Some time spent at the off-grid cabin | Cold lake dips, wood fired hot tub soaks, off grid baking!

- Join me/us for a few days spent at our off-grid cabin! Although short, it was a great time spent out there and we winterized the cabin as well. The cold lake swims and wood fired hot tub soaks are just what I needed (and the baked goods topped things off!). I was a little bit nervous with the hound dogs out there, but everything turned out OK in the end!
In the past, I have loved dressing up for Halloween. Those are a couple of different costumes from years ago.

I love watching people with their dogs. I can automatically connect with them. Especially hounds. Love, dogs and a warm cabin. Heaven will have it's hand full topping that one 😄

Great video what a fantastic place! And a second home aswell just amazing you guys are so lucky having all that land and space! Not to mention the scenery the the lake the mountains the peace and quiet! Just having space and able to do what you want when you want within reason it's so idillic!

Being out there, you could encounter/disturb/enrage the wrong thing.
PS: I love how you have trained your dogs, to wait for your OK, to eat, without jumping on you or diving at the food.
Dogs wait patiently and the rag dolls eating before it’s even all on the plate. We have a rag doll too, they are cute as a button but mine isn’t too bright.
