So the B M speaker feels betrayed when the B W didn't choose a blk king yet he turns to the W W to ask what she can do to feel more accepted by B W? This is such a double standard. When the B M dates out its fighting the power yet when a B W dates out its betrayal.
It's actually the opposite. Black men get far more hate for dating out, Black woman are actually encouraged/praised when dating out. This is coming from a black woman who has lowkey had a conversation with other black woman about wanting to date out.
Anyone notice how he didn't even ask the white guy a question? But completely fascinated by the other couple. Unconsciously showing disinterest of the white man being with the black woman, but praising the cuteness of the black man being with a white woman.
I was really disappointed to hear the host have that attitude. I guess he was just being honest, but he didn’t really portray it as a flaw so it didn’t seem like he felt bad about it. Bummed me out.
I was more concerned the fact he was more for the black man with the white woman and didn’t have any negative views but had more negative views to the black woman with the white man
@Willco its ignorance, and it's sad. Its 2021. I love seeing black and white in love. Who wouldn't. Fuck outta here . That's bullshit. Its lack of education
Been married to a black woman for 13 years. We didn't have any of these "deep internal questions". She is a human being. I am a human being. Stop being so obsessed with an organ. Skin is an organ. This whole interview is weird
This is the best comment so far. I'm with a black woman for 10 years and I feel the same, this interview is odd. The simple fact of thinking about my wife in terms of skin color feels extra dumb. We simply are Earthers.
Then you’re being willfully ignorant to your wife’s life experience and how it differs from yours SPECIFICALLY due to her skin color. Black women especially have historically been kicked over and over again and I think it’d really behoove you to do your research on what kinds of things black women are still dealing with on a daily basis- perhaps implicit racial biases in medicine and uh-oh….. THE WAGE GAP 😮
@Justa Computa I never understood why black men get so mad when we date white men while having a white woman on their arm. I've experienced it many times. It's insane.
There have been black men in mixed relationships who go out of their way to denigrate black women. I think most black women don't care about black men dating non-black women, just don't speak ill of black women as though we are all guilty of whatever problems you may have with us.
Those are my sentiments. I actually had a Black man that I didn't know come up to me and explained why he was dating a white woman. I didn't notice them until he spoke to me and I told him, no need to explain that is your business and I was married at the time. Do Black men really think that's all we think about is them? Speaking for myself, I have better things to do in life.
@@kimjordan8151 I wonder how long he'd been married. When you're newly married, there's a level of paranoia...LOL. Especially, depending on where you live. In some places, the stares are real and mean business. And, then...even in those places...some of the stares weren't even about you and your chosen mate. But, because you're paranoid, you're always on alert for disapproval. Some couples never survive the paranoia stage. It's stressful. Not to mention, TH-cam is full of black commentators saying hateful things about "swirlers". That doesn't help when you're already paranoid.
@masha Can you elaborate? How do black men benefit from the patriarchy? Systemic racism (such as school to prison pipeline) affects black men the most in America from my POV, but I’d love to hear what you have to say.
Bias and you did a terrible job. I’m dating a white guy now and we look damn good together too. I always encourage other black women to not limit their options as well.
@@triciam4798 Good for you. I'm a black man and I encourage many black women to explore other options. There are black men and women whose temperaments may not be compatible with others who share the same complexion. Rather than making someone's life miserable out of a feeling of tribal solidarity, the wiser option is to be in a relationship where there is less drama and greater harmony.
I can smell the double standard in this video the way he’s gaslighting low-key gaslighting the black woman for being with a white man but entertaining the black man for being a white woman this whole conversation was center around black men like every other conversation in the black community they never let black and have an opinion it’s always about them and their little princesses, and how they and their little white princesses feel, and this is why black women should leave black men, but anyways black women date other races of men and you are not betraying no one
Wrong I got a blk female Friend who with a white dude he calls her a nigger when mad and they got two kids together. He hates her family too. So let's tell the truth
@@JacksonCreationsArt The person is not talking about everybody’s relationship and situation. So you sound dumb saying “ let’s tell the truth” when there’s no truth to tell. And that black woman is choosing to be with that white man so she’s making that choice for her own, that has nothing to do with us. It has to do with her and her bad choice of men and staying with men like that.
LMFAOOO Y’all know how you can always tell when someone who’s biracial has a white mom & a black dad as opposed to a Black Mom and a white dad???? This is the perfect example
From my experience, When A biracial has a white mom and Black dad they seem pretty distant from their black side and more happier that they are half-white than half black, it's so weird! But when I meet other biracials that has a black mom and white dad, they seem more humble and embrace both races equally. I'm also biracial by the way.
@@homarneysetoute8840 lol that’s the point with black men. They don’t want to have black children. They want children that they’re sexually attracted to.

He thinks black women betray the black community for datin interacial but not the men?? Like everything in the black community, this conversation was so 'black man' centred.... Rachel betrayed the black man, black women are angry about the black man and his white woman, how can a white woman love her black man better. He didn't even bring Rachel's spouse into the conversation. Black women, be with whoever loves you regardless of if he's black or blue because even 'pro black' men are pro-black man.
I dont think they had time to go deeper Eventually we will realize there is only one Race.. human We are the only species that does this to one another And I say this we love..understanding and with experience I have a blended family And i realize we need these conversations before we can get to the next level I applaud the effort put here
I live in an area were hardly any black men date black women. I even had a white women tell me that I was racist for marrying a black woman. I think society is more uncomfortable with black love.
@Lisa Shipley smh that is some California shit huh? Smh smh. I wonder where that mentality came from and why does it majorly happen in Cali.. well in my experience when I travel other places I see a lot of black love. California not so much
When my husband and I visited down South for an entire summer, I noticed that Millenial WW would literally scowl at me and my husband but they'd be so sweet to him when we were shopping while ignoring me, lol. I would get so confused because we're both Black? My blk male best friend friend told me if he's alone, up in New York where we are from, in more diverse neighborhoods, WW will just walk up to him to start conversations. WW are so confident that they are the prize (in the eyes of BM) that many now feel they are entitled to BM and see "Black Love" as a hurdle to their "supremacy".
@@ZoraSearch You're exactly right and black men are conditioned to see white women as an asset and black women as a debt. Most black men who are in these type of relationship will not even look me in the eye when I'm out with my wife.
This conversation was so surface level and that makes me so upset. Byron is also Latino (Columbian) so they could have talked about that too, the cultural differences. It was very centred around black men.
I am Colombian and in Colombia and everywhere else, Bryan is considered white. There are white Hispanics too and they enjoy the same white privileges enjoyed by white people all around the world, despite cultural differences
Funnily enough, WM/BW marriages are 44% LESS likely to end in divorce than WM/WW marriages. While BM/WW marriages have the HIGHEST divorce rates of any interracial marriage. I also feel like WM/BW relationships are more genuine as you rarely see them and aren't trendy or as much of a fetish as most BM/WW relationships are
Lol when the comments section has more honesty, vulnerability and depth than the actual episode.... This one made me uneasy, disappointed and it WASN'T because of the interracial couples. Now I know why. Before we can have a good episode on this FIRST we need one where Emmanuel acknowledges his own prejudices, especially when it comes to Black women dating outside their race
But didn't he acknowledge that right up front when he said that he felt some type of way about Rachel dating outside her race? He admitted it flat out, and seemed to understand that it's *his* issue and not hers.
@@santolina8 But he never actually confronted HIS prejudices. Saying "I felt some type of way" isn't the same as taking accountability: "I have a habit of projecting onto interracial relationships or judging black women unfairly for being in them." He hinted that he doesn't like interracial relationships and acknowledged the stigma but not WHY it was there, the nuances surrounding it, when it is/isn't justified, or how to get over it. Nor did he approach the situation from the framework of HIM needing to confront is OWN prejudices and learn. That led to the episode coming off as shallow. Plus the fact that he pointed out that he "felt some type of way" about the Black woman, ignored her White partner most of the video, but then called the Black man with his White partner cute... Implied the Black community lost an educated Black woman to a White man but DIDN'T imply the same for the Black guy.... Asked the White woman if SHE felt bad about dating a Black guy, but not the Black guy if he felt bad for being an educated man who (metaphorically) abandoned Black women... And used the analogy of sexual domination to justify why a Black man dating a White woman is okay but the reverse isn't... Leads me to believe there's a LOT more Emmanuel needs to unpack before talking to interracial couples about their experiences. Clearly I feel "some type of way" too lol
RoseEyed, clearly you do feel “some type of way” about it, and after reading through what you wrote, now I do too! Thanks for responding and responding with so many specifics; it helped me realize that his self-critique didn’t have a lot of depth. I hope that Emmanuel reads your comment and thinks about his answers to some of the questions you posed. It seems like he is committed to having uncomfortable conversations, which I applaud him for, and I’d love to see him in the “interviewee” instead of the “host” seat for a conversation about this. Thanks again for taking the time to respond - I saw from a different perspective today and I appreciate it.
@@santolina8 Thanks for asking and having such a polite conversation with me. I definitely fault Emmanuel but I also understand where he's coming from. He wants to create a "safe space" for these conversations and to do that he feels the need to come off as this wise, ever calm sage. And that makes sense. BUT when he presents himself that way in a situation where he's clearly not he creates a disconnect that turns a lot of people off because you can tell he's pretending to be something he's not. Again, I understand where he's coming from, but an even more effective way would be if he also showed vulnerability. Not just in regards to sharing his experiences with discrimination. But with his own shortcomings as a person, his blindspots and prejudices that he needs to work on too. That way there'd still be a safe space and humility but less of a disconnect. I doubt he'll ever see this message. But I'm glad you did. And maybe other people will be able to reach out to him. He and his team seem somewhat responsive to the audience at least.
Saying "I feel guilty for taking a black man away from a black woman" is the most ignorant statement she could have made. You can only take something or someone away from someone else if that something or someone belongs to someone one else. Black men don't belong to black women and vice versa just because we have the same skin color. If it was someone's husband/boyfriend then yes but some random individual who you don't know or have any romantic relationship with is not in that category.
Because she's not really in a relationship with a man she loves, she's in a relationship with "a strong black man" she loves. It's clear as day, it's not real to her. The host has a real problem because Bryan and Rachel are more of a real and genuine relationship. If they were clearly superficial or were fetishizing each other, he'd have no problem at all
@@NathanielNorman-uh7dl Come on. Oh course she is in a relationship with a man she loves. She said that because that is something black women tell you all the time, if you date a black man as a white woman. "You steal our good black man". ridiculous. As if any person belongs to another person. She is just insecure. Thats all.
The reasons why some Black men either don't date or like Black women is a Black issue. It's a subject that is better for discussion among only Black people. There are certain issues among Black people that are better resolved WITHOUT white presence or input.
The double standard is real folks. I'm kind of disgusted with this conversation about Rachel. So if the host became the Bachelor we can assume he is going to marry a beautiful brown skin woman? Black men have been dating and marrying white woman FOREVER. SO Emmanuel you don't get to "feel some kind of way". Sorry. And I would like to see all the women Emmanuel has dated, how many were brown skinned black women?
Do not get me wrong, Emmanuel is “trying” his best with these videos... But this one was not it at all. I did not like how he approached this topic especially with the Black woman vs. the Black man. You can see and feel the double standards🤦🏾♂️💯.
@@JulianSteve I find Emmanuel's opinion is not unique among some black men and its very annoying that they can't see the hypocrisy in their attitude. Its happening AGAIN on social media with the current bachelorette. There should be a black bachelor in January. This should be INTERESTING.
@@InBlackandWhite1672 Like literally i think his last 2 spouses were black. It seems like everyone has seen 1 or 2 posts online about black men not liking black women. But I as a black man have met, gone to school with, and have seen multiple black women who say they don't date black men. If we are gonna talk about double standards let's start there instead of throwing black men under the bus. Most of us non-ignorant black men really don't care.
Ironically the new "Black" Bachelor pretty much made a disclaimer before the show saying that he's not picking a Black woman and that he shouldn't be expected to. I don't remember Rachel doing all that on the Bachelorette, just sayin. 😶
Exactly lmao I see both of these couples as completely normal while this dudes saying “you probably feel some type of way about this” like no dude that’s just you lol, I see 2 happy couples next to each other and nothing else. I thank god that I was raised right.
Okay, first of all, a black woman dating a white man is not the same as a black man dating a white woman. Ya'll know this. Black women are 110% more conscious than black men in relationships. You can see Rachel has done the work with Bryan and PK hasn't done the work with Linds by some of the things she says. Black women find your joy, you don't have to be loyal to any race, be loyal to your happiness.
@@YasminePendergrass i agree i don't think some have done research regarding someone's ethnic background. If they are in denial its not going to last. I can tell Lindsay's family didn't agree with this marriage to a Black man. But he wouldn't let her speak freely.
Bryan didn't get to talk at all, his profession wasn't raise and he was made to look unimportant, you could see this. Rachel has clearly educated her man but Pk hasn't educated Linsey at all.
I mean you went out of your way to comment about it so it's clearly touching you some way. It's amazing to me as a fellow black person how you can watch a video like this and then continue to comment something so ignorant. She was obviously speaking to the mass and you can tell that probably how most white women think. Don't be upset with her because of the man she got. "Seek to understand than be understood"
As a Black woman, I could see that LV was falling for propaganda. BW don't see her as taking away "strong Black man" from Black women. We''re are fine, lol. Although BM will want to put that idea into WW's heads and push this narrative that BW are more concerned with what BM are doing than they really are. BW are less concerned with the BMWW union than they are concerned over BM disparaging and lying about BW to "other" people including their non-White partners. That's the real issue.
A lot of white women think like that they think their a prize and think by dating black men they’re taking something away from black women which they’re not they’re taking shit
@@kikiloved5189 I think the guys are only "shit" when they date "out" but then cannot stop speaking negatively about Black women and girls. His dating "out" is not so much the problem as his aiding and abetting white supremacist notions of black inferiority by being a mouthpiece for it.

An asian should’ve been the host while asking questions submitted by both white and black men and women, both in and out of interracial relationships. The bias was very strong towards black people (men especially) and the current host needs to step down. He seems a tad threatened by the white guy? He didn’t even ask him a question... BMWW: y’all so cute BWWM: I feel a type a way That’s bias.
I believe it was the host's intention to show a bias by saying "I felt a type of way". He mentioned it first to show the bias he had and that many other blacks have to get the conversation going. Also, he said "y'all so cute" to the BMWW couple because they kissed. They were showing affection to each other and he thought it was cute. I don't believe there was a bias behind that. And if the current host were to step down it wouldn't be "Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man" anymore. Lastly, I don't see where you got the host feeling threatened by the white man, maybe you can tell me? I didn't catch that vibe at all. Maybe he didn't ask him a question directly but it's not like he wasn't involved in the conversation at all.
@@EgyptianGirlzCurlz The point of this series is to inform us, the viewers, about issues in society. The host isn’t perfect, of course he has bias when it comes to issues in his own community. He’s showing us his perspective as a black man, so we should respect that, but also take what he says with a grain of salt. I am 60 years old. I like to feel I'm woke enough to navigate modern society. My sister dated and eventually married a black man. It created an minor uproar in our family, especially with our father. My feelings from the very first were that if he is a good man, treats my sister well, if she loves him then who am I to say a single word against it. He was, and IS, a good man. They are happy together and still married after all this time. I have not spoken nor communicated with our father since his tirade. In a previous episode you spoke to the practice of whites trying to raise children "color blind". That is exactly what my wife and I tried to do. Not that my children didn't notice skin color differences but it didn't seem to matter to them. Now, my oldest son is in love with a beautiful black woman and they are happy together. My prayers are that these times will not negatively affect them even though I know in my heart they will not escape all prejudice. I know growing up white in America is a vastly different experience than what you have been exposed to. My hope is that we can all find a way to set aside the ways, the evil of the past and treat each other as brother and sisters, regardless of skin color. I had hoped it would happen in my lifetime but with a leader like we have now, division seems to be the flavor of the day. I am still hopeful but not as much as before. Thank you for this series.
Very well said. Bless you for your kindness, openness, and standing up for your sister and supporting her, as compared to staying quiet. You have raised your children to be amazing and I hope that yours and their light continues to shine. As you mentioned regarding how divided as a country we have been, these little reminders of good people in our society allows me to keep hope that genuine unconditional love will always win.

He is a wrong host for this segment as he is a black man who probably dates white women. This topic needs either him and a black woman who is actually strong enough in who she is regardless of what BM are doing. Wrong host completely,he needs to go toe to toe with a Paris Milan or Cynthia G.
@Rick Bo you didn't even feel compelled to comprehend what we were saying because if you did you would have known it's got nothing to do with what you just said and we couldn't care less who Latina's are dating...I personaly was addressing the host and only if he is dating you then you can take issue with that...read, comprehend and if you don't ask 🙄.
The host could've done a lot better to remove his previous biases and obvious distaste for black women in relationships with white men. This either needs to be redone or fleshed out more. The questions were extremely disproportionate and proves we (and especially black men) have a long way to go when discussing these topics. I came for Rachel and Bryan and they did wonderful handling such uncomfortable questions, especially from a host that seemed to target black women. DO BETTER!
The truth is, with the way black culture is, a white person isn't yet in a position to have a real uncomfortable conversation with a black man, unless those two people are actual intellectuals. Everyday people can't have these conversations because they won't listen to and understand each other. That's why the white people who have appeared on this show just say things like "HEARD" or say very little at all. This show is designed from the view point of, "I'm black, now do as I say." That's not how it works and why he doesn't have 100,000,000 people watching as opposed to 2,000,000. I also seriously doubt there are that many people watching, jus the same ones that follow and a few people like me who are interested to see where this is going. Try to get 2 million people to read his book, I bet you'll have very different numbers for that. Short and sweet is what non intellectual people can handle. If they see others liking it, well then it makes sense to them because they've found their echo chamber for the "oppressed".
Facts exactly he wasn't asking the questions equally and it's clear he had a bias like how did he say to Rachel in the beginning it hurts him to see her with the enemy why did you choose him but later ask the black man how do you deal with people saying that as if he was the victim??? If you're calling the black girl going with the white man the enemy and it's okay why's it wrong when it's being targeted towards a black man with white woman 🙄
I agree with your points, but not that it needs to be redone. Clearly Emmanual has his biases just like everyone does. I disagree with a lot of the reasonings he provides in his videos but not one person is perfect and I certainly applaud his efforts to create and engage in these conversations. hopefully we call all continue to grow.

This pissed me off. The first question he asked is focused on how he feels not them. Look you don't own me. Black men, black people don't own me. I married my white husband because we love each other. We are raising a family together and that really needs to be the end of the discussion.
Martin Truth Then why did the host feel some kind of way about Rachel picking a man outside of her race? And this same reaction from black men when they see BW with WM? If they didn’t care. @Martin Truth I don’t know, that’s a good question. LOL. You can’t see the difference in how he asked her questions vs. the other couple? And I was replying to your comment which was very negative in response to the other woman’s comments. She is speaking about her experiences with BM. Why try to belittle her? THAT is part of the problem. I’m ok with dating outside of my race and seeking a non-BM if necessary. So don’t worry about me. I’m not concerned with who anyone chooses to be with and likewise, don’t pay much attention to people I don’t even know who express their displeasure.
How do you all discuss the racial strife going in America now that has reached a boiling point- police lynchings? Celebrities being label AntiSemitic etc in your household?
Okay so if this was a genuine conversation why are you questioning Rachel's motives for getting with a white man more than you're questioning the black guy. Black men forever do this, you always wanna police black women and say how sad you are theyre dating out but never do it to other black men 🙄
You’re Delusional. This was a great conversation. Everyone is bias to a certain degree. He even admitted to not liking that she picked a white man. @Lee Santos news update: Lindsey broke up with PK. So who is mad? Most BW don’t care about BM with WW. They just don’t like how BM put BW down by openly bashing them and still trying to secretly sleep with them. However, BW are now dating and marrying out as well. It’s about time.
@Lee Santos ya’ll mad because BW are breaking the cycle of struggle love. My sister did it and she is elated. Been married to her NON BM husband for 20 years. He treats her like a queen.
My experence as a black woman was I was often seen as less desirable by black men until I was valued by a white man. Now that black women are more open we are finding our value not in what"others" think but in what is good and healthy for us. No matter what color.
Omg facts, 1000% Tbh love is love. I have no idea with who people date. It's not my business. So long as they don't openly disparage black women/ black men, I'm cool.
I love how he advocates for equality, yet when he sees a black woman dating outside her own race, she all of the sudden is dating the enemy. Isn’t that the very thing you’re trying to fight for? To not segregate races? But here you are saying she should stick to her own. But it’s bad when other races ( correction only white people) say it? Imagine you breaking prejudice by practising what you supposedly preach. If you want to abolish racism, you have to start being less bitter yourself. This whole point of view was ignorant af.
I’m glad that I’m not the only one who recognized his hobo-sexual pathology. Compliment a black woman, then turn right around and degrade her for enjoying the same freedoms the black man enjoys.
What you need to know is that black men are hypocrites playing a game to disguise their insecurities and hatred. I see BWWM all the time that contain way more genuine behaviors of two people who are really in love and accepting of one another more so than the reverse, WWBM. This episode showcases that.
I think so too, but he didn't say he wasn't an uncomfortable black man and i think it's pretty cool that he had the courage to create the space for a dialogue despite that, or rather, because of that. :)

Do you rtrds realize that it was actually white men spending millions of dollars blocking the African shoreline from the slave trade. Africans we’re still selling their own people to places that hadn’t abolished it yet and it was white people who stopped it. White men died like crazy trying to stop it and pulled over ships that were still doing it. I swear Americans are completely oblivious to anything that doesn’t revolve around them it’s ridiculous. Barely any slaves were even brought to America and it wasn’t even close to the most brutal. Plus only ultra rich land owners owned slaves. I cringe when I see comments that actually believe every single white person owned slaves and supported it when that’s the farthest from the truth. They also completely ignore all the whites who died in the civil war. But nope let’s just narrow it all down to an easily digestible “all whte ppl bad all ancestors bad durrr slve owners”. White men never created slavery but they were the first to abolish it.

Why wasn’t the white man asked how he felt about black men dating and having children with white women. I would’ve loved to hear his response to that. Part 2 is definitely needed.
I noticed this too. He asked Lindsey several questions, but he didn’t ask Brian any. I’m not sure why this occurred. I have to believe there was a specific reason though. Maybe it is because Chip and Matthew were already given voice or maybe it’s because, upon conversation, Brian expressed he didn’t deal with any negative issues or maybe because whatever expressions he may have made sounded counterproductive or maybe he voluntarily remained silent because he felt he shouldn’t contribute.
I can't respond as the guy in the vid, but I can tell you how it makes me feel. as a white guy married to the woman I've been with nearly 12yrs, who happens to be black... I don't give it any thought at all. Doesn't matter. I love my brother-in-law so much, & want him to be with anyone who brings him happiness. Same goes for all the black men who have been my friend in life, & all those I have yet to meet.
She's just going by what she's heard some black women say. That wasn't shade. We should be mindful of the things we say because when it comes back, it stings.
I would like to see in the next episode is a discussion with interracial couples who are not successful but are part of the lower or middle class as I believe that they are under more social pressure and experience direct racism more often when money and status are not a filter.
The trouble is real. I have been asked how I got my job as a nanny and that it must be nice to be able to drive my employer's car with the kids. They are my kids and that is my car. So many more instances. The microaggressions and outright aggressive racism will never cease to surprise me even though it is frequent.
There is definitely something to this. Class has become nearly as profound a divider in America as race, thanks to the unquenchable greed of political and corporate elites. Of course being black and poor or an interracial couple and poor carries a double layer of anguish.
Ms. Vonn, you did not "Take" anyone from someone. "Take or Stole" makes it sound that he did not go with you willingly. You fall in love with who you fall in love with. @@marcorubio5852 Good and I pray that it becomes even more common.
@@LifeIsNotorious why?
Lol when the comments section has more honesty, vulnerability and depth than the actual episode.... This one made me uneasy, disappointed and it WASN'T because of the interracial couples. Now I know why. Before we can have a good episode on this FIRST we need one where Emmanuel acknowledges his own prejudices, especially when it comes to Black women dating outside their race
Preach!!! 🙌🙌🙌

“I feel guilty for taking one away from you”...you didn’t take anyone away from anyone. If you’re destined for each other nobody lost anything.

DO BETTER!
Vina I agree
Vina I noticed that too. He’s ignorant and wants black women to stay race loyal while they date out
Facts exactly he wasn't asking the questions equally and it's clear he had a bias like how did he say to Rachel in the beginning it hurts him to see her with the enemy why did you choose him but later ask the black man how do you deal with people saying that as if he was the victim??? If you're calling the black girl going with the white man the enemy and it's okay why's it wrong when it's being targeted towards a black man with white woman 🙄

He probably doesn't care because collectivism runs differently in caucasian subcultures
Its a VERY rare thing for a white man to even be with a black woman....

Mr. Subban did not "Take" you away from a white man. You were attracted to him, drawn to him, and the universe put you two together. Love is Love, we are in the 21st Century. If someone doesn't approve move forward from that person and don't look back. Love is Love, Respect is Respect, Attraction is Attraction. Be well everyone.
Agreed
Yes. It honestly infuriates me when people say things like "took that person from you" or from a whole race or whatever. Nobody owns another person. Black men don't own black women or vice versa. This type of thinking is so entitled and toxic, I can't understand it.
She said she stole him. Nobody else said it. And if y'all looking at what I'm looking at we KNOW she didn't take anything from black women. He was willingly walking away anyway....
❤❤
So everyone knows, the white woman and her husband are divorcing. and the white man Ryan and Rachel are getting married. There is a reason why white men and black women have the best success being together.
They actually don’t
@@joeblack2809 they absolutely do.
@@adventpotatoes1118 they actually don’t…otherwise you’d see more of them. And hear of less IR couples divorcing.
@@joeblack2809I mean it IS actually true that WMBW marriages have a significantly lower divorce rate than BMWW marriages. That said, Bryan and Rachel are getting divorced now.
"y'all so cute". What about Rachel and her man??? lol
Exactly!! But I’m not surprised..Smh!
They are actually a cute couple. The white woman 🙃
Black women don’t like white men
@Sara yes they worship white women
@Sara men of all races generally just prefer lighter skin women. But women prefer darker skin men
Ok, I just watched this and I feel it was so devoid of real discussion. I also heard Emmanuel buy into the same microaggression BS that I've heard from Whites. He literally gave her the old 'you're intelligent, well-spoken', blah blah blah. I'm like, really Emmanuel????? That gives the impression that she is one of the few exceptions of Blacks who value education, self-esteem, etc.
I feel like it shows just how hard this conversation is and how far we have to go. He’s spoken specifically about your exact comment. So he’s knows it’s a thing, yet fell into the trap himself while trying to express himself. But pointing out how someone is doing it in a supportive way can continue to help us all along the journey.
Are White women really easier to deal with?
@@britneyfair408 I don't think it's right to make broad generalizations about any particular group. I believe while there ,ay be similar experiences, I don't think we can factually white women are easier to deal with.
Right when I heard him say that about her I knew this was trouble lol. But I still respect what he does. These videos, nonetheless, are incredible.
Amen!
sounds more like "uncomfortable conversations a black man has with himself as he tries to face his own ignorance" i tuned out after his disappointment in the black woman for choosing her partner. i guess character and who you actually are as a person is out of the equation. yass black ladies, get u a bLaCk kINgGG\g any black guy! doesn't matter as long as we don't dare "mix"
This is why black women have started leaving bm in the last few years. They treat them so badly and are hypocritical as hell
