I like these Chaos marines the best, just random weirdness. My favorite of the bunch would be the one with tentacles on his right arm and the living gun, classic Chaos baddie!
I feel like GW should try doing a limited edition set someday of some Chaos marines inspired by these sculpts, like they did with the Imperial Space Marine. But probably after a loyalist (ish) Power Armour Marks set. Oh, and as for the Terminator thing, the one you might be thinking of is in T2, but there is a scene in the original where he works on damaged parts without removing all the skin.
