ohh this was so easy and so good! I am in a weight loss phase so I used 2 cups of frozen cauliflower and reduced the milk to 1/2 cup and the cashews to 1/4 cup. Still came out super creamy ( I had to add water to work it) and yummy. Thanks!

I’ve been eating Banza pasta for years. It’s made from garbanzo beans. It’s higher in protein and fiber than other pastas. It also tastes good and has a great texture.
I made it and it’s delicious. I add 2 cloves of garlic when blending the almond milk and cashews. Husband and son really liked it too and they are not WFPB. Thank you! Excited about getting the book.

My 1st time watching your channel, nice easy recipe thank you for sharing. Onion trick for no tears - cut onion in 1/2 then rinse under tap. The acid in onions is thought to be drawn to water sources. To prevent the acid from causing your eyes to water, try placing a damp paper towel next to your cutting board as you slice onions. The thought is the acid in the onion will be drawn to the water in the paper towel instead of your eyes. I've only starting doing this trick myself and it REALLY does work.

That’s all I’ll buy these days as it’s so hard to use regular binding in the kitchen. Any chance the publisher will come out with a spiral bound anytime soon?

I use the PB2 cashew powder in place of regular cashews and it works great.

Here's a trick that works for a lot of people, and some that don't wet a piece of paper towel and lay it down next to the onion as your chopping it 😢
if you put your onion in freezer for about ten minutes, that helps before cutting…

I felt lazy one and just sauteed a double portion of chopped mushrooms with a pinch of salt and used that as sauce topping...and it was also tasty.
