Gotta love the sound of these 5 cylinder Audis. Reminds me of watching the Quattro kicking everybodys ass in rallying back in the early 80's.
Evil the way they bounce of the limiter and the suspension unloading and loading again when they change gear is just so agressive.

I love Audis. Always have. First car was an old, square Audi 80!
Then I had a Y registered 1.9 Quattro that I absolutely loved. The 2.2 was the much better car back then and the one i wanted but it was much too expensive for me to run back then. The 1.9 was expensive enough!!
Probably cheap as chips today! Might look into that actually thinking about it.

The only reason they won back then was due to AWD. They had less power which helped even more with their control.

the car is always bouncing, absolutely NO safety on driving this car So much power NEED to be glued to the ground
+ITRIEDEL It you make the suspension too hard instead of bouncing it will literally start to jump.
you don't want hard suspension to reduce squat you'll spin even more. squatting allows the car to grab more traction

the audi 5 cyl turbo
God damn I love Audi’s. I have a ‘98 a4 with the 2.8. Did the e92 Paxton and injectors, sent the ecu to be flashed, headers, cat delete, exhaust. With 240,000 miles I make 320 to the wheels. That’s 240k no rebuild. I did head gaskets and timing belt/water pump and a stage 3 zoom racing clutch, that’s it. Thing is bulletproof.

his suspension set up is legendary. I bet it's his biggest secret, basically weak ass springs with hard shocks to plant it but that's just a general direction.

All that I know is that I see Audi's all over town in the DFW area, mainly A8's & R8's,....some A5/A6's, etc. but not an S2.

Are these S2's available in America? I've tried looking them up and I can't find much.
Unfortunately no they are not. You can however build an audi coupe Quattro, they are rare but they're in the states.
