    They want to argue about the word parole "Into " saying individuals needs to be parole into the US from outside. But I don't think they will get to make that argument because they don't have standing . Also there is another program no politician wants to mess with on that argument.

      mr grey this is a valid question above. can you do separate video about family reunification for children over 21 of US citizens who has an i130 approval. if not a separate video at least a short response here as a reply. are you saying they can be paroled into the usa to wait until priority date becomes current lets say next 10 to 15yrs and be able to live and work? please thats what we are interpreting by what was said in the video. thank you

    Yeah, can you imagine sending back a main bread earner would be more of a financial liability to the states because then the citizen spouse and their children would remain in this United States finding themselves needing for public assistance because their main bread earner is no longer here to take care of their family. Stupid

    Hello Mr Grey. I hope you see this comment and are able to answer. I am a U.S. born citizen have filed I130 approved. Filed I 485 and the case is currently at NVC in CDJ. We haven't moved forward because she has two entries into U.S. without inspection she first arrived in 1998 stayed 1yr left and came back in 2000. We are concerned she might have permanent bar how can we determine this.

      @@GrayLawTV Thank you for your kind reply. Is this happening at the borders without long waits or mandatory stays in other countries as they await processing? Do they need a US visa to be paroled? And once they enter, do they stay in designated places or they can mix with the rest of society? Thank you.

    Good morning. My question is:- I am a green card holder and I sponsored my daughter in 2022 Dec, she is a DACA recipient, has a degree and working . Can she get through here in the US?meaning if she can adjust her status here.
    Thanks

    • @GrayLawTV
      @GrayLawTV  11 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @beena, I dont quite understand your question, but part of Bidens new rule is that DACA recipients can get back into status with a non-immigrant visa and 212d3 waiver. Then she can adjust when your petition comes current.

    Hi Mr. Grey.. i have a question, I've submitted my application for PIP on August 26 2024, i pay the $580 fee for the application, I've been paying my taxes since 2013, i got my DACA on 2012, i have a clean record, i received 3 email and in one of them they said that thry were going to use my biometric that they have on their system, and also that they don't need any more documentation.. but unfortunately i haven't got the approval 😔.. even thoo i did it on the 26, but that was the same day when the "stay" was issued.. what can i do now?? Is there something I can do?
