I spoke to a man who told me he was captured by enemy forces in Afghanistan he said they were irritable and barely slept. They were terrified of giants living in the mountains near their base. Him and others were freed after a few months because one of these giants attacked their base in the night killing all the soldiers. Another prisoner had got out somehow and opened the cells they were kept in. On their way to safety (wherever that was) this guy was pointing out dead soldiers and dark spots and saying "look what it did to them!" And "that must be it's blood. When they finally got back to their allies they were told they had to sign NDA's saying they couldn't talk about it. There's every chance this was just a tall tale. But honestly I couldn't decide what to believe. He had nothing to gain just telling me this story and he was very sincere and open about my doubts. He said if it didn't happen to him he would never have believed it either. Very interesting.

I am a combat infantry veteran who saw a very large person through a CROW systems thermal that was mounted on top of the vehicle I was in. This was in the kandahar region in 2011.
These same red haired giants are in Indians stories in Winemucca, NV. A couple of decades ago, my dad and I were there buying property and happened across a small museum there. We went in, just curious, and checked thungs out. Inside they had a couple of huge skulls and a few huge, obviously human type bones there. Small chunks of reddish hair still attached to the skulls. Well, not too long ago, the skulls were gone and I asked the curator where they were? He said that the Smithsonian in D.C. wanted to study them and they sent them there, but when they wanted them back, the Smithsonian told them that the remains were "lost in their system and couldn't be located." So much for transparency and honesty from the Smithsonian.
“Lost” is the Smithsonian Institution’s code for hidden to continue their lying theory of evolution vs Nephalim from the Bible and hidden truth of what really happened after the deluge.

I deployed to Iraq in 2005 and we of course stopped in Kuwait to do a two week climatize lay over. Another soldier and I got tasked to go clear a part of the desert for Bedouin’s or camels or anything that could be hit when we did our live fire excessive. We came over a small dune and basically went nose first in to the beginning of a very very large cave type hole. There was an extremely huge black serpent looking creature not even 25 meters away from us just inside this opening. It was humungous. Shiny black with yellowish like eyes. The only thing I can compare it to is the black dragon from “train your dragon” ( one of my kids favorite movies lol ) anyway when we came up on this thing it shook violently which caused sand to come down in all directions and it was gone… we drove back in silence, tried to tell the PL but he was so lost in the task at hand he barley even listened. True story man! I know people will say I’m bs’ing but whatever. Saw some crazy sht in Afganistán as well. Old countries have old secrets.
Dug myself into this cryptids rabbit hole rn. What got me most interested is that when it comes to comment sections of cryptid animals (watched a vid abt the Congo giant snake a few hours ago), the comments are filled with theories and skepticism. But when it comes to this one, it is loaded with stories and accounts and not so much skeptics and doubters.
I met an old Woman from the Solomon Islands, a Christian Woman who found her way to the US, anyway she told me about how she grew up in a village, fair enough until she started telling me about "the Giants that lived near her villiage" she said as a child she was told to stay away from them, to leave them alone and they would leave her alone. She basically said it was a normal thing to see them in the wilderness, she said some of them where as big as the trees...she said everyone in the village knew about them. I thought she was pulling my leg, but she was very serious and like I said she was a Christian, she told me she really didn't have a reason to lie to me.
Well, yes, that is debunking it. US casualties are open source. It would be remarkably easy to find a date where an entire team of SF operators were KIA, especially in 2002 when there were still only a handful of casualties in the War on Terror. Even SF casualties are open source. If anyone tells you otherwise then they're hilariously full of shit. It's weird how all of these SF guys were forced to sign NDA's and sworn to secrecy, for some stupid strange reason over a supposed "giant", yet here they are, openly spreading an account that would have only been seen by a very small group of people. The video claims this was an "open secret" among soldiers stationed in Kandahar in 2002 yet neither I nor any of my brothers I deployed with on multiple deployments from 2002 to 2007 ever once heard of this or mentioned it. I only heard this story over a decade and a half later, even though there were only a relative handful of us in Kandahar in 2002.

So for the Afganistán story- It was 2003 and I was on my second deployment to Afganistán. This deployment put us on and around the border of Pakistan/Waziristan/South Eastern Afganistán region. This took place around 2003/04. So we were on a mounted patrol on the way back from a 2 week movement to contact op. I was in the lead truck as a 50 cal. Gunner. Not going to lie we were in a hurry to get back and everyone was super tired, hungry and dirty. I remember It was probably around 1pm or so and definitely hot out. My Lt. was asking me something I can’t remember what when we came around a tight curve in the river bed we were navigating down. When we hit the corner there was a man with a rpg on his shoulder with a burlap sack that had a few rpg rounds sticking out. I immediately engaged him which lead to a very loud instant of my gun fire echoing and his rpg rounds popping off when hit with 50 cal rounds. It all happened very suddenly and prior to this happening it was pretty much silent besides the trucks engines. In that instant of me firing there was a sound of to me was a huge push of air right above where we were at on the peak of the cliff . It sounded almost like something with air boosters pushing away. Almost simultaneously rocks came down from that cliff and a very, very large shadow covered the two trucks as whatever it was flew away in the opposite direction. Here is the crazy part- as I scanned the cliffs I saw two enemy fighters on the opposite peak that looked almost frozen in shock and fear. They were both armed with what later was found to be PKMs and could have definitely engaged us but did not. They were frozen staring upward in what I feel was disbelief. In retrospect as I contemplated this over and over I believe the swooshing sound were gigantic wings and that the “thing” that flew away could have been maybe a winged dinosaur. Not sure what else it could have been. Scared the sht out of me though and obviously the two other fighters that were present that day. My team and the gunner in the rear tuck also heard and saw the shadow go over head. Crazy stuff out there.

What's very fascinating is that I'm First Nations and we have stories of Cannibal Caucasian Giants with long hair and beards, six fingers and two rows of teeth that lived in the mountains east of the Ohio River Valley up until around 500 years ago that our ancestors used to go to war with and several rival tribes eventually teamed up to kill them because they were all sick of being preyed on by them.
In the western deserts of the US too. There are stories that some skulls were sent to the Smithsonian and then disappeared. Two rows of teeth and red hair.
I’ve heard the tradition of Native Americans holding their hands up when greeting someone they don’t know (like the stereotype in movies of saying “how”) started so they could see how many fingers the other person had because they avoided the “6 fingered” people. Do you guys know if that’s true?
My dad's grandma is indigenous, growing up we visited her on the res up north, I always appreciated the stories she told as it described north America in a more natural state predating colonization. 100lbs salmon, sub species of forest bison, acorns the size of a man's head. While my parents were out drinking in town she was watching me (I was running around outside with my friends) it came time for me to come inside and this was indicated by her standing off in the distance with a single hand raised. I later asked her why she wouldn't call out to me, I'd notice her much faster. I got a short answer to the effect of "don't worry about it." I asked her again later while we were eating dinner, she said it was a method of showing who you intended on communicating with, that you only had 5 fingers on your hand. I laughed at this thought thinking she had made a joke. Her response was "people with more than 5 fingers will likely eat you" I wasn't really laughing anymore and she must've seen I was terrified of the notion of cannibals having extra fingers. She told me a story but it seemed like random bits of information not a very good story. That giants used to rule over people treating them as slaves and snacks. The people learned to farm and hunt with such effect that their numbers grew to a point where they could overthrow the giants rule. For hundreds of years humans hunted the giants. Raising your hand to show 5 fingers to someone in the distance was like a challenge and password. Part of the reason I enlisted was due to discovering this story back in 2015, one of the operators, disturbed that his battle buddies death was shrouded in secrecy, broke his NDA and recorded a video for the internet. He described the operators advancing up a obscure goat trail, approaching a 50m wide cave at least 15m high and it being a sheer cliff immediately inside the cave denying the team access. They fell back to their defensive positions and began radioing command. Before establishing the connection a spear was thrown 50' from the cave and impladed his friend standing right next to him. This creature had a sword and was charging straight towards him falling dead only a few feet from him. I believe he exposed the truth due to survivors guilt. Following that event American forces detonated literal tons of ordinance in those mountain caves. Much larger quantities than what would be needed to eliminate insurgency. Just my opinion but I think they were sealing off those caves to deny access.
the reason indians would raise their hands when approaching others was to see if the individuals confronting them had more than 5 fingers . If they had more than 5 fingers they were thought to be hostile.
Fun story. I have a colleague who is a former military guy (Australian) who served time in Kandahar. A while back, I loosely mentioned the story of the Kandahar Giant to him (not super specific) and he mentioned how him and his patrol would see him all the time. Apparently, they gave the name of something like Dirty Foot (or similar, I can’t completely remember) and whenever they’d get back to base they’d joke and casually talk about how they saw Dirty Foot from the chopper on their patrol.
I used to work in physical therapy for veterans. A client of mine says he came to that area of Afghanistan right after the Kandahar giant. He said it was a big topic for everyone to talk about when he was new there. So my first time hearing the story was from a 2nd hand witness.
A second hand "wittness" is just someone who heard a story before you did. Not to mention, even (first hand) eyewittness accounts are highly unreliable.
@@Yamyatos yeah but he heard it from lost of people and while that proves nothing really, i thought it was pretty cool! It feels different than just hearing it online.
What's crazy is I actually heard about this in middle school AND in Elementary school. I'm 29 now. I went to school in Warner Robins, home to Robins AFB. A kids dad was in the military and he was telling everybody how his dad said there was a Giant killed by Special Forces in Afghanistan but nobody believed him except myself and a few others.
Of all the things that never happened, this never happened the most. We have never lost an entire unit in Afghanistan or Iraq. Ever. Let alone an entire team of SF. US military casualties are open source, even SF casualties. It's remarkably easy to look up casualties and when they died. This never happened.
Giant of Kandahar was around 2006 not 2002. When I got there the SF guys were all talking about it and I got there in December of 2006. It also was not in or even near Kandahar. It was like 60 miles away in the mountains. Kandahar is in the plains. I met "K" and he was not happy he was known to have seen the Giant. He was tired of the story and would deny it in public but in private it was different.
fun fact: if you get the feeling of "being watched" you are. what has happened is that you have seen whatever it is watching you, but your brain hasn't processed what it is. i.e. friend or foe. so your brain alerts you to keep you on your toes. if it approaches you, you will automatically swing the direction your brain last "saw" it.

Well, my friend's older brother was part of Polish armed contingent in Afghanistan. He told us about weird thing they encountered in Afghanistan. Sometimes when they scanned the desert with thermal vision, they saw "thermal ghosts". Humanoid shapes appearing out of nowhere, walking around for some time and disappearing into nothingness.
Wow! It's its a shared experience. We kept getting repetitive rpg and small arms fire from out of nowhere. We spent more than three months building shared ground facilities out in the middle of nowhere, later described as an MOB. Day before I was to leave for another other destination I had some free time so I broke the rules and did my own reconnoiter work. Within 200 yards, nearly right over the top of an extensive cave system is where they had us building camp. Just like in the days of Nam except these guys had satellite photos to look at. 24hrs earlier I had told the big guys about what a wonderful site selection they had made! LOL, at the same time I found a larger opening a couple of kids walking by told me that when the flood water gets high enough the escaping air through the upper smaller vent would whistle loud enough to be heard sometimes as far away as Kandahar. LOL. Thats my story and thank you Poland!
I saw one of these. They are still visible at night, possibly if they choose not to de materialize in a sense. I was living in Gainesville 2009, while riding by bicycle going home from work at night. In a back neighborhood, there was a mist floating, looked like a giant person, slowly crosses street and disappears into the bush of a house fence. I saw it within 20 feet of me as it's doing it in real time. I was so spooked I hauled ass back home, never pedaled so hard in my life. Similar spectre have been caught on CCTV and seen by others. Whether dimensional creatures, spirits, ghost demons. Some are dark shadow forms. Whether they come from the same place or are related we may never know but it fascinates me.
About 17 years ago, I became friends with an old Marine I worked with. He was a quiet guy and didn’t share much about his experiences, but one story stuck with me. He talked about a giant that Navy SEALs and Marines encountered in a cave. He said that the giant moved faster than they’ve seen any enemy move. At the time, I didn’t know what to make of it. He described this creature as being around 15 feet tall, with red hair, and said it had killed six Marines. Later, a team from SEAL Team Six was sent back, and they managed to kill the giant and bring it back to the base, covered up. I’ve kept this story to myself for a long time. Sidenote, it’s crazy because I wrote this before watching this video and I just watched the whole thing. It’s crazy to hear the story as my friend told it 17 years ago all the way down to the red hair.
I've spent the last few days sick, stuck at home in bed, bored and miserable. Then Bedtime Stories and Wartime Stories come along to bring some excitement and distraction to my day. Love you guys.
My dad did a tour at Spin Boldak. Afghanistan is like another planet. I remember him showing me photos of a local hedgehog, even that was like nothing anywhere else. I can imagine that between the vast, sparsely populated, dangerous, and harsh terrain there is definitely very unique things out there.

We are bound to have found a couple bones. I was just in Afghanistan for 2 months to visit family after moving from there and immigrating to the States after 10 years. While being back home, I tried to spend as much time with family as possible and that included my grandmother who lived most of her life in a remote village. Nonetheless, she told me quite a few paranormal stories that gave me goosebumps. The fact I’ve been a subscriber of your channel and the fact that I was in Afghanistan just last week is perfect timing.
So I could say a lot on this issue. My 1st husband was Jicarilla Apache from Northern New Mexico. His Grandma used to tell about red headed, giant cannibals that the tribe encountered living in caves... However, she never mentioned the two sets of teeth. She did say they had 6 fingers. She had a lot to say about the Anasazi too... Which she said were cannibals as well and the Apaches wiped them out because of it. I know some Navajos like to claim being descendants of the Anasazi, but sorry, I believe Grandma.. You don't come from the Anasazi because they were all wiped out. She didn't relate the Anasazi to the giant redheads, just these were the accounts she told us. However, it's well documented that in ...I think it was Los Lunas, NM, Viking pictographs have been found on rocks. So that would actually make sense. And someone correct me if I'm wrong, but also in the Grand Canyon, no??? She would be in her late 90's today if she were still alive. She told stories of how the US Government moved them from Southern NM (aka Mexico at the time) to Northern New Mexico. The Apaches had their own Trail of Tears event too... Now, my 2nd husband (yeah, don't need comments about that) was Saudi, from the Eastern Island of Tarout. His Dad was a top executive at Aramco. He used to tell me about a castle on Tarout that appeared to be built for a giant. The stairs were huge! Not something that a normal person could easily climb up. The castle was in more recent times bought by a famous poet. But the castle itself is ancient. The bedioun still talk about ancient giants that were out there. The Bible talks about it....not sure why anyone is surprised. There are still some tribes in KSA with the name Anek... Idk if this is still a tribal bloodline to the Anakim who were giants in Scripture. I never wanted to offend anyone so I never asked. The dude I knew with that last name was not a giant. The Book of Enoch speaks extensively about the giants....And don't be so quick to dismiss the Book of Enoch, Jesus, Peter, Jude, John, King David, Isaiah...and others quote the Book of Enoch.. The flood of Genesis was not about "sin", the Bible says, "*all flesh* had been corrupted". It was due to a mixing of DNA that should have never happened. Noah was, "perfect in all his generations". It doesn't mean he was sinless, it means his DNA was not corrupted. It also says in there that "There were Nephilim (giants) in those days, *AND AFTER*"!!!. IDK if Goliath was Nephilim...it doesn't say that, or any of the other giants that Scripture talks about or if they are just really healthy, big people.... But what I do know is that Jesus said that in the End Times it would be as in the days of Noah... Currently the US government is mixing human DNA with things they should not be... This is public record.... Terms like, Humanized mouse or humanized bat.... The DNA has been mixed... That's all I'll say here.... But read your Bible and actually study it in the Greek, Hebrew and Aramaic if you want to know whats coming up in the next few years!😉 And the mixing of DNA is very much public record...Do your homework.
Is there anymore you can share on the topic? For me and my brother had done some research, and supposedly the native Americans have stories about where they encountered the red haired giants, and I believe hunted them down given the giants were eating the people. Also, sure the DNA mixing has occurred from rheumatism beginning. Who’s to say how advanced Noah’s time was in technology! Especially when they had the fallen angels revealing secrets to them. Another thing to note, that after a certain “virus” which took place 2020. The “cure” has been found to alter DNA with the RNA variant.
It’s said that Ghenhis Khan own DNA is still mixed in with 12-16% of today’s population.. that he killed so many people that he actually affected the carbon monoxide emissions of his times…
I listened to an interview of a guy whose family is from Afghanistan. He grew up in America because his parents moved here before he was born. He went to Afghanistan to visit family and was told about his grandmother who would bring goats up the mountain and tie them up near a cave for a giant.

Egyptologist here and giants appear in the story of Sinuhe, an early Middle Kingdom folk tale dating back to atleast 1800BC. Sinuhe flees Egypt to the Syrian desert where a "great challenger" bigger than any man destroys his encampment until Sinuhe eventually slays him with a stone, really reminded me of David and the events described, great vid! 👍
Very interesting observation. Thanks for pointing it out. Was reminded of the Native American lore of giant red haired people with 6 fingers and double row of teeth.
Former front-line combat medic here,I have seen extraordinarily large humans in the Middle East sporadically during my deployments, at a distance that were still massive and one semi close in Baghdad that we ran away from before it could close the distance on our gun trucks,we never ran from any other fights before or after just the one time we retreated from a huge man with a big ass stick stomping down the middle of the highway, against traffic that just went around it as it slowly kept getting bigger the longer we watched,so massive it wasn't nearly as close as initially believed and just kept getting closer and more massive very slowly,we bailed out long before it got close enough to see just how big it really was,my best estimate is 8-10ft tall and 500+ lbs if it was real and not a shared hallucination
@@lucialuciferion6720 Beliefs are self-perpetuing. Imagine you believe nephilim exist. You see a somewhat large man, or heard stories and get scared in the mountains.. or, which happens more often than people thing, hallucinate and see things that are not real. Now you begin talking about stories of giants and whatnot. People hear these stories and the internet and think to themselves "wait a minute, i heard about this from my holy scriptures!" and comment things like: "They're Nephilim. They have to be." No offense meant with the above, but i wish people would base their beliefs and claims on actual evidence and reality. While there is some truth to every myth, myths are usually based on reality, and not reality itself. For example, there is myths about fix-fingered humanoids all over earth. And these giants supposedly have six fingers too, so that's good evidence, right? Yes.. if your goal is to feed your confirmation bias. If one looks into the topic, you quickly find out that there is a medical condition where babies are born with a sixth finger. While i have not seen someone like that myself, it's apparantly not even that rare. I just think that if giants existed, we would have found some actual evidence by now. Be it cultural (hugeass spears and whatnot), fossils, or just camera footage. There is 8 billion of us now, and we all have a mobile supercomputer and camera equipment in our pockets.

I'm not from Afghanistan but I do know the general beliefs around spirits. We believe that spirits (jinn) are separate entities that lives in a higher dimension than the third, but have lower intelligence. They have the freedom to interfere in human lives, but it's a sin for them to do so. So there's four possibilities that could have taken place: 1) Civilians tired of foreign intervention so they made pacts with mischievous jinn to scare the soldiers 2) Good jinn tired of watching war crimes happen so they decided to ignore divine commands and interfere (I don't know to what extent they are supposed to follow the divine commands, so it's completely possible they didn't "ignore", and rather complied) 3) Mischievous jinn wanting to scare away honest soldiers so the evil soldiers can commit war crimes without the risk of the US public finding out 4) The soldiers were tripping balls
I went to Afghanistan as a forward observer, and one day, we were responding to a TIC as QRF. The firefight was in a small valley north of us, where 1st platoon fliped a MATV. We got to the valley, and we almost flipped a truck too by going down a narrow road. . With the trucks stopped we got out trying to guide this truck through this narrow pass, an infantry guy in the back of the convo starting yelling that ther is a spotter on the mountain south of us. I looked through my binoculars and saw a silhouette on the ridge line, to big to be a human. I yelled "thats a rock, too big to be a person." He said it moved. I went to one of the trucks , opened the door to a crow gunner, and told him to point to that direction. I watched the screen and saw nothing. We tried in IR. Nothing. I leaned back in and looked towards the mountain, and it was gone. I asked the infantry soldier if he still sees it. He said no. At the time the truck made it through the narrow pass, disregarding what I saw, we went on with the mission. Never really thought about it. Until a couple of years ago, when a coworker told me this exact story. I've seen a lot of weird stuff over there. Now Im wondering if it was a rock or....
I had a very similar experience over there. Me and 5 other men in my team saw it. We pretty much agreed not to talk about it. I really wonder sometimes what's really out there

Nephilim, Anakim, and "The Watchers" are mentioned on numerous occasions in Bible and ancient writings. These weren't fictional writing but historical accounts and reflected in multiple cultures. It's interesting that almost every account of these interactions, the beings watch or observing is a repeated theme, and yet in ancient Hebrew and Aramaic writings they also decribe them as "The Watchers".
The Watchers are Elohim, gods, and their half-human children are Rephaim, giants. The Elohim were set over the nations as rulers, they fell and mixed with their subjects, and created the giants.

We learned that He would provide an earth for us where we would prove ourselves. A veil would cover our memories, and we would forget our heavenly home. This would be necessary so we could exercise our agency to choose good or evil without being influenced by the memory of living with our Heavenly Father. He would help us recognize the truth when we heard it again on earth. At the Grand Council we also learned the purpose for our progression: to have a fulness of joy. However, we also learned that some would be deceived, choose other paths, and lose their way. We learned that all of us would have trials in our lives: sickness, disappointment, pain, sorrow, and death. But we understood that these would be given to us for our experience and our good. If we allowed them to, these trials would purify us rather than defeat us. At this council we also learned that because of our weakness, all of us except little children would sin. We learned that a Savior(JEHOVAH) would be provided for us so we could overcome our sins and overcome death with resurrection. We learned that if we placed our faith in Him, obeying His word and following His example, we would be exalted and become like our Heavenly Father. We would receive a fulness of joy.
I cannot believe that this channel doesn't have billions of view! Fantastic vids from this channel. The artwork, the sounds in the background, the voice, superb. He does everything himself-the editing, the voiceovers, the script(minus the sketches), a true diamond in the rough channel. Edit: wondering, don't our soldiers all have cell phones?
Thank you! Maybe someday (fingers crossed). And as for cellphones, they sure do. But these stories would have taken place when phones were still pretty basic, if that's what you mean. Plus, they may not have brought them on deployments.
The orange hair and beard and orange color of the goats would be gone because the Afghans put mehndi, (Mehedi) on their hair and beards, and the bright orange color of the mehendi fades away maybe after 1 and a half or 2 months.😂 😂
I am from Afghanistan and Growing up our grand parents use to tell us stories about their grandparents how they use to take their goats to the mountain and tie it for the "Dyyo" Giant. Now watching this i got goosebumps😅
As a US Army vetetan , i served from '88 to 96' . I can only say this ... even after signing papers , those secrets are hard to keep ! I wasn't even active duty but , i started hearing stories about giants around 2004 ?

It is documented from history that Nearchus (one of Alexander The Great's generals) saw large hairy men as he was sailing through the Indus river near Pakistan. He said they were covered in hair from head to toe and wore tree bark. I think the giants are similar to the hairy men to which we call Bigfoot or Sasquatch.
Those were the "dog men" I can't remember what they are currently referred to, but yes Nearchus and Alexander reportedly fought and even captured some of these "dog men".
As a retired Army medic & Navaho Nation member with 3 tours in Afghan ... I have several NDA's that I had to sign after picking up parts of patrols from what I had seen .... There are things you don't want to see or meet in this world ( curiosity killed the cat , but you don't have 9 lives ) ... With GOD's grace I did not meet them , but I seen them ( Dusk , Dawn or middle of the night when I experienced them ) They are ambush hunters that are aggressively territorial , or so it seemed ... They liked rocks bigger than soft balls to toss at you ( think major league baseball fast ball speed ) My 3rd tour , my OIC wanted to tag one to trace it & get a blood sample , I was remove from my unit and sent state side when word had gotten out an E-7 was going out with patrols with "civilian" weapon ... Sorry , I could not send my lower enlisted to do it , It almost wrecked my career ...

Anyone remember the movie sandlot? And the how smalls (now an adult) narrates how he became part of the sandlot group? His voice reminds of Scotty smalls all grown up and commentating on Benny in the big leagues.
That Lovelock Cave story has always intrigued me, specially after it was vandalized recently, probably by local tribes PS. Unworthy History just had an interesting episode on the native side of that story
@@RoseNZieg I believe they disappeared at the Smithsonian or other major museum. Probably at the behest of Native tribes. This happened long before MAGPRA became law, but they still had a lot of leverage back then, due to public and media sympathy. The Smithsonian does tend to “lose” a lot of things. It’s like a black hole for inconvenient things
I was in Afghanistan back in 2011-2012 in Helmund, there was one local guy who I suspect was affected by gigantism. I recall he was pretty much the height of the Hesco. I wouldn't describe him as a huge giant but he was bigger than any of us, and a lot bigger than the locals, and could curb stomp anyone in his way. Despite his condition seeming to be rough on his intellect, he was always very nice, and I think he was allowed into the local police. Wish I took some pictures with him, he would bob along every few days.
What I find interesting is that before I had even heard of "The Giant of Kandahar," I had already been familiar with stories of giants baring double-rows of teeth and 6 digits on each hand/foot. Except difference was, was that these were Native North American legends.
Every place on earth has stories like these. However.. it is also worth mentioning that there is reasonably common medical conditions that cause a sixth finger/toe to grow, red hard, or large bodies. If people see a rhino and the myth resulting from that becomes a unicorn, imagine how fast myths about human anatomy can escalate.
@@Yamyatosor do you think that since all these things are genetically possible we have some very hidden subspecies hiding in these parts of the worlds that has been killed off.
I'm from Indiana. We got the Indian mounds all over the place in the Midwest here. And there are articles even in our local papers in the mid 1800s all the way up to the 1900s. Of people digging up Giants out of these mounds. And giving them to the Smithsonian. I mean hundreds of articles not just one or two. A lot of them come with pictures. There's even a story of Teddy Roosevelt talking about a giant Heard about or seen or something like that. So I think there's a lot of compelling proof of Giants. Probably buried somewhere in the Smithsonian.
According to skeptics though, those papers were all just sensationalist articles and the photos were faked. All of them? Yup, all of them. They just will not even admit that there's even the possibility that there's something out there. They are so determined and stubborn to avoid admitting just maybe there's a spiritual realm. It's hilarious, because I am not a Christian (Believe in a God, good and evil, and Heaven and Hell, just don't buy into Christianity's specific version of things), but skeptics determinedly and stubbornly refusing to acknowledge is exactly what Christians say they are doing.
Abraham Lincoln gave a speech that mentioned "that race of giants that looked upon this same landscape, so long ago". (Or something like that). They definitely found large skeletons when they were clearing indian mounds for agriculture. I think something like 80% of the mounds have been destroyed. Most were obviously destroyed when the Europeans first arrived.
The amount of toxic "people" (bots and shills) calling these stories BS on the internet, the DOD and Snopes calling it false, and yet so many stories that aren't even in this video describing similar things, tells me the giants exist or existed until very recently.
I don't believe the internet bots. they are programed. Peoples stories are more meaningful. And there are no coincidences. I do have to delete those stories that might just be copying a story to get attention......but once I feed thru those.....there are those credible sounding stories.....that I just can't throw away.

@@LordEmperorHyperionI doubt its even military story originally. It sounds more some kinda creepy pasta/hoax story story based on things like nephilim. Everything in the story just hints those kinda well known mythological giants, and then some percentage people especially in america believes easily in giants because they were in the bible. Kinda like that tiktok thing of the dude filming "giant" on the mountain top became viral, and so many believed it which honestly kinda shocked me
I believe the kandahar giant was real i saw interviews with the helicopter pilot that flew the giant. And it was widely talked about throughout the base there among the troops plus that area is so full of ancient secrets who knows whats out there in the desert
After seeing this video I asked my friend's father who had served in Afghanistan from 1984 to 1986 as a guard on an airbase if he heard any similar stories. He said that there were rumours among the airbase personnel about a helicopter crew seeing some unusually tall people while on a patrol flight. Unfortunately, I could not find any other info to corroborate this story such as articles or posts on veteran's forums and such.
A buddy of mine was stationed near there and said he seen and glassed things that engaged with large watermelon size rocks and made horrible howling sounds. He said the only thing that frightened the giants was frags , flashbang, and rpg. Said these things could charge through a flood of M60, and S.A.W. like it was taking hits from 22LR. IDK what I wasn't there but my friend still gets nervous whenever he talks about it.
Makes sense. Old accounts of giants say they could see perfectly in the dark, and could not see very well in the day time. Flashbangs would probably blind them a good while and also probably cause them severe headaches.
The original testimony of the soldier in that team gave more details of how after that first soldier died on the end of the pike and the giant could not be stopped until one of them yelled “shoot the head! aim for the head!” That is what dropped the giant. Just like David with Goliath one between the eyes.
In Georgia we also have the word "Devi" which refers to a giant man. In the north-eastern part of Georgia there are a lot of stories about Devis, locals talks about them those stories happened yesterday. For example the most common story is that a certain huge stone was moved by a Devi or a Devi helped locals to build a house. They are not always villains in the stories to be honest. They also participated in the wars among local peoples like Khevsurs. Looks like they managed to survive in quite isolated environments until the modern age.

I belong to Isakhel, a town which is across the Indus river and close to the Pakistan/Afghanistan border. I've lived all my life in urban cities and gone to my hometown occasionally. After my grandfather passed away the responsibility of the inheritance was upon my father as he was the only remaining offspring. I was with my father in the early days when he started sorting things out in the old house. There was an old huge tree in one corner of the compound which my father wanted to get cut down because its roots were messing up the gutter system and the adjacent wall. He told the old housekeeper to arrange for the cutting of the tree. So the next day when I woke up, considering the size of the tree, I was expecting a team of guys with chainsaws, ropes, ladders etc, but to my surprise, I saw a single lumberjack. And that guy was HUGE! Must have been at least 7 feet tall. I'm 6 feet tall and I'm on the shorter side among my cousins. The tallest among us cousins is 6 feet and 6 inches tall so I know the proportions of height. This Afghan lumberjack clearly did not look like a normal human being due to his features and size, and the way he communicated. He looked like he came straight down from the mountains and did not have much experience communicating with people. There are a lot of Afghan people in Pakistan especially in my hometown as it is close to the border, but this guy did not act like a typical Afghan. This video has brought back that memory to me which I had to suppress forcefully as I couldn't stop thinking about that encounter from time to time. I went out to sort somethings out in the farm for the day and when I returned, the tree had been completely chopped down and in pieces and ready to be transported the next day. The lumberjack had already left on my return.

These are typical examples of spiritual contamination of those places where extreme violence and evil have given a lot of power to the devil and his demons. Indeed, you needed military chaplains who would also be trained Catholic exorcists, as this is spiritual combat we laypeople cannot fight on our own.
I loved how you did this as a cartooned documentary, really shows talent. Have you ever investigated the legends of thunderbirds -- co-existing with native peoples the world over. From large bat-like creatures that feed on decaying human flesh to massive Pteranodons large enough to carry off a small person. Would be an interesting episode, though not actually wartime, the Utes in Colorado would go nowhere near Thunder Mountain (aka Grand Mesa) because this was the home of the legendary Thunderbirds.

The extra fingers are usually small and abnormally developed. Polydactyly is one of the most common congenital (present at birth) hand abnormalities. About one out of every 500 to 1,000 babies are born with the condition, usually with only one hand affected. Black children are more likely to have an extra little finger, while Asian and white children are more likely to have an extra thumb.

Furthermore, I live a days journey from some of the regions mentioned in the video i.e. Western Pakistan 🇵🇰(or Eastern Afghanistan). The local word for these Giants is dew (read almost like dev, coincidentally the same word exists in hindi but has a slightly different meaning). If there are children stories about it and if its on the folk lore and there's even a specific word for them then as he said, if there's smoke, there's fire❗🔥 Here's what the local folk lore says about them❗ Dew (Dev) - Giant (plural Dewaan) Cannibals❗ Evil (at least not good) Eats children ❗and cattle Live in far off secluded areas, jungles or mountains Physically Very strong Note: For everyone criticizing what I said❗I personally don't think these Giants are real❗❗ nor do 99% of the people here❗ All I'm saying is that there's quite a bit about them.
That mirrors Iroquois (and many other tribal tales) of the We-ti-go...a race of hairy Giants that were children eating cannibals that also stole women for procreation, killed hunters etc. Likely the origin of the Wendigo Legend imho.
LOL My Father worked in Pakistan near the Afghanistan border back in the 1960s. He was there for several months and rented a room in a hotel in a small city. A few times a week he would witness migratory tribes entering the city to get supplies before moving on to better pastures for their livestock. Several tribes had members that were extremely tall, many well over 6'6". Most of them were armed, with some carrying AK47s. My Father stated that it looked liked like a scene from an American cowboy movie when a gang of outlaw gunslingers enters town. When the tribe entered the main street of the town, the residents cleared the streets and went inside.

Heard a story years ago about a soldier in Afghanistan who was looked upon by the people there as a hero. He had spoken to a group of people in the mountains of Afghanistan and told that there was a giant on one of the other mountains who ate people. They told him exactly where it was located . He brought his men there. The story described the giant. which I do not remember. He and his soldiers who did not have the element of surprise to deal with, successfully destroyed it.

🇬🇧 In the very early 1970s, I was just finishing Art School, here in Britain. A few of us, with adventure in our souls decided to go Exploring The Himalayas, Afghanistan etc. It was fairly safe for a group of British students in late teens back then. I'm dark haired but with prominent red hair intertwined & also used Henna in my hair so it was firey red. I'm British white too. Gradually we noticed The more mountainous the region, the more the local communities, villagers etc, seemed enthralled by ME ..! As if I was made of glass... Not of our earth. We joked about maybe it was my red hair, as I was the only one with it, plus I'm tall for a female. I was always served first, locals touched my hair & skin & smiled at me, even asked me to hold their babies & give them luck, Everyone there was so kind & such lovely people. Later in life I read alot about Pre- History & biblical history & read of the Nephalim & Rephaim The Red hair etc I've come to the conclusion the normal humans DO revere these red haired tall Beings. I suspect you would have been welcomed with open arms in central Africa in that case. I ran a group (actually multiple groups) on Facebook that studied medieval magick grimoires, with an emphasis on the Ars Goetia, although my interest in the subjects was more from the study of symbolism and how it has been used around the world over time. The group(s) amassed a following of about 750,000 members, and a very large percentage of the members for whatever reason, were from Nigeria, Niger, Ghana, and some other bordering countries. Lagos, Nigeria was the #1 identified city of our userbase. They love and revere witchcraft & magick, and while they do tend to be a bit more base-level and simplistic with the interpretations, they do not approach it with any real scary reverence, more so as a form of religion that they hope might make life just a bit easier than it is over there.

There are Indigenous Canadian legends about giants called Nakani that live in the Nahanni Valley in the Northwest Territories. Ok, I'm guessing that there's a lot of other GWOT era veterans watching this so let me ask you if any of the rest of you had this same feeling. Afghanistan is a spooky place. They started out as a benevolent group who were led by the Lord to the promised land of America and built 8 barges that sailed to America about 1900 B.C through the St. Lawrence Segway. They became wicked and destroyed themselves through wars and battles and ended around 600-500 BC.
Nothing any veteran would tell me would make me think they're crazy. I've experienced weird unexplained things but nothing like anything they've seen or heard and I want every veteran and soldier to know I will never ever think they're crazy.
My father was in the Air Force during the 50s and up to the mid60s, one of my siblings was born near Wright-Patterson. My father was an avid believer in UFOs, UAPs, and aliens. However he said he wasn't until he was based at W-P. There were people on the base that my father said WERE NOT military. He said there were several buildings on site that were only for those Above Top Secret. He also worked at Cape Canaveral, where he met several astronauts who told him that we are not alone and that we all needed to protect ourselves because when it comes to aliens, our government won't help us. He is dead now and those were the only things he ever said. Do I believe him? Yes, but only because things he said have been verified by Ufologists and other interested parties. He also was big into the supernatural. *Shrug* You must decide for yourselves.
Love the episode! Small note: Jonathan was the son of Saul, David was the son of Jesse, both by unrelated women. They did take a mutual oath, so in some sense they were brothers.
You should try to dig out that story about the US forces stumboling onto a real conserved vimana into a cave in the Kandahar region.. The story went something like they found the thing and then closed the whole area, searched every other little hole out there, and then packed it up and shipped it home..
I used to be in the Marines. I had read about reports like this from outside sources, but no amount of questioning would lead me to any answers other than someone laughing at me. So, when they say the government response was that they had no reports of any soldiers being killed by giants, I can believe that. Whoever they talked to did not have access. Access to that information is on a "need to know" basis, and 99.99% of military people do not need to know. One would need to know exactly what department to ask, and exactly how to properly phrase the question.
What’s so weird about this. Genesis 6 describes how giants came about. And after the Great Flood it happened again. King David slaughtered one of 5 brothers. Og of Bashan was 11 feet tall.
Somewhere there is a group of giants sitting around a fire telling stories of the great chief thunderbeard’s battle with a warband of dwarves.

Those mighty dwarves defeated Thunderbeard, however. Might be a story of hubris.

I love how Snopes claimed to have "debunked" the story of the Kandahar giant after they asked the Department of Defense because they denied it.

So for the Afganistán story-
It was 2003 and I was on my second deployment to Afganistán.

Half Choctaw here. We also have stories of tall red-headed savages
In the western deserts of the US too. There are stories that some skulls were sent to the Smithsonian and then disappeared. Two rows of teeth and red hair.
As a tall Caucasian, why are people made out of meat if we aren't supposed to eat them? Checkmate, native
What part of the Ohio River Valley?
I got a short answer to the effect of "don't worry about it."
I asked her again later while we were eating dinner, she said it was a method of showing who you intended on communicating with, that you only had 5 fingers on your hand.
🧢
the reason indians would raise their hands when approaching others was to see if the individuals confronting them had more than 5 fingers . If they had more than 5 fingers they were thought to be hostile.

I'm interested in the stories. There's a 6 fingered giant mentioned in the Old Testament of the bible.
Sure...
Lotta truth said in just
Is there anymore you can share on the topic?

A giant would need more than a goat to survive. Imagine the amount of food just one would need. They wouldn’t be able to hide.

Now you begin talking about stories of giants and whatnot. People hear these stories and the internet and think to themselves "wait a minute, i heard about this from my holy scriptures!" and comment things like: "They're Nephilim. They have to be."
No offense meant with the above, but i wish people would base their beliefs and claims on actual evidence and reality.

So there's four possibilities that could have taken place:
1) Civilians tired of foreign intervention so they made pacts with mischievous jinn to scare the soldiers
2) Good jinn tired of watching war crimes happen so they decided to ignore divine commands and interfere (I don't know to what extent they are supposed to follow the divine commands, so it's completely possible they didn't "ignore", and rather complied)
3) Mischievous jinn wanting to scare away honest soldiers so the evil soldiers can commit war crimes without the risk of the US public finding out
4) The soldiers were tripping balls
Thanks for doing the impossible task of mentioning war crimes without being shadow banned my friend youre awesome !

We would be resurrected; we would have all power in heaven and on earth; we would become heavenly parents and have spirit children just as He does.

Hei. Loved the video and wanted to add something i heard from old men in mountains in Chechnya. I was told by old men multiple times in different locations that the original chechens were actually red/ginger haired, pale and blue eyed people and thet we were since ancient times fighting with another race that were of black hair and even paller skin. This was in 90s, so before the internet became a thing in Caucasus regions. Just a FY.
I think the most infuriating part after surviving an ordeal like that would be the sardonic tone of the guy answering the comms
Never heard the word "sardonic" before,,im impressed
Thought about that too You know that would happen
A big thank you to the brave servicemen who were able to leak this story despite how absurd it sounds. Also, thank you to LA Marzuli who raised awareness to support those brave men about the nightmare they experienced, by helping the rest of us to understand that the Nephilm giants described in Genesis 6 and the Book of Enoch, still exist in this crazy world.
This story is complete bs, and is entirely fictional. I'm actually disappointed that this channel even gave an iota of credence to this absurd crap. I've hiked up and down the mountains of Afghanistan over multiple deployments, starting all the way back in 2002, and never once heard or seen anything remotely referencing this, even when there were only a relative handful of us in country back when these events supposedly happened.
No, crazy is what happens when a person looses thier mind, or sane, conscious and coherent thoughts. This world is realm supporting life yet harboring insideos evils with real malicious intent. There are not just decendants of demons still living, demons themselves roam the halls of your religious and government buildings, influencing your leaders who are subjected to their whims simply by unknowingly becoming part of the rulers of the air. This is not random insane happenings. The evil in this world is designed to mislead the entire inhabited earth to its detriment.

On our base, we actually had a public service announcement not to eat with locals because a bunch of guys got parasitic worms from eating goat with village elders. One of our jobs was chauffeuring around village heads to meet with government officials and other tribal leaders and this would often be over a huge spread of food and us soldiers would constantly be beckoned to eat along with everyone.

my dad when he worked in a coal mine back in mexico he told me that giants lived in the mountains and that they once killed one when blowing up a tunnel but also that they where blind due to the hair and that hair grew like metal wire if your leg got caught in it you'll essentially die by getting dragged by it he also told me they weren't hostile they don't mean to kill it just that they don't see you so they accidentally kill you they also carried 2 birds one that detected poison gas and another that sings but when a giant was near it went silent i don't know if they trained it but yea that what he told me.
Interesting
Where was this? What part of Mexico?

Thank you for sharing your fathers knowledge of Giants.
Thats interesting asf. Idk that that they would have had to train the second bird. Smaller prey animals have an incredible sense of their environment. The phenomenon of prey animals falling silent in the presence of large 'predators' has been pretty widely reported. It's almost like a 6th sense, because the predators aren't always immediately visible. I'm not a scientist tho, this is just based off some shit i read so it may be bs 😂

Excellent report and good graphics!
I heard this on Coast To Coast and never forgot it. I gather everything I can find on it, and this is a very interesting video. Thank you. And a big thank you for saying for God to be with me and others going through difficult times. It is very much appreciated. Thank you again.

🇬🇧 In the very early 1970s, I was just finishing Art School, here in Britain.
A few of us, with adventure in our souls decided to go
Exploring The Himalayas, Afghanistan etc.
It was fairly safe for a group of British students in late teens back then.
I'm dark haired but with prominent red hair intertwined & also used Henna in my hair so it was firey red.
I'm British white too.
Gradually we noticed
The more mountainous the region, the more the local communities, villagers etc, seemed enthralled by ME ..!
As if I was made of glass... Not of our earth.
We joked about maybe it was my red hair, as I was the only one with it, plus I'm tall for a female.
I was always served first, locals touched my hair & skin & smiled at me, even asked me to hold their babies & give them luck,
Everyone there was so kind & such lovely people.
Later in life I read alot about Pre- History & biblical history & read of the Nephalim & Rephaim
The Red hair etc
I've come to the conclusion the normal humans DO revere these red haired tall Beings.
However in some West & East African countries, they are terrified of tall red haired people.
Declaring them witches & warlocks
But weren't hostile, they were too terrified of " Us "
Thank You Luke for another superb video.
I love that you' be kept your Artwork even under the umbrella of Mr Ballen Studios
Bedtime Stories have NOT!
Shame that's so.

Good thing you weren't in certain parts of Africa..some tribes see people with red hair as demons and they would have killed you... Google red hair history in Africa
Interesting people in those countries have that reaction to red hair people thanks for sharing.
Cool story 👍

There are Indigenous Canadian legends about giants called Nakani that live in the Nahanni Valley in the Northwest Territories. BTW, that area is also nicknamed the Valley of the Headless Men because several prospectors disappeared there a long time ago and some of them were later found decapitated. Of course, there are plenty of dangerous animals in that region as well (like wolverines and bears), so who knows what really happened?
The human skull is difficult to crack, so it would be a little odd for a wolverine or even a bear focusing on that and not a more tender and meaty area.

Ok, I'm guessing that there's a lot of other GWOT era veterans watching this so let me ask you if any of the rest of you had this same feeling.
Afghanistan is a spooky place. I mean aside from the obvious combat related dangers I always felt just a little uneasy there. I never saw anything "supernatural" like some people did, but I always felt like I was being watched. Even at times when that was impossible I just always felt that tingly feeling like when someone is walking up behind you, but nobody would be there. There were nights on guard duty that I felt like someone was just THERE. It's just a weird place. Maybe it was a byproduct of having your guard up all the time. Maybe it's the mountains and caves and stuff. I don't know it's just an eerie place.
Just for your info what you were "feeling" was your spirit being aware of the demonic forces there. Our 6th sense is our spirit sense. Ask Jesus and the Holy spirit to confirm this to you, I think you'll be quietly astonished at how much this "unseen" realm interacts with us. It's clearly an ancient stronghold of demonic activity.

During the Russian invasion of Afghanistan, I was the liaison for the Massoud mujahideen. One of the Pashtu fighters from Kandahar told me never to go into Nimruz province west of Kandahar because there were giants in the mountains. I asked him about Nimrud in the Bible. viz. Gen. 10:8-12 as “the first on earth to be a mighty man. He was a mighty hunter before the Lord.” Oh', he said. "He was a giant. 'Mighty mean huge. He hunted men and ate them." You should try to dig out that story about the US forces stumboling onto a real conserved vimana into a cave in the Kandahar region..
The story went something like they found the thing and then closed the whole area, searched every other little hole out there, and then packed it up and shipped it home..
I heard that they couldnt get anywhere near it because it was protected by some sort of field that either killed them or made them disappear.
Actually four were killed by David.
