To improve sleep I highly recommend to tape you're mouth with medical tape especially if you are a mouth breather you will fall asleep faster and sleep much better I find myself not waking up at all during the night and you feel the best in the morning also the magnesium glycinate before bed makes you feel more relaxed.

Amazing stack man you basically cover all the essential vitamins! The only one I think you are missing is vitamin k2 really. The only thing is that this really wont boost your testosterone sustained all day, it can only cause a pulsatile increase which wont do anything for muscle growth, you really need to get to those supra-physiological levels to see muscle gains like a testosterone level of 1200-1500+ depending on your SHBG level of course.
I started taking ZMA (Zinc, Magnesium and B6 I believe it is) recently and almost instantly felt a boost in my mental state and physical state. I’ve been sleeping a lot better since too, would definitely recommend. Although be wary of dosages as I’ve heard excessive zinc can cause issues

About the fat part ( i am not sure about this myself so i am asking): Is it okay to eat fats and carbs together? does it increase inflammation in the body? Wouldnt it be better to eat a fat and protein rich meal in the morning (like Jordan peterson suggests) and then eat the carbs later on? Whats your take (or anyone elses) on this?
