hi dear aap mere liye as a god h mein last one month upper back से pareahan hu even kitni vdeos dekh kr exercise ki but relife nhi aaya phir achanak yaad aaya aapki wajah se mera slip disk ka pain bhi thik hua hai last year aur aaj third day h muje ye yoga posture karte hue aur 70%relife h jabki koi medicine koi baam se relife nhi Aa raha tha even so bhi nhi paa rahi thi mein even office me chair pr baitna h 10 hours bhut bura haal tha but now i know it will be complete gone with in a week thank you for this vdo God bless you always dear wven 💓💓💐💐

Good evening madam, A good video with nice explanation easily understood by all. I hope all those who have back pain will get benefited if they follow the video and save good amount of money as the doctors suggest similar type of exercises along with some pain killers.
Namastey Manohar ji, back related issues arise from so many reasons, its best to understand what kind of pain you have and then move towards the solution. People who practise yoga on a regular basis have very low chances of back problems and injury. Yoga strengthen and align back very effectively if done in right manner.
