COPROACHES my butch hero. She must have thought this guy was her wife.
20 years.... Who really believes this was the first time she treated a citizen like a piece of trash?
Must have been her time of the month. Not fit to be on the force.
She was right. It was impossible to know if this man has an M2 50 cal hidden in his B hole. Of course she has to cuff him then keep him seated so he can't pull that ma duece out.
What you see at work goes home to family.
She is a victim. She is a woman and of course she will use that BUT guess what. I’m sure she has done that but justice.
Let's be clear, she wasn't scared about a gun, she was angry that he talked back to her. We all know that's the truth.
Yep that's the truth...I guess she wanted to show him her balls are bigger than his and the cops around her did nothing they let her abuse the power she's had that thank God was taken away from her.not one good cop on scene
She had an issue with being talked down to by a real man. The female that has the "male" role in these gay relationships all have problems with men.

Exactly on Point. She has issues and other cops turn their heads as she violated the rights of a citizen that had violated NO crime....

Never mind the humiliation and abuse, physical and verbal, she inflicted on a totally innocent member of the public. A disgusting female bully who tried to play the victim at the end of the interview.
Lady? That's a stretch!
She’s far more upset about being told she was going to be fired, than she is about the way she treated Mr. Gould. That says it all.
Well duh.
Well she'd probably forced people to the ground at gunpoint too many times to count
This is soooo true
It's troubling that police were unable to discern how unstable and aggressive this woman was for more than 20 years.
they are all unstable and unhinge easily. They just needed a lamb for PR slaughter and she became available
This case will show she flunked the psych eval 100% of the time, which should have barred her from ever being a cop. It will come out in the lawsuits. So yes she is a crazy moron from way back, but the municipality that knew that and employed her anyway in violation of the law is in seriously deep shit.
This is why women shall NOT be policemen, firefighters or in the military
It’s not a woman .. it’s some thing else !

This is why Nicky Halley will never be president.

Refuses to take responsibility for her actions and blames her victim and presents herself as the victim instead. Malignant grandiose narcissism with a badge and a firearm.
Spot on assessment
Her feelings got hurt when he talked back to her. So she had to show who's the boss

Everyone who assisted her or pointed or yelled at this dude should be fired also. The more cops showing up are finger waggin and aggressive at citizen dude, and they do haul him off. The sergeant knew the situation was f'd when he saw the cctv, and that is why they did not do a cover-up/no prosecution but stick him with an arrest record type of deal.
