Aboriginals of Australia have in their ancestral history a story of coming to Australia and fighting a race of giant cannibals for control over the coasts.

Native Americans also have stories in their religion regarding giant red-headed cannibals eating their children in N. America to an extent that the Native Braves had to ban together to fight them back towards a cave in which they trapped them and lit massive fires engulfing the entrance to the cave ensuring the giants could not leave and would die. Later on in America's History archeologists discovered red headed large humanoid skeletons in a cave system in N America, where they believed to be the basis for this story amongst specific native tribes. The systematic and concerted effort of governments alongside the Smithsonian have ensured the evidence of giant humanoids to be covered up at all costs as a means of removing the potentiality for the citizens of these countries coming to understand what the truth is regarding the world in which they live to be. To what extent are the "myths" or "stories" handed down generation after generation actually true is for those who have the information to decide whether or not they want to divulge this information.

I read an article many years ago about these giants. The documentation came from the Japanese naval records. A Japanese officer requested additional support in the Solomon’s because his troop was wiped out by men 2 to 3 times larger than them. This coincides with the Japanese sending additional ships to the area. The US landed during this time. The documents even listed the names of the officers involved. The admiral had orders to kill everyone on the island. But they didn’t expect the allied forces to be there. Worth doing some research if you are interested.

We need to define “giant” because if we’re talking about 8 feet tall, that would jive with known science. If we’re talking like GOT giants, yeah, that’s ridiculous as much as I would love it.
There is a well known branch of Neanderthal (as in well known by science) that averaged 8 feet in height. I would classify that as a giant since, until recent centuries, most humans were barely more than 5 feet tall.

I saw Bigfoot in 1999 at our Gold Claim on Granite Creek in the Blue Mountains in Oregon State. It came into our camp one night I had two lanterns on one hanging on a tree limb about six and a half feet high it walked up looked at it touched the glass and burnt itself. it was within 25 feet of me I had my 357 magnum and I aimed my 3006 center mass on its chest but I did not shoot it as it came about 20 feet from me and walked around my tent because my four children were asleep and I did not think I could kill it with my first shot because of its size. it moved around my tent and brushed up against my cousin's trailer hard enough to rattle his canned food then left camp and crossed the river. We had three dogs with us my husky just did a low growl and ran behind my tent when it moved near us the two smaller dogs also growled but not very loud and all of them were totally afraid of it, the next day I drove 300 miles home and got my 375H&H Magnum and my cousins 300 Win Mag. it came back that night a pushed my cousins trailer a foot sideways. Scared the heck out of him and the dogs. we had a herd of Elk that were so spooked of it they would come into our camp at night and sleep right next to our tents and equipment. We are both Army Veterans he was in the 101 Airborne I was in the Infantry and we both have hunted big game and grew up in the woods since we were kids. The bigfoot was joined by a second one about a week later and for two nights circled the ridge tops around making the loudest scariest werewolves sound howls /screams I have ever heard and they moved through that thick timber and steep ground at night very fast. That was a long three months of mining. If my four kids had not been in my tent I would have shot it that night and the world would have had proof of Bigfoot if I survived the encounter. It had no fear of me or the dogs.

I saw the cave indentation of a big stick figure and a canoe with lots of warriors. However I haven't heard the story of the Japanese easily leaving the island, it was a long bitter war and the Japanese were hell bent on trying to get back Henderson air field. @@mcbrians.8508 Wait what? The gig magog are also in the Quran!! They were two tribes(?) of people that terrorized the locals and they would eat their horses etc. They looked very horrifying, as they had limbs that were disproportionate to one another. One arm or leg would be bigger then the other. They were also faster than you.
They were imprisoned by a guy with horns on his head (like thise stereotypical viking helmets) with metals (it was two kinds but can't fully remember which). Then they lay trapped there, multiplying into the billions.
Before the Judgement Day, they would successfully set themselves free and eat almost everything in the world. But we'd defeat them with the help of Isa (what non-Muslims call Jesus).

@@Ami-jc2oo alexander the great encountered them in india, read the ancient hindu histories and you’ll easily see narratives of different tribes resembling half humans who fought each other daily and sometimes raid the indians and other neighboring countries (persia and china). Alexander drove them out for 50 days, traveling northwards up until they reached the uttermost parts of Siberia (the tip of the Chukotka Peninsula) between two mountain ranges. By some Divine intervention, the two mountains collapsed against each other and formed a 12 feet wide tunnel entrance enough for Alexander to build a barrier. Meanwhile God put everyone of Gog and Magog to deep sleep.
The construction of the gate is like this:
First, he forced each and everyone of them to give up all their iron implements and devoid their land off any iron that he could find. Yes he traveled all over their lands and saw all their tribes. You may ask how is this possible, there are few sources that mentioned Alexander the Great was given the “Lightning Bolt of Zeus” by the Hyperboreans. It was a staff of immense power, it is capable of vaporizing enemies instantly. There are rumours that Alexander buried this staff in one of the monastery in Tibet. It’s the one monastery Genghis Khan spared when he conquered that region.
Back to the story, then he installed “mechanical figurines” resembling his army which automatically makes loud noises when blown by winds. He placed those objects in that narrow pass in order to terrify these people if they dared to approach the pass.
Then he started the construction of the gate itself, it was made from rocks, bitumen, concrete, copper, charcoal, lead, and bronze. Then he coated it with Asciceton so that any metal will crumble upon contact and any flame coming near it will be put out. He also put enchantments on the gate so that any kind of magic will not prevail against it.
The different layers of material helps as well. Should the Asciceton expires as time passes, these tribes are so simple-minded in their digging that if they are dealing with the rock layer, they will use tools fit only for rocks, so if they hit the bitumen layer they don’t have the mental capacity to improve their work. On top of that, they sometimes forget that they were digging at all, and sometimes there will be fighting amongst themselves that the digging is perpetually disrupted.
Alexander also planted large amounts of black berries in front of the passes, because he knew the layout of the tribes and the tribe living close to the gate are the ispolins. These three-headed giant tribes are the most powerful of Gog and Magog and they worship black berries as gods and so doing, they unwittinly protects the gate itself from the rest of Gog and Magog. That’s why some Arab scholars mentioned that “once the giants are destroyed by yajuj and majuj, the end will come.” So the digging efforts are made by small parties who managed to infiltrate the territory of the Ispolins.
But one day, the scriptures will be fulfilled concerning them, when God warned: I will set fire on Magog.
That meant he will create volcanic eruptions in their enclosed land that they will be forced to get out of there, so that they will have no choice but to exit through that gate.
Also fulfilling a certain prophecy: When they are all gathered together in front of that gate, countless assemblies without number. They shall raise their heads unto Heaven and say: “Lord, Our Lord, Open to us this gate”.
That infamous moment when Gog and Magog became Christians for a few minutes, that’s the moment when that strong gate will topple. When all of humanity thinks that there is peace and there will be no more wars, famine, or suffering.

I’m Samoan, and Giant myths are rife throughout the Polynesian islands. I was raised in New Zealand where I met Fijians and Fijian Indians who’ve told me crazy stories of creatures like this in the jungles of Fiji. Many of them being Muslim, they attribute the existence of these creatures to Djinn, saying after the war for earth? The surviving Djinn were cast into the far off islands…that possibly weren’t inhabited until many hundreds of years later.
These kinds of creatures are always attributed to the Melanesian islands where dark skinned islanders live, eg. Fiji (even though it’s classed as a Polynesian island) Papua, Solomon Islands etc. and often attributed to tribes who practice ancient black magic and cannibalism.
Many of my uncles and people I know from church served Christian missions in Papua New Guinea. They say they only preach down the main road and the villages on that road and were often warned not to venture off the road as there are tribes who practice black magic and eat people who prey on foreigners who were primitive and didn’t want to make contact with not only foreigners but the natives who’ve embraced the modern/western aspects of life. But the tribes say they have always been isolated and hostile, rumoured to serve giants and Djinn deep in the jungles.

It's not so crazy, there are stories of giants literally everywhere both hairy and not. Canada and the US are full of legends, they must come from somewhere. In northern Canada, in a very mysterious place called Nahanni Valley or Headless Valley, there are endless tales of giants living in caves. The local native tribes say that land is cursed and if their warriors went there, very few ever made it out alive due to these man eating giants and those who did return where terrified, recounting these exact stories. They also speak of terrifying stories that their women and children would be stolen but those usually involved the Sabe or Sasquatch and sightings of them are endless and very current and they are said to be anywhere from 7 to 15 feet tall, hairy but definitely human in appearance. And there are ongoing sightings across the planet of them. The local tribes in Afghanistan told the troops of sighting there that are ongoing and fear of having their women taken and of course the Kandahar Giant that killed several troops. The Sumarians were said to be giant in stature as well. Many people belief in the Bible but question the origins of the Nephilim aka man-eating giants. I personally believe the Japanese troops, that must have been horrifying!

Then look up "The Giant of Kandahar".
Their pyramids still stand on every continent on the globe. Their skeletons were found all over the world, including America, in the 1800's. Abraham Lincoln mentioned these finds in more than a few of speeches. Christ said the End Times "will be as in the days of Noah".

That's the animals plus you'll have to also deal with the weather and climate which is tropical around the coast somewhat and then thousands of kilometres of desert before you can get to the pasture areas in southern Australia. Our country can be quite dangerous but it is also a beautiful place and life here."Aussie forever"🇦🇺👍

Wow, I'd heard thru family I had agreat uncle that came back from the Pacific saying that beasts would come into a tent and decimate some poor gi. One night they jumped one and got a few jabs and knife sticks in it...the thing apparently screamed and ran out the tent. He said it was musky, smelly, and freakin strong. It's wild to see a story about it...idk if it's true or not but it does give the story credit.

@ppachura I'm not sure if he meant the victim was consumed or just beaten and mauled, but I hear tell there was talk of disembowlment. I also understand that they didn't use their issued rifles for a few reasons. One being they didn't want to accidentally shoot each other and the other reason being they were wanting to hopefully capture one...according to him that left brass knuckles, bayonets, and entrenching shovels. The guy who was killed had been in a tent just one row over a few nights ago. I understand he armed himself with a knife and jumped the thing once it had entered thru the tents canvas door. The creatures path went directly to the back of the tent as they had planned, walking past his bed where he lay in wait from the top bunk. His buddies engaged with it from the flanks and he from the rear. He jumped on its back, jabbed it, it threw him off by spinning and another guy smacked it in tbe neck with his shovel and it screamed and retreated. This is all waaayyy old information and all second hand thru my great uncle telling his brother, him telling my father, then my father telling me...but I guess that was it. It ran off and they didn't have another problem with one that I know of.

Woke up the next morning to dead crab on the floor. I get the idea it assumed their helmets were green fallen coconuts and went to grab it. Luke. A great series of shows- Skinwalker and Giants. I watched these episodes back to back.
With regard to the Giants. I liked the mixture of social ( the war and issue around it), the research facts and the tales of the people. You blended the story together very nicely. Kudos and from my close now deceased cousin Jimmy "Semper Fie" ! Two tours in Vietnam from 1967 to 1970. He was a genuinely great guy. Captain of the high school football team, turned down a QB college scholarship to enlist and honor his country and family. He left proud and tall and came home broken all used up.
He married and had to adopt children. Agent orange had messed up his ability to get his wife pregnant. The marriage was a failure. He died young, like I said all used up.. I don't mean to go on but i needed to say a kind word for a great person, a great marine. Some in your audience might understand. Again great shows, keep batting.

God bless you and your departed cousin, I thank him for his service and I thank you and your family for your sacrifice and I am sorry for your loss and the pain that he experienced and endured in his life. The wounds of war are sometimes not visible to the eyes but they are still there and they run deep, and a lifetime after they are suffered do not lessen their pain nor dull their existence. I served two tours of duty in the U.S. Army and I have known many men who had suffered from many wounds, including those that are unseen and scar the soul, many who were lost in their grief for their fallen brothers in arms, and the guilt which they felt for having survived and for getting back home. It is a sad fact of the world in which we live that armies are necessary to defend our nations so that we can be free of outside influences on our way of life. Someday we may not need those armies anymore and we will all be better off and our world will be one of peace and given to pursuits of intellectualism and humanitarian ideals, and then we will no longer have broken souls of our brave brothers and sons and fathers, and then the brave heroes of wars past will finally know the eternal peace that they should and no child will ever hear the sad sounds of war, or see the horrors that are apart of the tragedy of our failure to end disputes between nations without bloodshed. Until then soldiers prepare for war and pray for peace, and their families pray for peace and for leaders who possess the intelligence and the foresight to see the futility of armed conflict and to find a solution that is without the need to sacrifice the young men and women of our nation. May the divine creator grant you peace and comfort and help you with the heavy burden of sorrow which you still bear for your dear departed loved one

I have only just discovered your channel and this is the first one of your videos I've watched. I had the good fortune to live and work in the Solomon Islands from 2010 to 2011 as part of the Regional Assistance Mission Solomon Islands (RAMSI) which was set up to assist the Government and people in rebuilding their government institutions after the coup attempts in the early 2000s. Your story mirrored much of what I was told by my local counterparts about the Kakamora, giants and strange lights coming from mountaintops and out of extinct volcanoes. These lights were what they called "The Dragon Snake" a mythical (not to them) creature that had been known to follow people and even kill them on land and sea. One of my local friends also confirmed the cannibal stories of the local people. He was from the island of Malaita and he said his grandfather was among the last people there to have actually tasted human flesh, before the practice was totally stopped. I can confirm there are still many hugely unexplored tracts of dense rainforest even on the main island of Guadalcanal, so who knows what may be there. Keep up the good work - subscribed.

At that size, there wasn't that much animals larger than us, and we were able to hunt mammoths anyway.
So there was literally no reason for us to evolve to be significantly larger than we are now. It would require higher caloric intake, and wouldn't help us survive much.

One thing to consider when analyzing the troop deployments for the Imperial Japanese is that there was a rivalry between military branches that was portrayed very well in the movie Letters from Iwo Jima. The Navy and the Army did not cooperate as a joint force in some battles but rather as independent units from each other. And bc of this flaw, some orders contradicted or flat-out ignored other orders given from officers in charge, adding to the confusion and lack of cohesion. In the case of the Solomon Islands, it's possible the Army abandoned the island entirely while the Navy attempted to recapture the island for their own gains. This is just outside speculation, of course.

Thank you for sharing these fascinating stories. I had no prior knowledge of mysterious creatures inhabiting the Solomon Islands prior to enjoying your video, and I really appreciate the expansion of my worldview that you have given me!
One thought just occurred to me while I was listening to your closing remarks: As many other commentators do when discussing mysterious topics, you mentioned the concept of looking for a "rational" explanation. I just felt like pointing out that when people use that word, they aren't necessarily speaking rationally themselves. What they mean is a more "prosaic" or "quotidian" or "commonplace" explanation. If giants do or did exist, then there is nothing irrational at all about postulating the ways in which their memory lingers in the annals of human folklore.
I'm not pointing this out to criticize you at all- it's something I've felt like saying to many people who mistakenly use the word rational in place of a more accurate term such as mundane. Even if giants are no longer with us, there is nothing "irrational" about discussing them. The same goes for aliens, ghosts, or whatever you like.
Sorry for rambling! I love your channel and I respect your work greatly, and I really just wrote in to thank you!

While doing the tourist stuff,we went on a guided tour of a cavern in which they had found several giant humanoid skeletons in the early 1800's. Sorry, I don't remember anything else, wish I did.

I love watching Wartime and Bedtime Stories! Let’s call a spade a spade: These female victims were not “taken as wives.” They were abducted and violently assaulted by these gigantic beings. (I only avoid the R-word to avoid having this comment deleted.) Give these women the reverence they deserve, as you do the men who are horrifically eaten alive. In effect, the same has happened to these female victims. Imagine their horror. Thank you for your research and creative efforts that go into producing these accounts!

I have heard of these giants being the Solomon Islands & they are nothing to mess with. Have heard they still exist & that people still go missing & more than likely have met
a terrible demise. I remember reading about a how large equipment would moved & drug several hundred feet from were they were parted in the night before with large foot
prints in the ground that were human like but up to 36" long or longer. so maybe they are still there just no one has filmed them or they are being protected by the government.

I don’t know what you heard, but nephilim (are the giants) they are offspring between human women and fallen angels. Fallen angels or Beni Elohim- can shape shift into humans. Angels can reproduce, but they had to need to marry and reproduce because they are eternal. But the fallen angels will die and be consumed with this universe.
When Nephilim die- physically- their spirits cannot go to any holding area as they are not human. They are the ONLY wandering spirits who pretend to be dead relatives.
All other dead humans are either in hell or paradise and NOT able to communicate whatsoever with alive humans.

A commando who was on solo mission in the deep jungle once told me he encountered a large human like giant that was about 3 to 4 times bigger than us. He said the giant carried 2 logs of trees and was walking fast. The commando hid himself among the trees. much like the ocean, jungles has their own mysteries.

@7errafirma Nothing in this world works the way you think it does. Nothing is as it seems or is as you have been lead to believe. I'm so glad that the world is waking up to the reality that has been concealed from us for so long & as a result the number of psychologically limited, low-foreheaded, imbecilic, atheistic, know-it-all, non-believers like yourself is finally dwindling. Because in addition to being the primary reason human awareness & awakening has taken so long & occured at such a slow pace...you people really suck.

10:00 the mountain range which these giants supposedly live under is considered sacred by the islanders, and even in the headhunting days, was never inhabited by the locals..oral tradition says these giants used to live openly alongside the locals, but after a series of wars with the islanders, the giants retreated underground after a peace treaty was made..
Edit:whilst all the islands have stories of giants, oral traditions mostly agree that they are extinct, killed off by the locals..it is only on Guadalcanal that local oral tradition holds that the giant tribes still exist in the interior..

That's one funky intro! These "giants" fit the description of the southwest Vancouver Island sasquatch.. They have a notably human face and average between 12 to 15 feet tall. And yes, they're known to be man eaters. These forest giants are everywhere in the world. Just everywhere.. there's a whole line of genetic evolution we've missed because they're so good at hiding..
A real wrench in the works of any theory that they just overestimated the "giants" size to be only 6 or 7 feet would be the 3 foot footprints, which was real physical evidence. Even if *that* is an overestimation and is actually only 2 feet, it still shows a 12 foot giant.
