      To add to 10. Do your work (Procrastination)
      Guys, stop procrastination it’s not always about fear or change but a obsessive desire for perfection. I’m not saying don’t prepare but just don’t think so far ahead of your abilities. Just send it and move on to the next work/life hurdle. Always be moving.

    Story time: I used to not have guy friends growing up. I would be around girls as their only guy friend all the time. I grew up with women in my family. This made me not surround myself with guys growing up. I would do and act feminine (and being accused of being gay) instead of being masculine. I hated getting into things that most guys like. I do want to thank you for this video. I can use this video as a teaching tool for myself.

    It bothers me, the number of young men that I interact with on a daily basis, who sacrifice self development and lifestyle design in pursuit of hedonism and self sabotage. I wish more men were aware of brilliant channels like yours. Society is going down the drain if men like us don't become leaders.

      Esse Quam Videri exactly! but the thing is I used to be one of those guys. Thank god i had that sense of exploration and came to the realization that its just a pleasure prison. Nothing really fulfilling ever came from that and that set me on my journey of discipline. Just saying some people might need to figure it out for themselves. we are all on different paths. I know that’s frustrating. Just the way it is.

  • @marcozaha8709
    @marcozaha8709 5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    1. Have a tribe. Hang out with a group of men at least once a week.
    2. Workout HARD. Release stress.
    3. Refrain from ejaculation. No PMO.
    4. Have sex. Talk to more girls.
    5. Unplug 1-2 hrs before bed. Turn off your phone and sleep properly.
    6. Ground yourself during the morning (meditate/stretch/cold shower/take a walk). Slow down.
    7. Fight. Practice any martial arts.
    8. Get out in nature. Recharge.
    9. Listen to music to change your state.
    10. Stop overthinking. STFU and take action, stop researching and just do it.

    I've been doing mma and kickboxing for 6 years. It has completely changed my mentality and made me so much more masculine. Discomfort = growth. Take up a combat sport, its so tough but so fun and rewarding. BJJ is good if you can't handle getting hit. Anyway I believe becoming good at a martial art makes is a shortcut to masculinity and confidence.

    There is a man in his 60’s that comes to my Muay Thai gym for classes on a daily basis. He’s got such a good attitude and outlook on life. His willingness to try something new and completely out of his element (we’re a bunch of 20-30 year old men and women oozing with testosterone/aggressiveness). The other day he was practicing his Teeps (push kicks) and I overheard him tell coach “that’s the finishing blow” on one of the reps. Like Elisha said challenge yourself, do your job, and explore what this world has to offer us.

    One thing I did to become a more masculine man was to hang around less women.when I was younger I use to have a lot of friends that were girls.I use to have like 15 friends that were girls and like 4 guy friends. Because I had so many female friends I started to become more feminine .Some girls even thought I was gay.But as soon as I started to exercise my masculinity by working out hanging out with my bros and stop being friends with all them females and getting into sports I was able to become less feminine.

    One thing I have trouble with in going into new social circles is joining in on the group conversation and flowing with it. I feel I don't have anything to say or when I do; find it hard to get into the conversation flow. Makes me feel less masculine, incredibly self conscious and anxious. Is this because I do not vibe with this tribe or I'm incompetent socially. I would like to think it's due to incompetence because mixing with different groups is invaluable. Anyone experience this? Ideas? Thoughts?

    • @user-el7gt9wl4i
      @user-el7gt9wl4i 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Celtic GamerHD thanks for the advice bro! I'll take it on board! What was your comment about having only female friends ? i can't find it; something about poking fun and being bold and being playful?

    • @StylizedKitsune
      @StylizedKitsune 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      The moment you focus on your own anxiety and become more aware of being uncomfortable you will lose, because other people will (subconsciously) percieve your uncertainty as well. So I'd suggest you start focusing outwarldy more often, do really focus on the external factors (not necessarily your conversation topic) talk about that crappy movie you saw yesterday, or how much you hate trap, etc. Don't worry too much!! Be in the present moment!! Just let go!!!

      Man I feel you, I had a lot of girl friends but chose to make some guy friends. It's not the same bro. All my life I thought I was going to be friends with girls and I still love and talk to my girl friends but the companionship, the brotherhood is only with my guy friend group. I can talk to my girl friends, be emotional have fund with them, they listen, feel with you but it's not like a guy friend lifting you up from your misery, someone you wrestle with, can be rougher physically and verbally
      Go make some guy friends, you will not regret having some bros who tell you when you do some stupid shit but also always have your back when you are facing a challenge

      That’s bs tho, sex tells our body that we are having sex with a woman which is good because it makes us believe We have options=less anxiety that comes out of no where. Being on nofap and having sex is just a guarranteed cum situation aswell.

    1) have men only time at least once a week
    2) work out intense and with FOCUS
    3) refrain from ejaculation, even when you have a girl (sometimes)
    4) have sex with beautiful woman
    5) unplug before bed and black out all windows: honor your sleep cycle
    6) slow down and ground yourself in the morning
    7) fight sports
    8) get out in nature often
    9) heavy music
    10) do your work and stop overthinking or procastinate
    11) remove the label of introvert/extrovert: you are both but in different times

    A quick tip for the topic of fighting, try wrestling. People don't realize that wrestling is a. One of the hardest, most strength demanding martial arts i've ever tried B. one of the best martial arts to be proficient in, as if your a strong male it's a good match up against any martial art and isn't too technically savvy.

      Are you sure about that last part?

    • @LordOfBlueEyes
      @LordOfBlueEyes 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Taoufik090 If you're comparing an intermediate wrestler to a intermediate Jiu Jitsu practitioner, absolutely. There are planterra movements which are very skill based but compared to a martial art like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu it's not as technical. Wrestling is mostly practicing and learning to spot the opponent's moves, Working on form. And lastly continuing to become stronger physically and mentally.

    Dude I started BJJ this year and so far it has been the most humbling experience of my life. Getting repeatedly choked out by other men on a regular basis reminds you that you're not special and there's always someone out there grinding to take your back. Apply this fighting mentality to daily life and your become a warrior

    Yea these things really matter, if you were to live a fuckin primitive sage life. If you are a real man, you will make decisions based on what you like or dislike. If a guy wants to watch porn, its because his masculinity has given rise to that need. I agree no fap has its own benefits but occasionally a little porn can help relax and feel lighter.
    Now coming to the fact of gym or body posture. Look bro I dont wanna discourage, but girls dont give a shit about your muscles or your body. Its all about how stylish or popular you are around people. I’ve seen people including myself, becoming muscle bags that no one gives a damn about. Not everybody can have a lifestyle like Jeff Seid or Conor Murphy. Now Im not saying we should stop working out, but doing it for yourself is what matters the most. Fighting and karate and jogging is fine if you’re really into that shit but the thing about yoga and meditation is that it is done for long term benefits and you said you only felt good in the moment. Dude you need to make it a habit if you wanna see results for a long period. Its just like gym but just a more relaxed and a more meaningful way of workout. I myself am not a big fan of yoga but I have tried it and I can tell you it has way more potential than you can imagine

      Try changing the playlist for 3 weeks. Your brain tends to like whatever has been given regularly to it. It's like that shit stupid song which you hate the first time you hear it, but after 3 to 5 replays your brain starts to love it. It is a habit and a crave which you have developed. I also started to like Migos, Future, 21 etc.. But that happened when I was around someone listening mainly this.
