I think you missed something. If you decide to help the institute defeat the brotherhood, in the mission where tou reprogram Liberty Prime, Elder Maxon will fight you in his Unique power armor: a T-60 with the unique Elder paint job. Nothing special about the paint job or the power armar, but the paint job is so unique that if you paint the elder power armor you will lose the paint job for ever.
@Louis Botterill The torso and arms are from the tesla t60, the helmet is a potential reward from captain kells for the quest in the airport ruins, and both legs are sold by teagan after certain story points.
Yeah, it's a little disappointing. Although, I don't think there would be any reason for the Enclave to have legendary gear after being wiped out twice... But then again, it is a Wild Wasteland!
+Caedo Genesis what if some random person finds a pice of enclave X-01 armor and wears it and they make it therefor unique power armor with special adjustments they make the self.......I think I overanalyzed a pice of walking tank armor.....
ok something OT, the intro shows people looking INTO the first flash of a nuke explosion. those people would be blind. even covering your eyes completely and turning away you can still see thru your skin and see your bones, thats how powerful that flash is. bethesda didnt do their homework on that one

I've chosen the brotherhood twice & will again with my last character in fallout 4 & I always use all of the legendary pieces with my main character the legs of always increase carry weight the Tesla chest piece I always put the tesla mod on it for more damage but the Exemplar piece I always give a jetpack too.

I feel there isn't enough stuff for the t45 so I hope they add more stuff through dlc or updates like more paint jobs and mods for it or have unique power armour pieces since T45 was the most mass produced before so they should be the most seen armour in any wasteland including Boston well apart from the T60 which is unique to the area but it leaves to question how the brotherhood came across so many suits.

If you have automatron and help out the BOS, you can get a full suit of unique t60.

T45 is still my favorite power armour.

Isn’t the Atom Cats Power Armor unique? Since you can only get it at the Atom Cats Garage.
You could also get the paint job from them to add to any t60 armor so it isn't unique.
It's a paint job that you can buy off of Rowdy, and can be applied to any T-60 set...
