This has always been a lowkey favourite miniature of mine, like of all Warhammer
I been finishing up my 40k death guars but my group also wants to start an aos league. I know I'm many years late. But I love this paint scheme. So good
Thank you for this video. I am considering Nurgle for my first AoS army, and I am currently looking into how to actually paint Nurgle minituares. I especially like the way you paint the skin.
Your tutorials keep getting better and better. This is one of my favourites so far!
It's good to hear that I'm improving, thanks for the comment!
Man you're a stunning artist !! Pleasure to watch your vids!!
So helpful for someones who just got into minis.
Awesome video! This'll be a great help with the new Death Guard minis!!
Amazing!!
Been building this model a few days ago and was mentally stuck, this is a Nurgle Godsend
i have a Blood Bowl team to paint ans this tutorial helps me a lot for ideas. I love the look of the skin. Looks great . thanks for the video
Looks freakin' amazing! Great job :D
I loved the way you did the rust differently! Nice :)
looks incredible !
I'm glad you've done a tutorial for this model as well. I've just undercoated, I was t sure how to paint him up for Silver Towers. Your painting skills are very good.
Thank you very much! If you complete it feel free to post some pictures to my Facebook page :)
Just came across this video. What a great, simple scheme that yields fantastic results. The presentation was easy to follow, well narrated and just overall great. Thanks!
Question: could you/how would you apply the typhus corrosion on the armor To give a weathered look?? Possibly point me to another one of your tutorials that shows this technique..? Thanks!!!
The Lord of Decay approves this miniature.
This is very helpful, because I want to paint and use this guy with all the Warhammer Quest games. :)
great video. Things that you do look so simple, but the result is pretty amazing! love all the stuff from your chanel
I'm glad to hear that you're liking the videos
Great! I liked it a lot!. Thanks for sharing.
Fantastic tutorial! Thanks!
use lahmian medium to make the shades less vibrant, water gives it a blotchy effect
Your tutorials are all amazing luv u have a good day
Really nice tutorial. Looks brilliant!
Thank you very much!
Great video as always. Really nice paintjob
Thank you :)
Really nice video, excited o paint my nurgle army with some of these techniques now ^^
Feel free to post any of your finished miniatures to my Facebook page, I would love the see the finished pieces.
That said... I've saved this video for future reference as when I bought my kits I also bought all paints needed
The pustuls are amazing, but ¿how did you do the pimples on the back? Thanks!!!
Really nice video, interesting use of the typhus corrosion
It's a very versatile paint that I have found especially useful for metal and stone.
way better than whtvs tutorials i feel like i learned something
Great work, not how I imagine nurgle but really striking
Thanks, its always good to see different interpretations of a colour scheme
Very good !
I love it, that’s easy
Fantastic, love your vids! Really makes it hard to decide on what army I want to play for AOS....Nurgle or Orks.
Nurgle Orks?
Nice work! Maybe go over the gore/innards with a thin gloss layer to add some shine and moisture to the guts?
Unfortunately I don't have any of the GW gloss paints and wanted to keep the video citadel paint focused. I will be adding in some shine using my Army Painter varnish however.
Hey! Cool video. Could you make few videos covering more advanced techniques like wet blending, two brush blending, feathering etc.?
This is an idea I have been toying with, while I try to explain the techniques in these videos I do agree that a dedicated tutorial would be much better and conveying the ideas.
hey would this method of skin work for plaguebearers?
Wow, very cool, I've just purchased this miniature that for some reason I think looks fun. So your video definitely should help me paint it :)Thanks!
It's a great miniature to paint. Good luck with painting it :)
Thank you!
Super great
excelent job!
Thanks :D
using this for my Bligghts . The warts or bumps I noticed you didn't touch them. I was thinking blood for the blood god paint
excellent
Did you even spray the miniature ?
Can you do a tutorial on that base, or sell me one?
Could you make a video on Lizardmen?
Thanks for the video! I think it would be awesome if you did the other characters like the horrors of Silver Tower. That way people who follow you for the Silver Tower can finish their whole set with your tutorials.
Dont' worry! I'm still working on the Silver Tower stuff. I just needed to take a little break from it
Great to hear, I'm following every tutorial and don't want to screw up my models because I can't paint. When it's finished I'll send a picture with the results.
How in the hell is your paint going on so smooth?!?
Would the Layer paint version of Flayed one flesh work as well? Or should it be the edge?
Yep that should be fine
do you suggest using water instead of the citadel medium if you need to do gradient / blends ?
I usually just use water when layering and I can water it down quite abit without causing blotches as long as I control the paint effectively
However for glazes and filters I use medium (I use citadel Lahmian medium) as when I use more dilutent then paint I find it gives a smoother finish and covers the whole surface more evenly rather then pulling into the crevices
Really good video :)
Thank you!
The best dam tutorials on TH-cam, im looking to get into painting miniatures again and your videos have helped me a lot, thank you so much!
Do you think you would paint any of the miniatures from Guild Ball in future videos?
That's great, if I can get people who have stopped painting start up again then I know I've done my job :).
I've not got any plans for Guild Ball but the miniatures do look great so it's always a possibility!
The War Gamer Thanks for the reply dude, keep up the great work and i look forward to future content :)
How long does it take for the paints to dry up? I mean, can you paint this in a day if you use a hairdryer?
Yep, I often use a hairdryer on a low power setting to dry between layers.
Sorry just now getting into Warhammer and can I use this in a 40k army or is it just for old Warhammer
You could convert him for 40k use but it is intended for Age of Sigmar (medieval Warhammer)
Is there a set with all these paints in?
Rww
Not really
Except of rhe citadel paint set with ALL games Workshop paints....
EXPENSIVE ASF
I am betting you've answered this before but I haven't seen it. What brushes do you use?
I use Army Painter and Kolinsky Sable brushes from Element Games: elementgames.co.uk/games-workshop/citadel-games-workshop-paints/brushes/masterclass-kolinsky-brush-regiment
I had an impressive nurgle rotbringer/Daemon army but in a blind fit of rage I trashed them...watching this makes me want to beat the shit outta myself for my error of ways (£700 worth of nurgle models) but I'll opt to buy them all again
Doom fire warlocks next 😇
Классное видео, спасибо
спасибо
Wery Nice !!! :D
You didn't take undercoat ?
Yep, at the beginning of the video I said I used a Grey Primer.
They made my wife into a miniature lol wow =)
How are you enjoying your divorce?
@@sailenthotcarathot8540 looks like he died lol
No reply. She killed him
There's a mould line on the left side of his stomach.
Man, I fucking suck with painting. Welp, at least I have a mini that looks a bit original compared to the picture.
Anyone else here pays Nurgel ?
You should repaint the Axe
