Hi, you are doing great work, making very useful videos on immigration matters.
If the petitioner withdrew the, I_751 petition and the victim get deported and later received the divorce papers and the victim did not know about the vawa laws and the time limit expired is there any relief in immigration laws to file later.

Can I travel during i-751 pending with Notice of actions (Divorced) I’m just concerned about if my separation would be an issue at the port of entry?

I divorced after I got the condiction green card, right now I'm in the process of removing my condition green card, and applying for my own green label the marriage was real. However, I have a few documents need to get from my EX husband and he refused to give me. What can I do for that? Can I send him a lawyer's letter for it? ( we don't have kids and I didn't get abused)

Common theme - the American always knows the law is on their side and can fuck over the immigrant since he/she is the petitioner. The law is built that way
