What stitch pattern are you using ? I have that machine too and I’m a beginner
She is using Zig zag u gotta use that and not a straight stitch or the cap will lose all of its elasticity

Hey you could try tension 4 on the sewing machine and the medium length zig zag stitch

Hey love! What type of thread did you use? I tried using the Coats & Clark surelock polyester thread but I had a hard time getting it through the needle and then it jammed in the bottom bobbin.

Keep going ‼️ and don’t give up, I still struggle till this day. Watching other girl business TH-cams helps me a lot

Does the size of the wig head really make a difference ? I already have a 22 inch one that I’ve been using to hand sew my wigs. I’m making a wig for my sister & her head is on the bigger side. Will I need to get a larger wig head or will I be fine with just using an extra large dome cap?
Yes the size matter 💕 22 is medium so it may fit. A good way to know your head size is measuring around your head. And yes using a bigger cap creates more room.

I have a brother machine and I tried to sew wefts on to the cap but the machine broke for a while. Can you talk about what is the best tension, it looks like you have it on 3/4/5 on screen, but what tension do you have it on as this could have been the issue. I am sick of hand sewing it takes way too long😏

How go you keep the wig from bunching up?? Mine keeps bunching! The tracks start off laying flat then bunch around the top and sides 🥴

I love my brother sewing machine!!! lol but I’m here because I think I have something set wrong on my brother machine.... it’s sewing and then it’ll just stop and I think it’s either because of the thread or the tension or stitch settings 🙁🙁🙁 I need help!!!!
Make sure the thread your using is not too thick and make sure you re thread the bobbin everytime it stop. Sometimes threading the bobbin in the bottom BY THE NEEDLE can be the problem.
