I don't like the consumer wireless systems because of built-in batts. I like on-camera mic to record the scratch audio I use to sync with my recorded audio. A cheap on-camera mic is fine for that purpose.
I read that they last 6-7 hours each mic but from my experience and some other people i've spoken to they seem not to last even that. Definitely can get a days shoot no problem though. The portable charging cases you can get seem like they would be useful

DJI mic 2 lasts 14 hours...
