My friend just passed the I-751 interview with her husband. The officer was very kind to them. They got the decision letter the next day. Actually the officer made 4-5 questions about their life, like when they got married, where does wife work and so on. It lasted about 20 min. Quiet easy.

Hey Mr. Gray! Your videos have been a great help! I was wondering if you could make a similar video for an I-130 IR5 interview. I petitioned for my parents and we just got our 130s approved. They're real worried about the interview because they speak very little English. Any information would be awesome. Thanks!

They gave me no Interview for the I751 and did not request any more evidence until I attended my citizenship Interview, which was at that point 2.5 years since I filed the I751. I passed my citizenship Interview. They requested more evidence. Sent in more evidence. They denied my I751 and N400 because of the I751. Processing times are ao long. USCIS don't know what they are doing.

@@doremifasolatido-ro7zs When my I751 got denied, my status ended from the expiry date on the 2 year GC. So I had to get with a lawyer and refile the I751. I got an extension letter and got back into status. If you file for the N400 while I851 is pending, you will get a combo interview that I was not aware of and I was told not to bring anyone with me because of covid restrictions.
I've been seeing so many lawyers online saying that USCIS is waiving interviews for jointly filed i751applications, more regularly than they usually do, because of COVID. I know the process usually takes 10-18 months to remove conditions with an interview, but how long does the whole process usually take when the interview is waived?
I have found it it usually before the case would be scheduled, an officer picks it up and if there is good joint documentation they approve without interview.
Good evening sir, my husband is been in the military for almost 3 years. I moved from apartment to apartment and since he is not physically here they couldn’t put him on the lease. Also we don’t have allot of join documents because he is away, it’s kind of difficult to do that. I filled for my condition removal in January (joint) and I am scared it’ll get deny due to lack of documentation (bank account, bills etc…) but I sent all his military documents proving that he is on duty

Please can you do another mock interview for I751, who is still in the marriage but her husband is out of USA. The marriage is still intact but the husband travelled .
If it is a joint interview, the spouse must be present. They will continue the case until the spouse returns.

Just based on this, no, but you need a good reason why you did not file joint taxes.

I have a interview for I-751 waver I have a bank statements tax return also she hit me o I got PFA against her fist in district court than local court they out her from her home
15 days. After 4 days she got PFA against me with lied. In court I told I don’t want to live with her and don’t want and bad things with her. I made the video when she hit me and abused me what need to do

When is considered the filing date, is it the date you signed the I-751 application or when USCIS received it in the mail?

Dear sir. Please can I have a question on the receipt prefix of I-751 receipt. Mine starts with MSC and some people telling me my case may be required to have an interview.
, is it correct? It's been 13 months since i filed and i have just taken biometrics in Dec20 due to closure of ASC. My friend her receipt starts with SRC her case is approved only in 7 months. It's so strange. Thank you so much.
Hi Nham the service center is wholly jurisdictional ie California and western states are adjudicated by the (CSC).

Usually yes, but include a lot of evidence and maybe the interview will be waived.

@kcastro, no. I have many waiver cases that are approved without interview...the case must be well documented!

I’m a little confused I thought eligibility for citizenship starts from date of residency not from date you get your green card
The 3 or 5 year period starts from when the green card is issued. Look at your green card and there is an Issued date.
Please, one in the consulate for the spouses 🙏, I am nervous 'cause I've been leaving in Mexico the whole time and we don't have bills or any of those things to prove is a real marriage 😢
Hi Nirvalma, you I 130 will be approved before you go to the interview at the consulate. So you need not worry!
