That’s so awesome, I enjoyed cooking early too. Messed up a ton (ingredients wasted or then recycled for something else) the biggest hurdle in learning to cook especially at a young age (besides safety) is the resources. So as they say, “don’t be afraid to break a few eggs”!

I’ve made this Peanut Butter fudge. I’m severely Lactose Intolerant so I used Coconut Oil &
Erythritol as I’ve got high triglycerides. Split it in half, then to half I added melted chocolate. As I wanted chocolate fudge. Most recipes had high sugar & dairy content 😮. The chocolate I had to place in the freezer to set but it was good!!!😊

  • @sherry2519

This was so good. I converted it into a low carb recipe and used swerve. Then I learned that swerve is a lot more powerful then powder sugar. lol! I tried it and it’s just a sweet bomb.
I know I’m late but I just want to share this info. USE LESS SWERVE THEN THE RECIPE CALLS FOR(if you doing low carb keto diet).

Thank you for this recipe. Personally I don't like fudge of any kind, but my best friend LOVES peanut butter fudge. So, I made a batch to give her for Christmas. She absolutely loved it. She has memories of her Grandmother making fudge every Christmas, and even though, this recipe was not as she remembered, it was definitely a hit. BEST of all, it is easy to make! Thanks.

A good idea when it comes to measuring corn syrup, honey or peanut butter is to lightly spray the measuring cup with a vegetable cooking spray. That way, everything you've measured comes out quickly and easily

I just made your peanut butter fudge recipe. I can't wait to try it after it being in the refrigerator. But I have two kids that are prediabetic. So should I still use 3 cups of sugar or less sugar? And if less sugar, how much sugar?
