    I love your kinda bad audio, the sillies make it relatable and it’s more casual. It gives a personal feel. Your attitude on fitness has been so incredible, and I’m so thankful for this generation of fitness and health content creators. I have been working out around my chronic illness and WHACK joints for about a month and a half, and for once I’m actually enjoying the experience of moving my body. I am noticeably stronger and my doctor is happy I lost 7 lbs

    I don't work out like Patty does. It's been a year and a half of watching for me, and I have slowly been ramping up to barbell training. I may never work out like her, but hell, I've lost 80 lbs watching her, and I've regained 20lbs intentionally watching her. Such an inspirational carictor. Oh, and rat vibes! 🙂 🐀

    I’ll be 58 in June and my right shoulder have bothered me off and on for over 30 years. One physical therapist thought I had a detached infraspinatus. It probably was from too many BMX bike crashes as a kid. I’ve found what works best is working the rear delts and stretching the internal rotators

My progress has sadly enough kinda halted, i still have no musculature and it's become hard to maintain my healthy habits and i slip up to many times... Still i keep trying.     can't really do workouts like this due to a back injury but i've been putting these videos on while i do my physical therapy exercises and it's honestly perfect as like a body doubling exercise. Patty is such a good workout buddy

    BRO TIP: After your final set of lateral raises, drop the DB's & do an AMRAP set with no weight. Hold at the top, then slow eccentric, don't go all the way down, & throw your arms back up. Like you're trying to fly in slow motion. Trust me, the burn is epic 🔥🔥🔥😎

    7:58 when you hook grip to save your thumbs tape the lower half of your thumbs or the length of your entire thumb. 2-3 loops around...make sure you can still fully flex, move up and down your thumb knuckle with the tape on.

    5:50 the knurling on the bar you deadlifted for this video looks pretty worn down. i used to deadlift often and bars with knurling so worn down that it was dark, were always much slippier to hold. i suggest looking for bright shiny metallic fresh knurling, it makes a huge difference with lifts where the grip is so tantamount to success

    Didn’t know people thought the Child’s pose was considered “Sus”. I have the following list of exercises and stretches that are sus or have sus names:
    1. Cherry Pickers 🍒
    2. Downward Dog 🐕
    3. Reverse Plow 🚂
    4. All of the Olympic lifts🏋️
    5. Fartlek training 🍑💨
    6. Pancake stretch 🥞 (Anything you can put syrup on is sus)
    7. Glute Blaster 👀
    8. Clamshell exercise 🦀 🐚
    9. Nutcrackers 🥜 (Apparently a form of Pilates)
    10. Happy Baby Yoga Pose 😮 (Should never be done in a public setting)
