Honestly there is no specific cap to fit everyone, different head size with different measurements, but I sometimes use adjustable cap with the aid of bands to fit

Absolutely, you can use any cap of your choice, be it the mesh cap, dome cap, adjustable cap, whichever one you prefer,following the same direction,you get same result.
