I still have that book. It is called “Motocross Techniques, Training & Tactics. Written by Brad Lackey and Len Weed. It was my bible in my younger years.
@Ian Mangham, I lived close to where Brad lived. I would see him practice at Carnegie in Livermore. I followed his career from early 70's for 10 years. I would always go to the Inter Am in Livermore every year Big Weekend.

I did some dist 36 hare scrambles late 90s early 2000 Danny was there supporting his son. Always made me sad to see him in a wheelchair.

The best way to follow Motocross in the 70's was to read Cycle News newspaper. Internet would have made it so much easier.
