As a Believer and former skater, I think the best thing about Scott is he’s our brother in Christ. It’s beautiful and different to see how he has changed into this man of faith. He was saved in December 2006 and I was saved just before him in July 2006, so in advance Happy Birthday Scott!

I would like to thank you for this channel. It's refreshing to hear athletes talk about their lives in so many ways, spiritual, daily, health, wins, family, etc. I've only watched the ones with Scott Hamilton so far, mostly because I admire so much for so many different things. I would love to be able to meet him someday, he just has this happiness or peacefulness about him that makes me feel better when I'm having a hard time (I'm disabled). Hearing him on this program is better than what I've had access to before, it's not that I don't enjoy watching him skate or reading what he has written, I even liked listening to him as commentator! But this is great! I'm sure I'll watch many times. Thank you
Betty - thank you for the compliment. Let me assure you that Scott is every bit as gracious in person as he comes across on television. He is was humble, self deprecating, and dedicated to christ.
I love Scott Hamiltons skating... but God does not give us cancer or take our health away for the source of disease (the sin nature) Jesus removed if we accept it. It delights me to know Scott received Jesus...
