@@rafaellavergne686 Was just about to drop this same comment... Joshua likes his fancy, expensive, super hard steel Japanese knives. The steel on these knives is very hard, which makes it very brittle as well. They are built for pure cutting performance, so the blade edge is sharpened to a very narrow angle (around 15 degrees typically), and the hard steel stops that thin, super-sharp edge from rolling over and blunting easily, improving edge retention drastically. These knives will effortlessly glide through vegetables and meats and such, but anything hard itself can easily chip that thin, brittle edge. Western style knives typically use softer steels and a wider edge angle (around 20 degrees), and so while the knife will not cut as effortlessly and will require more frequent honing and sharpening, the edge will almost never chip, but will instead bend a little if at all (much easier to fix than a chip), and will be much more durable overall. Add large grain or flaky salt to the regular fudge. (Just a little bit). Sooo good.
This is basically the North American version of a Brazilian dessert called "brigadeiro"
Literraly the only diffrence is fudge is shaped insquares and brigadeiros in spheres!!!
I made the peanut butter one with bacon fat instead of coconut and can confirm it was fantastic!
"I was gonna say my a$$, but that's too much" 🤦♀️ I definitely need to make some fudge!
I made fudge w 6. min. rolling. boil. wait. Joshua = easy peasy. You're funny/a delight to watch. We come here for PURE you. Not an adulteration. Dnt be bullied into doing anything by anyone btw.

A pain I haven't felt since my old executive chef grabbed my brand new Shun to crack open a few lobster claws and all I could do was sit back and watch because we were in the middle of service and I was still the new guy trying to impress... ;_;
Loving the healthy options ❤️❤️❤️❤️ been watching your channel for 3 years now. Keep it up josh ❤️
Try a non-healthy Reese’s fudge. Healthy fudge is sort of an anathema!
There is a recipe I love making called Chocoporotos. Its a black been chocolate cream. It's delicious.you can freeze it and add peanut butter to it and it'll give sort of that same "healthy" vibe but way more chocolatey like regular fudge
Damn you were fast, going from man-bun to just lettin‘ it all go; when opening the cupboard.
(Where we are 😏)
Wow 3 fab fudges there, making 2 for friends and vegan for me, fab that you converted the measurements too, saved me a job, thank you so much, loved your video (UK)
Coming soon, josh will make ...” but vegan “version of the recipes!
I made these with condensed coconut milk and they were so dang good!
We got the vegan finally but we also got yelled at 🥲🥲okie 😭💀💀💀
This is by far the easiest recipe and I messed it up somehow! It separated ,I’m sure I heated it too much. Round two here I goooooo
Not gonna lie he’s better then Gordon Ramsey
Cooking probably 200-300 covers a night is A LOT different than cooking for a TH-cam channel. They both deserve some respect either way but that’s comparing apples to oranges.
Gordon Ramsey only got famous for his personality
To be fair, u dont need to be that good to be better then Gordon
This was a super simple great recipe. I had to improvise a little with the recipe, but It was some of the best fudge I’ve ever had, and my dad claims it’s the best he’s ever had, even better than this fudge we got from a professional fudge shop
Can we all admit he's the Gordon Ramasamy of fast food and homecooked delights.
Saw this today and decided to make them. They’re great! Definitely would recommend!
I did it cuz you yelled at me, story of my childhood 🤣💔
Made the normal and PB version and then swirled them together! Delicious.
“I did it because they yelled at me.” Yes, that’s what vegans do.
(It’s just a joke.)
😂😂😂
No it's reality.
you are a big inspiration i learned a lot of your methods, looking to do your sweetened condensed milk for a bread recipe.
love all your stuff
Josh: *shows third fudge* Healthy, sort-of vegan fudge!
Vegan : *You can legit make all those fudges vegan* uWu
even honey is debatably vegan because beekeeping is nothing but beneficial to and consensual with the bees
@@QuikVidGuy yea I’m vegan and I still consume honey simply because it doesn’t harm bees and has many health benefits. Not actually eating the bee 😂
Finally something I can make but not waste extra energy! thank you!
"I did it cause they yelled at me"
*cough, cough* Greg Doucette.
good ideea 3 ways fudge . you re very generous to share with us your fudge.
Why with this guide there's no way to *fudge this up!*
I see what you did there!
Normally I would use a Weissman Recipe but my Chemistry teacher gave me an amazing and simple recipe a few weeks ago.
He looks progressively like the dude that your church would cast for Jesus for the easter play theyre having.
Hey Josh, I love that you included a vegan recipe. I am dairy intolerant and have no other choice than to have most things sort of vegan. Love watching your videos but a lot of them unfortunately have a lot of dairy in it. So really enjoyed this
