These reviews are so well done, and I’m not even a car person, they’re just pure entertainment!

What a great review Gavin. Very classy and entertaining as usual. You have great sense of humour and wit brother. I have heard from many Merc customers that their customers service is top notch. Looking forward to your next review of whatever comes your way. :)

What have we become when a flat tire requires a flatbed truck and a return to the dealer to repair. Sad times. 😢

Great review and video thanks. Thinking of trading in my Lexus for the EQC premium plus.

I don't see the charging rate as too bad for almost 60% SOC. But yep, Ioniq 5 and Kia EV6 are above it.

People should comment. It's good for the algorithms.

Don't agree with your comments on range; my 2019 Kia e-Niro EX455 claims 455km (surprise!) when fully charged, after 57000km it still usually exceeds that figure by 20-30km. It's gone 500km+ fully charged on several occasions. This on a combination of city and highway driving. I'd love to upgrade to your Merc, but the range still doesn't justify it. Maybe the EQS, but how far is that?

I would 100% choose the eqc over a tesla (go ahead tesla fanboys, yell at me, its not gonna change my opinion).

Definitely better than Audi and I’m not a Mercedes fan. I would get BMW iX before both of them, but the price on BMW has gone extreme 😢

Love the reviews Gav, but I had to laugh when you praised Mercedes customer service coz that certainly wasn’t my experience!

I don't know what other people think but personally, I much prefer leather upholstery to the so-called 'vegan' leather upholstery versions. Most, but not all 'vegan' leather upholstery has its origins in the O&G industries. People are going to continue to eat 'meat' in substantial quantities for some time to come & I fully believe that when it comes to choosing consumption of animal based proteins, we should choose as near as possible a 'nose to tail' approach irrespective of whether that has 4 hooves, claws or scales. By using the whole animal, bird or fish, you reduce the emissions created when the unused bits of the animals are sent to landfills to rot down, creating methane & don't encourage the digging up of yet more fossil fuels.
EV's although (vastly) better for the planet, currently use vast quantities of plastics & the vehicle/machinery manufacturing industries have yet to come up with viable & commercially scalable alternative feedstocks for the plastics contained therein. To my mind, ensuring the use of what would otherwise be waste products, is (vastly) more sustainable than plastic based upholstery.

Model X is better and Tesla autonomy is leading by a long-shot, despite the rumour. This is just lane keep assist..
