This makes me so happy, Chad! It's nice to see someone you've been watching for so long getting experiences like this! Makes me feel like a proud parent, haha!
***** yeah all people really know them for is the Ice Age franchise. Unlike many people I actually do like that series but I do wish the studio's other films could get more recognition.
***** yeah that is true. I did like the Ice Age sequels, and I'm still optimistic about the upcoming one but I'll admit that the stories are poorly written and is probably the reason that the critics give them such a hard time.
***** I can agree with that. There were several tearjerker moments in Ice Age 1. The closest thing we ever got to a tear jerker in the sequels was Shira and Diego temporarily departing in the fourth movie, and that was somewhat emotional but far from making me cry.
I've been to this museum three times - a Pixar exhibition, a Marvel exhibition and a Aardman exhibition. Great museum. I'll be visiting Paris again in September and I'll be sure to check this out!
Omg! You were in France whilst I was in France!! I just went on a school trip to France that took over 7 hours by coach from England - France and it was my first time and I loved it!! I also got to go on a boat trip down the Seine but I didn't get to see Notre Dame up close so I'll have to go back ;) I also went to Disneyland for the first time too which was brilliant!! Hope you enjoyed France!!!!
I love the Musée de l'Art Ludique! I'll be heading over there tomorrow actually to see the exhibition. Previously they've had quite a few other incredible exhibitions such as for various video games and a whole one dedicated to Ghibli which was amazing, with loads of original storyboards! Their art books are brilliant too :) the next exhibition will be Disney if you're interested!
That Swedish voice actress caught me off guard, despite you calling it out beforehand. Always odd when you hear your own language in an English video :P. From that short clip it seems like she did a good job, though historically Ice Age has had good dubs (at least the first movie, haven't watched them dubbed since), so i'm not that shocked. Looking it up, she's apparently playing Brooke the female sloth in the movie, and also did voices for that new movie The Wild Life, as well as the Angry Birds movie. The more you know 🌈
Omg you were in Paris. I'm french (living in Paris) and you're the only non-french youtube video maker I follow (and love :D) and you were in Paris, and I didn't know it. Well, I hope you enjoy our beautiful country :)
Wow. I didn't know Blue Sky had their own museum. Despite me not being too big on their films, it still would be interesting to see. I went to something similar, though. There's a Pixar exhibit in the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia. It shows how Pixar puts together their films, and being an animation student, I was very interested and had fun learning new things. Though, there were a bunch of kids in the way that had no idea what was going on, or what they were doing during the interactive exhibits. So that kinda ruined it a bit. But aside from that, the exhibit was fun to see. Aww, it's a shame the contest is only on Twitter. I don't like Twitter, so I only stick with Facebook and Instagram. But....just in case, #LewtoonsBlueSky
+LewToons on TH-cam there are a lot of Disney songs playlists in various languages, you could make a episode for each country (Sorry for my poor English, but I'm Italian)
Blue Sky isn't the best, but they're still a good company that has and done great ideas, they just have the misfortune of constantly making Ice Age movies because Fox won't let thier big name franchises die.
+LewToons It's funny because right now dubbing fans are not very happy about him being in the dubbed version of IA5, but for me it sounds interesting and fun.
yah, he's doing the role that Adam Devine is doing! Pretty cool - I didn't know him at first, but I actually met him and got to look up his channel afterwards
They don't have a museum. Like most museums in the world, they have new exhibitions every 1-3 months (depending on the museum). This just happens to be the current one. There are of course museums specifically but for the purpose of having one specific exhibition that changes very little over time, but I doubt that's the case here.
While your there can ask if they would I don't know…stop with the ice age series. I'm being like 1/2 serious. The first one was great and we have it on VHS or whatever. The more they have made the worse they are. They should have left it at the first and second as in the good ones. Now they are just plain bad. But I well admit I'm curious to see how Peaches turns out. Obviously if you asked them that it would be really rude but still they need to just, stop.
SeanyShyGuy Islam is a religion, not a person.Saying "Islam killed them" suggests that Islam is bad and must be eleminated, and creates more tension between groups of people.
Now we can call you
Louvretoons
All that, AND you sang the bells of Notre Dame!!
This makes me so happy, Chad! It's nice to see someone you've been watching for so long getting experiences like this! Makes me feel like a proud parent, haha!
Thanks! I really appreciate it - I'm so humbled to have been asked to go!
"Aside from the minor nausea, I would highly recommend traveling via jump cut." LOL
Seems like a cool museum. I've always been interested in the development of animated movies.
***** yeah all people really know them for is the Ice Age franchise. Unlike many people I actually do like that series but I do wish the studio's other films could get more recognition.

Blue Sky Studios is practically touching the level of Dreamworks and WDAS, but no one seems to notice...
Oh wow I'm so jealous!! I'm a huge Ice Age fan, so experiencing an event like this through your videos is awesome :D
Hey you got to see German recording his voice for the Spanish version. Thats so awesome!
Man, everybody just loves all of the Ice Age sequels.
Man I remember Robots. That movie ruled
Fitting that you upload this, since Ice Age Collison Course is this friday.
That's why they sent me! I will still review the film with the same lens as all the others though 😎
+LewToons Chad can you help me create a username similar too yours please you are my favorite TH-cam channel
Dylan Nicholson Nice to see ya here, Dylan. ;)
man this stuff is really neat, I wish I could visit this museum
I was wondering why you went on that trip, I figured it was going to be something cool like this! So happy for you, what an amazing experience.
At the start of the video, I thought he was just announcing he was going to the Studios. I was surprised when he was in Paris a jump cut later...
omg so cool that you could go there! looks amazing
also looking forward to your ice age review :)
I've been to this museum three times - a Pixar exhibition, a Marvel exhibition and a Aardman exhibition. Great museum. I'll be visiting Paris again in September and I'll be sure to check this out!
I love Bluesky! One of my favorite movie companies. That stuff was so cool!
Awesome, I love learning about the animation possess, thanks Chad :)
OMG!!! So awesome!! You met Germán!! And the museum and everything!! I envy you TwT
Omg! You were in France whilst I was in France!! I just went on a school trip to France that took over 7 hours by coach from England - France and it was my first time and I loved it!! Did you see Quasimododo?
Why is it called a chillogy if there are 5 of them?
Blue Sky wanted to make a bad pun, that's why.
It should've been called a quincogy
I love the Musée de l'Art Ludique! I'll be heading over there tomorrow actually to see the exhibition. Weird, I watched the Hunchback of Notre Dame just before seeing this. What a coincidence
I have just today saw your channel and I say its awesome you inspire me to draw more
wonderful to hear! Tweet me some of your drawings

Ya! I met her along with German - very cool folks! I asked her about Swedish curse words I heard in Pewdiepie videos lol
As one does when meeting foreign people. Curse words should always be in the top three of topics discussed, otherwise you're doing it wrong ;)
I'm not a huge fan of any BlueSky movies, but it's cool that you got that kind of inside look!
Omg you were in Paris. I'm french (living in Paris) and you're the only non-french youtube video maker I follow (and love :D) and you were in Paris, and I didn't know it.
Well, I hope you enjoy our beautiful country :)
you woulda known it you followed me on twitter! :P
I hope you had a fun trip.
say what you want about their films but Blue Sky as a group of artists are pretty brilliant, i really love their style.
Oh... Ice Age isn't out in the U.S. yet.... that makes a lot more sense.
I wondered why you didn't do a review about Ice Age but then I figuered out that it isn't realeased in the USA
Comes out Friday here - review probably Saturday!
Thank you
+LewToons do we just have the hashtag or something with it
yeah I watched it in Mexico and thought the review would be up. The Secret Life Of Pets isn't out there so maybe they switched release dates

RIP Blue Sky Studios
OMG CHAD!!! THIS IS SOOOCOOOL!!!!
Thanks! I still can't believe I got to go :D
+LewToons I have always wanted to go! I'm glad you had a good time!
Very very cool video :)
That Blue Skies Museum looks so cool. Wish I could go. I know you don't do much anime but can you draw the One Piece characters 10 years later?
If I ever get to Paris one day I'm going to have to bring along my brother, he just loves Ice Age and I love animated movies (both 2D and 3D)
Robots was ok but the more I watched the more great it was!
HOLY SHOOT EARLY!
the spanish version is actually the latin american version, the curious thing...the guy that was recording is a youtuber from chile...yeah
I'm in the credits of robots!
Paris is my dream hometown to live at
I want to go there
You know that person in your live stream that followed your live stream 15 seconds before it ended?
Hey chad, is there a place we can see the interview?
No international fans??
Sacre bleu! *shakes french fist vigorously*
Dat is awesome
We`ve got the new ice age in cinema like 5 days ago
no way you're in Paris this is awesome
Can you do a review of various dubbing from around the world?
dunno how I'd get ahold of them!
+LewToons on TH-cam there are a lot of Disney songs playlists in various languages, you could make a episode for each country
(Sorry for my poor English, but I'm Italian)
What if you live in Alaska or Hawaii? Would that work?
Ah Blue Sky... like Pixar... but no one cares.
They made Robots an awesome movie
+Jack Gaglio yes
I like Blue Sky. They need to work on their plots but they always have great design for their films.
Blue Sky isn't the best, but they're still a good company that has and done great ideas, they just have the misfortune of constantly making Ice Age movies because Fox won't let thier big name franchises die.
Guy I don't hate BLue Sky, just fun to pick on them a little.
scène c'est la scène!
until which date is this in that museum?? i'm going to paris soon and I.would.love to.see it
I think it was pretty limited and I was there months ago! So you'll have to look on the site I think

+LewToons Hes a cool guy and one of the few enjoyable latino youtubers out there. Glad to know you had a good time over there
+LewToons It's funny because right now dubbing fans are not very happy about him being in the dubbed version of IA5, but for me it sounds interesting and fun.
+AngelicaNerd They always complain about "youtube stars taking the spot" but he's legit good so i dont complain either

+LewToons, How Much Do You Want To Bet That The New Ice Age Movie Is Going To Suck Because Blu Sky Only Do Ice Sequels For The Money.

Why do they have a museum, they just make ice age movies, they are even planing a 6th one right now
no this is the FINAL movie they are bringing asteroids that means it will hit them and DIE
+Jordan Wheeler Spoiler Alert!
They're not dead after the fifth party

Dylan Nicholson there not
Jonas Kretzer I bet 50 BUCKS that the animals will be iced when the asteroid's hits

im surprised he was not killed by islam while there
this is not funny
Really, because I'm laughing my ass off reading that.
*jihadists
Not Islam.
SeanyShyGuy Islam is a religion, not a person.Saying "Islam killed them" suggests that Islam is bad and must be eleminated, and creates more tension between groups of people.
+SeanyShyGuy yeah almost all of the violence that is in Europe is due to Islam.
you didn't let me listen only to russian version! despite the fact that i saw that garbage in the theatre
DISAPPOINTED!
At least they're better than Illumination. What a garbage company that is.
Sad that they had you act like a sell out promoting Collision Course
