We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

    THANK YOU ❗️

@GangShit OnYaMama hey buddy hope you know that american wagyu is a result of crossbreading japanese wagyu cattle with american breeds. The name American Wagyu refers to the style. Its the american style of the japanese kobe beef. What doesnt exist on the other hand, is american kobe beef.

    Excellent recipe!
    Try this:
    Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese
Two slices fluffy white bread (thin slices best)
    Whipped cream cheese
    2 slices smoked cheddar
    1/4 cup pickled jalapeno slices
    Softened salted butter
    1/4 cup panko
Build sandwich by spreading one slice of bread with cream cheese. Top with chopped pickled jalapenos. Layer with smoked cheddar.
Spread outside of sandwich with butter. Mix some melted butter with panko, then spread panko evenly on buttered outside of sandwich.
Griddle on medium heat, flipping when golden brown.

Sam just made this tonight for my son who likes elk steak more than beef steak. He said it was really good as I will be having some for lunch tomorrow. Thanks for the great ideas and humor!

In Canada we call that "country fried steak"

    • @DeltathRiylaan
      @DeltathRiylaan 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

Actually, chicken fried steak and country fried steak are two similar but still different items. Generally speaking, the variety of gravy used and whether or not you coat with eggs or just flour is the difference.

This is one of my sons favorite dishes and a staple for Sunday famiky brunch (of course without Wagu beef). Fun to watch your version. We make sausage gravy, your addition of bacon is interesting. I make the boys pound the meat because they have more experience!

You're awesome. Love me some cfs. And that gravy? With the egg? The only thing I'd have done differently, one more swim in the flour and egg wash to add an extra layer. I'll be making this soon. Cheers Sam.

Have you ever made herb paste chicken on your
show? Make a paste of dried dill, Italian herbs,
sage, parsley, garlic powder and olive oil. Stuff
the paste between the skin and breast and the
      skin and thighs.
Cut a stick of cold butter into 1/4 inch pieces
and put under the skin with the herb paste.
Rub the outside with olive oil and salt and
put a whole cut up lemon in the cavity. Tie
the legs together. Roast to 162.
The first time I made this it was all I could
think about for the next 2 days.
